Om Jewellers is a FRAUD jewellery business in Borivali. They deserve zero stars. We went to buy a gold jewellery and asked them to weigh it before we pay the amount. We found the weight was less than promised on the bill. When we pointed that, the staff got rude. When we started shooting a video for the evidence, they saw they will get into trouble so they quickly offered us a refund of the amount for which the weight was less. Be very careful while buying from Om Jewellers. Fraud staff and business.

Buying a jewellery is a very risky thing to do because you put a bulk of money into it but if your choice is om jewellers then you don't need to worry.. after a very bad experience at one of the well known jewellery shop in Mumbai we gave a try at ok jewellers now it has been many years since we are buying our gold from om jewellers but we have never been disappointed by staff and service.. the staff over here is very polite and cooperative..

Had a great experience at OM Jewellers, Borivali! It's a 5 minute walk from Borivali station in the West and at a crowded junction. Parking is tough but the staff outside is helpful. Dimple ma'am was really patient while understanding our requirements and helped us with our purchase. She helped us with the collection as per our budget and also helped us select the appropriate ornament.
