By looking at pictures provided in OYO and choosing this hotel, I would say DON'T BELIEVE IN WHAT YOU SEE IN PHOTOS. OYO is mostly reliable, 3/5 times but this was one of the 2/5 times when OYO betrayed us. We chose a stay in Address inn, because - a. It was nearer to the airport; b. It LOOKED promising as per the money it was taking for 4 nights (rs.8400), but it sure wasn't the worth. The hotel is located in a lane, which has welding shops in the beginning, and then a chain of 3-4 hotels all together. Address inn is located in the end of the lane. We reached there and checked in, and I was impressed with the reception as it looked quite standard. This impression didn't last long when we were taken to see the rooms. The room that we were first allocated was a small and clumsy room, with very less walking space. It was different from what's shown in OYO app. We requested them to change the room according to what's shown in OYO but they said that the spacious one's have extra charges, which was clearly not mentioned in the app. The next day, we were offered another room with comparatively more space. So ofcourse, we changed the room, credits to our luck. Complimentary breakfast was good. House cleaning was good too. The bathrooms lacked proper water pressure. All in all, it was an average experience. Not worth the money. It might be because of the location that the rates are high, but in 8k for 4 nights you can get better than this.

the room which i was staying was too small and dirty. My room no. was 3008 on second flood. I guess i was travelling alone that's why they gave me that room. I booked the hotel room via OYO app and the room they gave me was so different which i had seen on OYO app. So please guy check the room before check-in. Or ask them for a good room because they have got it. The only good thing the hotel has to offer is the food.

Hotel Address in By OYO. Located in Andheri ...Backside of Mumbai Airport. Opposite Corporation Bank. It's not visible from main road easily as board on main road is also small. Take Google map help to find. Parking is available. Entrance passage to hotel is very narrow. From photos I have posted you will get idea of entry n hotel n parking. Surrounded with small Manufacturering units. There are two more hotels in same lane. This one is at the end. Staff is good. But rooms are very small. Food is average. Some one alone whi wants to wait for flight in budget hotel or take rest for night can prefer this hotel. I will not refer this one for family or single girls. My bedroom pillows were smelling. Want good experience. AC and TV remote wasn't working properly. Overall average hotel near Mumbai airport with low budget. OYO is loosing their brand reputation by occupying such properties, but more than than not maintaining their properties.

Rooms in good condition, spacious. Staff was rude though. The way they asked questions about family was not with courtesy. I booked rooms with free breakfast considering buffet. They don't have restaurant or probably kitchen as well. They made me decide the breakfast order in advance, the previous night. In morning they served cold breakfast. Which created mess as no one could eat it. Hotel is good just for stay. If you are with family and expect service this is not the place

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all.Specially people visitng with Family. Most illeterate person ever hired in this hotel - the general manager keeps flaunting his designation with zero communication skills & reception attendent has no manners to talk to guests.How do these uneducated people get hired? Oyo Rooms- you guys should collaborate with better hotels if you wish to improve your guest experience & provide quality services. Even after knowing the situation the lady from OYO tried to take my mobile and write the google review on her own.

Budget friendly hotel. But need to work on lots of things. Room was not clean. Tv, exhaust fan and even door lock was damaged. Two Star for good staff.

The hotel is clean and provides you great hospitality. The hotel manager's are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. Food was good..!! Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret, just be there ☺️

You can get cheaper prices here sometimes. But the amenities are bad. Rooms are dirty. The only benefit is that it is closer to international airport.

My stay was amazing here. Room was good. Ordered lunch, that was great too. For a business traveller, this is a great choice. Friendly and responsive staffs. 24hrs restaurant and international terminal is just 1.3kms away. But let me inform. Domestic terminal is 5.2kms away. But, they provide their own taxi and other transport facilities are good and nearby. Local autos and taxis are there in front of the hotel's gate. Uber and ola taxis are available again and the landmark is Corporation Bank Sakinaka Branch which is just on the opposite side of the road. 400 meters walk can bring you buses that are available a lot. Sakinaka Metro Station is the nearest one and it's roughly 3kms for hotel. Conclusion, this hotel is well connected, well maintained and good to stay.

Nice place.. Very close to international Airport easy to catch flight.. It was comfortable stay.. Educated and Experienced staff.. Food quality and food test is great.. I will recommend this hotel to my friends also.. Keep it up!

Nice service for affordable price

They don't even deserve one star. I was here during mandatory quarantine. This place is like a hell. There was a rat inside my room. These people purposely disconnected WiFi so that there should not be any contact with the outside world. They were forcing me to come to reception and talk infront of them. I also wanted to contact police. It was a complete dictatorship by them. Extremely horrific experience. The worst treatment by receptionist Amit Verma, Dwarka and also hotel owner is very rude.

Worst experience ever! I am going to take this up on major platforms. i was denied entry into 5 hotels which had Oyo rooms signed up under them. I was battling heat, dust, sweat and hunger for 4 hours. This and other 4 hotels didn't accept one saying that they don't accept paid through in app booking because Oyo doesn't pay them back.The receptionist here was rude of them all. I hated every minute of this time. I never face such a situation in life where I kept waiting in the lobby where the customer service didn't help me any bit to get me accommodated to a another hotel.I am never booking through Oyo ever again. The hotel said they will charge me 800 extra even though the hotel was cheaper than the one I booked and paid for. Please don't waste your time by booking through OyO. please choose make my trip, goibibo and other platforms for booking. Trust me, you will regret your experience on OYO. None of the hotels tied up with OYO will accept you in as there are conflicts going on between hotels and Oyo as Oyo has delayed and doesn't pay the hotels back. Note : receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessionals. Too young to handle the job. They need to understand the term " customer service" first. Hated every minute i waited in the lobby. The women's there will literally scream an yell like a fish market.

It's a really good place in a small budget. Where else can you get decent and safe hotels for this price in Mumbai? It's proximity to international airport and sakinaka metro makes it a good place to stay. I've been here a dozen times and almost all the times the stay has been worth. The hotel has good housekeeping, decent reception facility and good safety features. Rooms are in good condition, air conditioning is also pretty good. The only demerit of this place is the restaurant staff and the food. Sometimes the food is served cold and the morning breakfast buffet is also not very attractive.

I wish they had no star rating option they don't have enough bowls and spoons to serve a order and mostly starter are taking 30-45inutes to serve which is so ridiculous👿👎

This is a budget hotel for frequent travellers. The rooms are not that spacious, however, the staff is helpful and courteous. It can improve on professionalism as I asked for a wake up call at 6:30 am, which I received at 7:30 am. Not recommended for long stays. However, for 1-2 night stays, it is alright. PS: I booked a single room through Oyo app and my infrastructure view is based on that.
