The hotel is clean and welcoming. Check in and Check out process were smooth. Rooms are small and so do the washrooms. The design of the rooms suits for business travels and may not be for who are under leisure trip. Though small, rooms are neat with reasonable amenities. Housekeeping division can provide some basic toiletries without request. Had breakfast from the restaurant situated in the ground floor. Food was tasty and spread was decent. Real appreciation for the Chef. Main advantage is the proximity to the domestic airport.

Food and the service in the restaurant is pathetic. Highly untrained and armature staffs. Rooms are ok and maintained clean. However the washrooms are too tiny like in flights. Yesterday, early in the morning one of the room service person started knocking my door, before I opened it, he used his access key and barged in to deliver the dental kit which I never asked for. Luckily I wasn't fully naked and managed the situation. Overall horrible experience.

Rooms are fine and well maint.... Clean room and washroom... Easy to access from Mumbai Airport T2 If u book a cab the charge will be Rs 350/- including the Airport fee. The check in staffs are good. No room boy available to take the luggage to your rooms. Rooms are comparatively small...but it's ok for a night stay. Good view from room..... There are many good restaurants like me Marathi, Uduoi restaurants, campus etc where u can explore Marathi cuisine..... The restaurant in IBIS is extremely good. The exhaust breakfast served was really good and tasty.... The staffs are friendly.

Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and courteous. I like the hotel, it is very neat and clean, it's a personal al choice. We stucked up in traffic and they extended our check out without any extra charges, unless there is one hotel in close vicinity, who denied extended check out or else pay room rent. Value for money hotel with all modern amenities available in the room. The rooms were very clean but a bit small for longer stay duration. It's almost at a walkable distance from domestic Airport & hotel provides free shuttle to/from the airport.

The hotel is very good, the behavior of the staff is also very nice, especially Radha who manages everything she is a very nice person and very helpful and polite. I stayed with my family for a week and we were treated very well our room was maintained everyday, services were quick. This is a 3 star hotel situated at Jogeshwari. Pros - Super delicious breakfasts, 24 hours hot water, good n quick room service, well equipped neat and clean rooms, daily house keepings, beautiful interior, good view from windows, sunrise visible, tea n breakfast included in room cost. Cons - Situated in front of railway station so noise disturbance after every while, especially night, enterance isn't on main road so bit difficult to find, Delux rooms are way smaller compared to deluxe rooms of an average hotel.

It is just a okay property at cheap rates. Private rooms differ as mentioned below. Cleanliness is also just okay. Usually available on the reception and may have to wait. Rooms: so great, I paid for a double large room which is apparently the costliest but the windows were all opened so absolutely good ventilation, plus the bed is good completely comfortable with peaceful sleep. They also have a queen bedroom in ground floor which I had booked during last visit and is a better option. Food & drinks: Many options available since its located in a Mumbai prime location

Very convenient location. It is just 10-15 minutes away from airport T2 and just a 5 minutes from T1 and you can probably walk to T1. If you cross the street and go to Nehru road, you will find a lot of street food options. So if you want to go for a food trail and taste Mumbai Street food, this is an excellent location. Coming to rooms. I took a queen room and it was a pretty small room. But not a deal breaker. They have managed to put together all amenities cleverly and left me amused and surprised. Everything is neat. The room is soundproof which is good because the road outside is noisy. The service is good. I had no complaints. The breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of options and strictly okay. But i was not left hungry as I had the few good dishes, so wouldn't rate it as bad. Overall, I would recommend this if you need a hotel very near to the airport (10-15 minutes!!), a lot of street food options to explore, and you get local trains very late at night (1am at least). And if you don't mind a small room, go for it! Tip: From the airport, don't book taxi from within. Walk out to the main road, and book or hail a taxi. You will save at least 30 minutes!

I stay at this hotel twice a year and never feel like going any of the hotels around here because of the staff and the services that they provide. The staff show genuine care and even remember the little things about you from the prior visits. The housekeeping staff is exceptional and a special thank you to jitendra jadhav& shashikant for taking such good care. Express hotel, no room service, the receptionist never answers. Ul have to got to the lobby to collect anything eg cutlery. Asked for bathroom Slippers, they said they don't have any in stock. No bath tub. The breakfast was not that great and horribly managed. Less tables to sit. The staff is very friendly and helpful though. Overall not so great experience.

I have trusted ibis and made payment by UPI then checked room but room was so cozy and like a cabin So request cancellation and asked for refund cancellation done instantly but after 7 business days also not a single word from hotel staff or reply on email regarding payment. They have Small room concept like US hotels with all amenities. Though the space is less, the rooms are comfortable in affordable price. Also the food includes good variety of Indian cuisine and served fasting menu as well. They have limited staff to handle the crowd, so there might be possibility of chaos when the hotel is fully sold out. Check in process takes time around 15-20mins. They don't have enough sitting arrangements in waiting area. So you might have to stand for sometime. Overall experience was quite good.

The place is frustrating. The rooms are clean and despite the highway next door supremely quiet; but they are tiny and the bathroom is tinier. They offer a buffet spread for dinner which has a variety of food; but it's all vegetarian ( not an issue for me ) and the food is poor. I had a vegetable Kolhapuri which tasted sweet ! The food also is cold which in a buffet is unforgivable. Breakfast had choices and was good but the coffee & tea is machine dispensed and they are cold. The room has a telephone with numbers on a got dial but no one answers. There is a QR code for placing orders in a supposedly person free way but the webpage is buggy especially the combos. There is no way to keep track of your order and the worst of all there is no delivery. I ordered a cup of tea which never came. Service cannot be called terrible because bit doesn't exist. The entire feel is schizophrenic. They want to be a modern place with latest facilities but their infrastructure and model is poor. The frustration arises because it could have been so great but is pathetic. Cleaniness and sleep quality is excellent.

My father stayed there this past weekend and I cannot stress enough on how unprofessional the hotel policies were! They do not read what the customer has requested for, at all! First of all, they gave him the wrong room. Secondly, the website stated free airport drop but when asked for the car they charged for the same. Thirdly, he was asked to pay immediately after his every meal or beverage and that too the staff was a little reluctant in getting the card machine to his room. Lastly, the hotel restaurant offers only buffet food and no ala carte dishes. And the ala carte dishes available for room service have a very limited variety. Seeing the bad experience my father had, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms were standard and the facilities were great. Their breakfast spread was amazing and something I thoroughly enjoyed during my stay. Bathrooms are very compact and cute. Room service was quick and efficient. The location of the hotel provides good connectivity to the city and there are many restaurants closeby.

The rooms are extremely small. Please check the room size before you pay for your stay as the tarriff is on the higher side because of the location. The amenities are very basic. There are two lifts in each floor. One lift was faulty and almost gave us a scare few times but the staff was least bothered. The staff lacked courtesy and experience. The food was extremely average.

The hotel is 800 metres away from Terminal 1 of the Mumbai airport so it's a 10 mins walk from the airport. The rooms are clean and well kept but it is quite compact. Pretty bad stay. Middle of night call. Mosquitos in the room. You ask for an 'all out'; they don't have readily and they need to check. I request to leave it outside the door telling that I am going to crash and possibly will pick up if the mosquitoes don't surrender. You get a call back at 1am (waking you) to tell you that they are trying to get you an 'all out' but could not find it yet. This is really pathetic. In the end, they did get it actually. Net net I would say that there are good people there but some are goofy. Location is good, 5 min from T1

Room charges for the size of the room and with 3 star rating is too high. Just for the location and no proper service (like bellboy service) the charges are on higher side. Even the breakfast wasn't of the quality as compared to the room charges. You can get the same price for a 5 star hotel as well. Restaurant was the worst of worst, the tea we ordered for 199 was worst than the tea you get for 10 at a railway station, and on top of that we were charged with service tax without asking us beforehand. When we complained about it they refused to return the service tax. For dinner, we ate the same restaurant, and we had to wait 50 mins for our first order to arrive which was Tomato soup, the soup was served with a huge garlic bread and no side plates were given. Also you cannot share the soup b/w 2 persons. Again the charges were on a higher side. We had to complain to the manager just to get our food prepared and served to us. My parents had a flight in the night and they reached late on the airport due to this mishaps. Overall experience with ibis was the worst, I would never recommend anyone to stay at your hotels.

Underrated hotel. Apart from being some distance from the airport, and the street begging for maintenance, the location is great, being seconds from the nearby train station, as well as a main street. There is no kitchen in the hotel, but they do offer breakfast. Otherwise, there are restaurants across the main street. There's a McDonald's in the same building, and a variety of outlets in the area to top it off. Our room, located on the top floor is great for a couple, with views of the nearby mosque and a forest. It's sound proofed, so there's no disturbance, in spite of the nearby mosque, main street and train station. The service from our hosts is good overall. Friendly in their short conversations, and always looking to play with my kid on our way in and out.

Cleanliness wise rooms are good but, AC is not working properly. I have changed two rooms but, everywhere it is the same situation. Due to AC is not working properly, too much humidity is there so, I barely slept one night. Need to improve that part. Location wise it is not that good also. Though, staff is co-operative. Jogeshwari area is not that good. Better to find place in Vile Parle, Borivali, Andheri side.

I saw it in the internet and said to have a look because it looked interesting and price decent. The place is what described, good size pods that allows you to have a nice private sleep. The facilities and the hole place is super clean , a lot above Indian standards, western standards. The owner is really nice and very helpful. I stayed one night and I have to say I had a really good sleep , they allowed to store my luggage till late afternoon that I went to pick it up to go to the airport. The shower and toilets where super clean and the hot water 24 hours. The airport is a breath away , 7-10 minutes depending on traffic (2,5 km) which makes it very convenient as location. I really enjoyed my stay and it was ratio value for money really good. I recommend it , if I pass from Mumbai again it is the place I will stay...

I do not recommend this hotel, especially for foreigners. The bathroom is filled with mosquitos, and every time you open the bathroom door, more mosquitos come into the bedroom. By the time we used the bathroom twice, there were at least 10 mosquitos in the bedroom AND another 10-15+ in the bathroom. The toilet seat was falling off. The bathroom was not very clean / usable. There is no elevator (lift) and the service was not that great either. The location is also not that great, the hotel is in a small alleyway. Extremely unpleasant experience. I booked because some of the reviews online seemed fine, but I would not do this again just because of the bathroom alone. Please don’t make the same mistake I did - you will regret all of your decisions 🙃

Ibis is located near Mumbai airport. Suitable for business travel. Rooms are small ... reasonably well maintained. Place is hygienic. Room air conditioning not very effective especially in the night...room becomes stuffy and disturbs sleep. Lounge is reasonably well decorated. Lobby space constrained. Parking facilities reasonable. Food quality is reasonably good. Breakfast spread ok but repeatitive. Service slow. Reception staff slow in response. Calls go unanswered many a times. Customers have to request repeatedly for the assistance. Place is expensive....not value for money. However locational advantage needs to be kept in mind. Go for it if limited by choices.

Overall neat, well maintained and at great location with helpful service. Staff our professional and helpful. Early check in could be a hassle and you might have to wait post check in time. Rooms and washrooms are bit small though. Breakfast has a decent amount of variety to its menu. Ample amount of autos and cabs near hotel.

Great place to enjoy your food...quality of food is excellent. Worth to money and thanks to the server they had made our day. All the staff individuals were exceptionally pleasant and proficient. Overall experience were amazing at ibis hotel. Shabbir is so polite and humble to take care of us. Highly recommended to everyone as all the foods are amazing and service is too excellent.

Restaurant service, room service, Dining ,amenities were all very good. The hotel Ibis is worth a visit. Mr. Shabbir has a good hand at mocktails, excellent suggestions of food. Great personality. Food was amazing but service was out of the world. Nice dinner buffet spread. Appreciate the lovely staff and service .Thank you for all.

Very helpful and efficient staff, they go beyond their call of duty to assist guests. Proximity to the airport and public transportation services are all within reach. Staff Kajol was super efficient and manage her duties splendidly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pathetic hotel. Flights have bigger bathroom than in rooms in this hotel. Very small rooms. Horrible service. Asked for a towel which never came. Don't serve alcohol in room and have to go down to their bar. Front desk associate was rude and not at all pleasant. They dont give you loyalty points if you book from 3rd party like agoda, etc. My first try at IBIS and will definitely will be last stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel Ibis and I must say,it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors,the warm and welcoming Atmosphere made me feel right at home. Food was amazing and the service staff were superb at all time . Thanks to Mr.Shabbir and Tushar for excellent service and gesture.

Ibis is located near Mumbai airport. Suitable for business travel. Rooms are small ... reasonably well maintained. Place is hygienic. Room air conditioning not very effective especially in the night...room becomes stuffy and disturbs sleep. Lounge is reasonably well decorated. Lobby space constrained. Parking facilities reasonable. Food quality is reasonably good. Breakfast spread ok but repeatitive. Service slow. Reception staff slow in response. Calls go unanswered many a times. Customers have to request repeatedly for the assistance. Place is expensive....not value for money. However locational advantage needs to be kept in mind. Go for it if limited by choices.

Very convenient as it is close(800m) to the domestic airport. It was a one night family stay with 2 rooms. Rooms are neat and clean with essentials like water, fridge, locker provided. Checkin was breeze. The only thing below value is an overpriced breakfast for Rs500. Either make it free breakfast or charge a nominal fee like rs250.

Amazing ambience of the restaurant. Excellent food served here at Spiceit restaurant, You must go for some authentic regional menu suggested by server. Staff were very helpful and courteous, specially Mr. Shabbir and Mr. Francis help us very well. Even he is looking after entire stay. Thank you for your excellent service .
