This review is solely for the reception. Couldn't experience the service of the doctor because of the lady on call. I called to book an appointment today for my mom who's extremely sick and Dr Shinde was recommended by someone who is a regular here. The lady first asked me if i am a first time patient and when I said yes immediately told me to come on Saturday. It made no sense to me cause I have a sick patient Today, so why would I wait until Saturday. Post which she said the doctor is only available on Tue & Sat. So I reminded her today IS Tuesday. Post which she said yeah but there are no bookings anymore and he's packed. I don't understand why she chose to communicate this later and it wasn't the first thing she mentioned instead of giving us a baseless solution with no context. Very unpleasant experience. Need to train the receptionist better.

The doctor is very good. She gives you the time you need for your consultation. She gives the right amount of attention. But it's so difficult to get an appointment fixed unless you are planning 2 days in advance. If you need consultation on the same day.. it's not a good idea to depend on them. Online and in-person charges are the same and you have to adjust your schedule as per their schedule. As long as you are able to do that and have time and energetic for atleast 5calls for appointment setting. ..the consultation will be good. It could be just my personal experience...so I hope anyone reading this has a better experience. They could. I am not saying they can't...but it was very stressful for me. I wish it was easier to recieve health advise when you need it. Even with our advancements today ..it breaks my heart when so much work needs to be done for a simple consult. :( I am just sad. I thought quest clinic could have been my go to place. Again, I know that may be I had one bad experience and I could let it go...but I feel it's unfair.

I would definitely recommend Dr.Sushant at Quest Clinic for any issue related to arthritis, Joint pain and any autoimmune diseases treatment (SLE/Lupus). He is one stop solution for all the issues. He gives 45+ mins of time to his patients for consultation. He listens all of his patients concerns even very minor query and able to convey the reason for problem and shares the det Iiailed treatment plan to his patients. He makes sure that his patients are comfortable while sharing the details and takes the complete medical history to diagnose the disease and to treat it accurately. I would really like to thank Dr.Sushant for treating and providing guidance to my wife throughout the pregnancy to avoid possible high risk complications due to SLE.

Visited Dr Sushant Shinde , It was a wonderful experience with quest clinic, visited for my Mother and Dr Sushant Shinde patiently heard my mom's problem and explained very soft spokenly and prescribed medicines accordingly.

I visited Quest clinic a month back. I had a very good experience as Dr Pooja helped me a lot to overcome my issues. She is very patient and created a very comfortable environment where I could talk openly which helped me in my recovery process. The clinic was also very clean and located in a very convenient place. I also liked how involved and connected Dr.Pooja was with me throughout my course. Timely reminders for checkups by the receptionist was also done which made the process smoother.

I have had a really good experience with Dr. Pooja who was guiding me for my weight loss through online consultations. So that not only i have lost my excess weight (around 8 kg in a month ) i have got my confidence and energy back. due to her daily meal plans. Diet was easy to follow too no complicated recipies.
