I
ordered
a
cake
to
celebrate
a
birthday
and
even
after
their
confirmation,
the
cake
didn't
get
delivered.
The
whole
surprise
and
a
beautiful
moment
got
ruined
because
of
the
hotel's
irresponsibility.
Even
after
chasing
them,
no
response
was
received
from
the
hotel
staff.
I
have
all
the
chats
with
me.
2.
I
called
the
room
service
to
get
my
room
cleaned
and
I
even
lit
the
housekeeping
light
at
the
door.
I
left
the
hotel
for
over
10
hours
and
nobody
cleaned
the
room
even
at
that
time.
Pathetic
service
and
poor
management.

Though
it
is
mentioned
that
swimming
costumes
are
mandatory
but
there's
no
proper
management
as
few
people
were
in
cotton
wear
while
swimming
4.
Restaurant
staff
were
not
proficient
at
all.
Seems
they
were
asked
not
to
speak
with
guests,
not
to
smile,
not
to
greet
5.
This
hotel
has
a
strange
policy
of
taking
INR
5,000
as
security
and
the
reason
they
provided
was,
in
case
the
guests
use
drinks
or
snacks
provided
in
the
room
There
are
many
more
things
that
a
2
star
hotel
provides
better
than
Hotel
Sea
Princess.
This
hotel
is
not
guest
centric,
it's
for
show-off.
