Do not stay here. I travel a lot and this is One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in terms of service. Rude rude staff. They call themselves 5 star, but they are a 3 star hotel. Not sure how they received 5 stars. Food is not good. Room service delivers the wrong items and then refuses to take them off the bill. The walls are thin so you can hear the people snore and have conversations in the next room. They do not allow you to bring any outside food. Laundry was not clean, and I told them , but no one came to fix the issue. Upon checkout when I asked to have charges for laundry removed for just 2 shirts out of the 20 I gave, they refused. Do not stay here thinking you will get 5 star type accommodations. You won’t. The dining manager specifically is very rude. I won’t write his name because I don’t want anyone to get fired. Front staff and managers have a very poor attitude. Avoid this hotel.

Ambience and the location of the Hotel is perfect.. Sweet rooms are costly but they are worth a stay with huge hall and amazing bedroom with bathtub having a beach View.. Higher floor are recommended for amazing views. Note - Complementary Breakfast has quite less variety of food. Taste of Food is not up the mark. Liquor are quite reasonable and you also bites are provided. Rating 3 just because was not happy with the meal however for ambience it's 10 on 10

Pathetic services for food and restaurant. No proper staff, poor f&b manager. It's better to have food at nearby joints. At least, they have better services and courtsey. Otherwise it's better to even beg and get food.

Very good rooms. Super service. Excellent bufget breakfast. Well maintained property. Just wished that the TV was atleast 43 inches or more to be in sync with the spacious room. Too small a screen. Rest all was excellent.

Good Hotel rated 4.5 stars bang on the beach with swimming pool. - Good breakfast spread - Neat rooms - Walk on beach option - Beach view options - T1 and international airport is just 15-30 minutes away. Try booking 10 days earlier to get best rates, look for top floor sea view rooms. Ensure that this hotel is very rigid on its policies and is not generous with early check-in or late check-out.

I wish I could give zero star. I called them multiple times but they never had their reservation team available. First time they said, reservations are closed, call tomorrow after 10 AM. When I called next day, they said reservation team is only available till 6 PM . Then I called next day and they said reservations are closed, it’s Sunday. I mean, what the heck.. Sunday is closed?? And nobody to help even with availability and charges. Website doesn’t work properly as well. I had a very bad experience but again, whatever happens, happens for a good reason. I am happy to not have booked a stay in Hotel Sea Princess Mumbai.

This beautiful hotel gives you best of both worlds .. awesome location right beside the sea and awesome service as well as food ! The buffet breakfast has a great spread with lots of variety to choose . Morning wLks across the beach is one thing that I loved the most. The staff is helpful and friendly too. Parking could be a problem as the space is limited.

Such a wonderful hotel. I recommend who ever is planning for a stay in this hotel plan accordingly to it and enjoy the hotel for atleast a day. It has a wonderful swimming pool. I went as a family and from my point of view we didn't have enough time to spend on swimming pool. We were having a tight schedule. So I recommend people visiting to this hotel have to plan and spend time with their family in swimming pool and from the hotel we can access beach through the gate from the hotel. This hotel is best for family. The swimming pool timing is like 8 am to 8 pm.

Pretty old and kind of a heritage to stay here. Old in its existence, but the quality and service is top notch in the locality. Placed right besides the sea gives a pleasant atmosphere and the ambience is great. Bit expensive, but due to covid restrictions and norms, they have slashed the rates which is very convenient and budget friendly.

Best 5-star hotel in this price range with amazing view and ambience. Food is very delicious and staff are very humble, gentle and polite. Overall, loved the experience.

Housekeeping and bell desk staff were very nice, waitress at the restaurant was a bit good. The breakfast spread had good nonveg options but the veg options were very limited and not worth it, if something at the buffet was over then they refused to refill it, the food was cold and desserts were very limited for a so called five star hotel. The reception staff was not very accommodating and they could have done better. The newly done rooms were kind of tacky to be honest. Before lockdown my family were regular customers and at that time it was worth more than 5 stars but now can't say something about it.

Right next to Juhu beach, close to many good restaurants and marketcity mall is 10km away. The hotel is all about location. The reception experience was not great, however the restaurant and lobby staffs were very good. Rooms are decent old but maintained. Food is good.

1. I ordered a cake to celebrate a birthday and even after their confirmation, the cake didn't get delivered. The whole surprise and a beautiful moment got ruined because of the hotel's irresponsibility. Even after chasing them, no response was received from the hotel staff. I have all the chats with me. 2. I called the room service to get my room cleaned and I even lit the housekeeping light at the door. I left the hotel for over 10 hours and nobody cleaned the room even at that time. Pathetic service and poor management. 3. Though it is mentioned that swimming costumes are mandatory but there's no proper management as few people were in cotton wear while swimming 4. Restaurant staff were not proficient at all. Seems they were asked not to speak with guests, not to smile, not to greet 5. This hotel has a strange policy of taking INR 5,000 as security and the reason they provided was, in case the guests use drinks or snacks provided in the room There are many more things that a 2 star hotel provides better than Hotel Sea Princess. This hotel is not guest centric, it's for show-off.

Great location right on the Juhu Beach. Service needs to be more customer friendly. Some of the staff is good and affable while some have a don't care attitude. Some hotel policies are also not guest friendly. Overall good but can be better.

Wonderful hotel located with a magnificent view of Juhu beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend eating at the breakfast buffet during your stay. The food is very tasty and appetizing!

Great location.. clear view of the Juhu beach. Walk down the beach post breakfast for a energetic start day of the day! The buffet was amazing and had great options to choose from south Indian to a north spread. Staff was very polite and professional. You must visit the place to experience it.

Located on main road, Juhu beach facing. The access was locked for safety. Restaurant was ok. Valet is available. Buffet spread was decent, but needed some better starters. Also desserts were just passable and should have more variety. Only once ice-cream and dessert with the Buffet spread. Main course was decent and good.

The hotel is average as per a 5-star rating and the rooms are ok too. The service staff is not good and sounds rude too. Too many restrictions and other 5-star hotels are much better than this. If you reach and you don't have any one who can assist irrespective how much luggage you have. Security guards are worst.

This is a small hotel but has a pool and faces the beach. The staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. I did not like the location too much but this place is really nice and personal. Definitely will recommend.

Me and my friends meant to go for breakfast, but it turned to brunch. We sat poolside and were gifted with a gorgeous view of the sea. The service was a little slow, but on the whole the server Deepak and Manager Princeley were attentive. The food - Penne pasta, Non-veg platter, fish and chips were all very good.

The room and bathroom were clean but the overall experience is of a 4 star hotel at best. Almost every other 5 star hotel in the city is much better than this. Even though located in Juhu which is considered to be a prime location there was a smell of fish market just outside the hotel.

Great staff and service, rooms a bit dated and in need of deep clean. Had to call pest control on every visit but they were responsive and effective. Overall value is better than most 5 star hotels in the area and has very comfortable beds.

Beautiful location at juhu beach and if you go just before sunset you will surely enjoy at beach side restaurant.... you can also see taking off aircrafts almost every 4 minutes... overall it's good experience

The best part of the hotel Sea Princes is it's location. Right in front of Juhu Beach with beautiful view. The outside poolside restaurant is best place to spend your evening with your favourite drink and some good food being served.

Excellent hotel, beach faced swimming pool. Near to airport. But you have to bear flight takeoff sound often. Apart from that everything else is good, planned to visit again.

Best 5 star property Juhu beach very nice location room with breakfast

The hotel is a nice one with a good spread for breakfast however during our stay we did not get hot water in the bathroom and that ruined our experience of this place. During the Mumbai rains when you just want to take a steaming hot shower you cannot, at least not here so keep that in mind while booking.

It was pretty good, it was a wedding but we went inside the restaurant and had non veg platter because the wedding didn't have non vegetarian food. The food took a little more time than normal, but it tasted really great. 9/10 It also had beach view, right next to swimming pool, so mornings would be actually dream like.

One of the best hotels I have visited recently is this one. It boasts one of the best views of the sea and is located within walking distance of Juhu Beach. The overall staff is polite and helpful, but the restaurant service staff isn't very attentive to customers. At least, I didn't have a very pleasant experience during my three-day stay with them. For instance, I constantly had to remind about my order and ask for even drinking water and often needed to wait. Additionally, the restaurant staff seemed to focus only few customers on a few limited tables all the time and did not attend to all the tables adequately to check on the needs. I think hotel management should look at it seriously. Else I would have rated 5 rating for service. Overall it's very good hotel to stay with family I really enjoyed it and I would recommend to stay here.

Superb location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Location + view was great, the service was appreciable so there is no way i wouldn't review , I do take a good amount of trips so I basically review some hotels which definitely has set a bar high for what the good hotels are called the service, food was appreciable so yeah do check out guys if you having a trip either its business solo or family. Happy with our experience. Rainy season ,weather was sometimes stormy . Beach had an oil spill so couldn't do much ,pool was closed due to the pandemic . Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Service with a smile . Food is terrific . You can drive out and do whatever you like in the area.

Beach-front property with very good view makes it an ideal choice for repeated visits in order to spend quality time with friends and family. Food served by polite ,experienced servers in the lounge area overlooking the juhu beach. Pricing is affordable , considering the ambiance, service, amenities etc.

Pros - Location, right at the beach, friendly hotel staff, excellent buffet breakfast and good value for money Cons - Just that it took a long waiting time for checkout (about 30 minutes). Also there was some confusion because they block an amount on your card as security and I hope the balance money will be refunded as explained... Otherwise, a pleasant stay. I recommend!

Wonderful hotel. Nice, clean and well appointed rooms. The facilities provided for the price you pay is also good. The room service is also good and fast. The staff is helpful as well. There is a scrumptious breakfast served every morning and it is yummy.

I wish i had a option of not rating anything to this stupid hotel.. I had visited this place with my friends and kids and really it was a terrible experience. They did not allow us to take any outside food and we had to eat our lunch on the street. It is their strict policy that we have to order food from their in house restaurant which is drastically overpriced .. also the rooms are too small to be considered as 5 star hotel rooms … its a utter nightmare

Very very unprofessional staff who sits at the reception. I specifically went there to see the suite and book it on a special occasion which was coming after 2 days. I liked a suite and asked him to book it on 17th November and take full payment, his reply was we cannot commit that you will get this particular suite. I asked him if the suite is available and I am paying you full amount how can u not commit me for that particular room. This was strange. On top of that he told outside liquor not allowed, you cannot get a single guest to visit and the rudeness of that staff made my decision easy not to ever book this hotel. This hotel has strange rules never heard of ever by any other hotel. Worst hotel ever.

Will never stay here again. Booked the suite so many birds could not step out onto the balcony. Management is a joke they do not care about the guest well being. Hassle with check in and check out. Hotel lobby & reception is old style. Gate entry is very confused. Swimming pool is very lovely. Staff behavior is very good. Very calm place.

Property is beautiful. By the beach. Amazing view. Food quality here is excellent. Rooms are good, importantly they are neat and clean. There are pubs nearby at a walking distance. Overall one of best places to stay in Juhu.

Exceptional ambiance of the pool side sittings. The sea very near, the sound of the waves and the winter air giving a additional boost to the surroundings, not to forget the palm trees. Good food and excellent service. Definitely a must visit for romantic couples.

Seemed a bit dull and dreary. The reception seemed to be slowly recovering from the aftermath of the pandemic. No buffets yet. Restaurant and poolside service available on a-la-carte basis. Spacious property with a scenic view of the seashore. Hope they are oxygenated soon enough to hop, skip and jump, post the AamirKhan (Omicron) wave!!

Hotel Sea Princes is the classic beautiful beach accommodation in Juhu. I love it. I like the pool area. The food is good. The service is top notch. The peanuts in the minibar are very affordable. They have draft beer! The bar inside is super cozy during a downpour. You can't go wrong.

Good place to stay, friendly staff. Fab location and view of the beach. Nice pool, kids friendly games and water sports. Would recommend you to consider staying here. The only reason for my 4 star was because of the toilet seat cover which had come out and when I entered the room I saw a used soap on the counter.

I was there for one night. The location of the property is very good and they have a very relaxing set up. One could sit pool side or take a stroll on the beach. The rooms are very good and clean. The spread on buffet breakfast was also very good and tasted equally good. If you want to take a dip in the pool, don't miss to wear your swimming goggles. The water is clean, but chlorinated. I found most of the staff friendly and courteous. Just that the lady in the reception, an accountant was very rude when I requested to check-in a little early (at 12:30pm). There was another gentlemen at the reception, who took extremely good care of me while waiting there from 10:00am.

5 star hotel getting 4 star rating for just 1 thing, they have only 2 person at the reception counter who handle check-in, check-out and cash. This leads to longer wait time. Apart from this everything is great except breakfast buffet which is not just great but superb. So mane dishes to chose from and best thing is that free breakfast is there for every booking.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel, other than the restaurant the rooms are not 5 star quality, they look run down and old. I would say this is a 3 star hotel at its best unless we were just given a bad room. There was also a musty smell the entire time in the room coming from the vents. The pictures do not represent the hotel well enough. The customer service by the staff was great

The location of hotel is great, you can walk to beach. The quality is very poor, rooms are dark. Front desk staff is not friendly. Restaurant sitting chairs are very dirty and many times spoon and forks came dirty. Restaurant food is below average. Overall standard hotel is poor so in my opinion below three star. They charge high room rate due to location.

The location is great, the rooms are great for a dated star hotel, but small. The room service was good too.. Very courteous room service and hospitality staff. The buffet is just OK... Lunch and dinner.. You know a restaurant is not so good when they don't have basic bean coffee in it...Plus the non vegetarian food items are easy to pass on (this is Sunday brunch/lunch). It's a busy place.. Local clientele and people who have not been to the beach before.

The location of this hotel is perfect with an easy accessibility to the Juhu beach. The rooms were good enough. They have also got a pool and the pool side area is beautiful with a view to the beach. They provide a variety of options for the buffet breakfast. But the food was not up to the mark. The hospitality of the staff is not as good as expected. They were not having the proper information about the property and were not able to help with the timing for pool accessibility, buffet etc. We also had to spend 2 to 3 hours waiting for the check in as we were first checked in to the wrong room.

The best hotel by far and close to everywhere you want to travel. The staff are super helpful and restaurant is so good as it caters for everyone and serves the best and fresh food. I cannot wait to travel to Mumbai again and book this hotel. Rooms are very clean and very spacious and loved the deco. Not one thing I would complain about and can't thank the staff enough, they go above and beyond.
