Oyo took full payment as advance but hotel said no room at the time of checking in at 1150 at Night.

Rooms are ok but location is very bad. It is in a very narrow Gali. And it is not secured also. Not good for families.

Location is super shabby. The room the show on the app is nothing like the rooms they have. Their clientele is very dingy and service is annoyingly slow. Nothing good to say about this OYO, we walked right out. Wasn't even worth asking for refund. Don't ever come here

Worst hotel when uh ask for early checkin through oyo the company says 200 extra but after you reach hotel they charge more than 500 i was in rush so i had to pay but guys beware of these hotels they are in worst condition and worst service too its better some new company should come in this field because oyo is a fraud cheater and lier no proper response on oyo too

I booked 3 persons room from Oyo as seen in picture for 3 bed, but when reached hotel they are giving 2 person bed with mattress. And for 3 person they charged me 1000 extra. Worst experience at night 11 when was doing check in they are telling that pay 1000 or go somewhere else.

Cloths are not clean, unprofessional people, Mobile network was not available. I won't recommend for family or corporate people. Unprofessional people this hotel not suits for couple as well. Still OYO people and Hotel has not send my bill's hard copy. Hotel is such dirty and pathetic place. It only suitable for couple on hourly basis to get done all dirty things.  Hotel people are very arrogant. They might be catch your activity in camera be aware couples.

I dont know why Oyo puts fake room pics instead of making the room clean and hygienic. Stop asking extra money at the time of arrival bc

The rooms at OYO Kailash Park was pathetic. Bed sheets were not changed and toilets were not cleaned and were smelling . Worst OYO hotel experience when compared to OYO hotels in other cities I have stayed. Will not recommend this place to anyone

The path to enter the hotel is narrow, one with a four wheeler might experience a hard time to get in there. •Hotel from our side doesn't look posh, but from inside it is well maintained and clean. •Rooms are not big not too small. All the amenities were clean, well maintained and in working condition. •Staff is good, helpful and polite. •One might feel their menu expensive while ordering food. But alternatively you could always find good restaurants just outside the hotel as the locality is well crowded and has many food stalls and restaurants nearby. Food junkies often visit this area for their food cravings.

We, group of 13 ppl booked through agoda as well as oyo, upon reaching the hotel there was no booking done .They said that they are not linked with oyo Or any other online website anymore. Hence we lost all our money done through online booking which was around 16k. Hence we had to book same rooms on the spot which costed us another 20k around plus the inconvenience. We got our refund through agoda but after so much hassle. Don't book through any online site. Apart from that the rooms are okaish and the washrooms are good. Ps oyo is a scam

Rooms are normal size. Not so small though but need some repairs here n there. Service is good.

hotel staff didn't allowed me to do online payment.. bz online payment was 150 rupees less (after discount).. he said we will not allow you if you do online payment. booked for 2 people. only 1 towel were provided. bathroom Oyo kit was not provided. it was a local soap which was cut into more then 4-5 piece. room was not good. smell was coming.. wall paints were pelling off.not a good place for couple.. location is not good.

Horrible room condition…. Paint scraped off the walls…. Sharp stinking smell in the room…. No key for the room…. Forced me to pay more instead of paying on the app…. No drinking water, smelly towels and no hot water in the bathroom. The only thing good was the location as it is situated right near the Saki Naka metro station. Would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone
