I visited this place in the afternoon and thought there will be no rush but it was so packed and concise . The people were not following social distancing at all. They were jumping here and there and the cash counter people were also not taking much precautions . The place was super crowd. And the price of the product was quite. This is another form of supermarket chain.. You have groceries, clothing, kitchenware, home decor and so on. They have lot of payment counters so you needn't stand in queue for a longer time. Usually crowded on weekends. You get items usually less than MRP. There is auto stand right outside the mart and metro station is also close-by. The only problem is the staff isn't aware of where the products are kept and they are least bothered to address your query.

Today I visit MALAD WEST dmart was first time and I had such bad experience with there staff's. They are such a rude people they can't even talk properly with a customer. Two stories shopping complex for groceries cosmatics milk and dairy products plastic bon china cloths gents ladies readymade cloths and lot more you get at discounted rates. I went there on a Monday afternoon thinking I would be the only one there. No lines outside as well so entered. Went inside only to discover atleast 100 people already inside the cramped space. The guard at the door didn't even bother taking the temperature properly and just shook his head for me to go inside. I really regretted going there as I was avoiding crowds and in one shop came in contact with so many unknown people. Very disappointed. Even the girls at the checkout counters are rude, three of them were standing but no one was packing my groceries. When I asked three of them are there, why is no one packing, was ignored and glared at. The women there really have a major attitude problem. Their online store however is a delight, the delivery guys have always been very polite. Recommend their online store highly, avoid this branch at all costs.

I guess this is the best place to do a whole lot of grocery shopping as the prices here are very low compared to other super markets.
