Everyone there is always friendly they NEVER get my order wrong. There is one that is closer to my house but they are always getting my order wrong and take twice as long to get my order there.

She didn’t even know what the new drink was and I had to repeat myself 5 times and they didn’t even get it right. The lady scanned my QR code for points and didn’t do it right either because nothing is coming up as I have any points . This place is terrible go to another dunkin

They almost forgot my drink I was waiting for it and the lady there was like did you need something I replied with yes our drink!? in a very rude way oh well other thn that not bad drive thru moved quick

I ordered from here 2 days in a row, and they messed up my order both times. I ordered a LARGE refresher and received a medium… and the second day I ordered a plain toasted bagel, and received a bagel with a hunk of cream cheese in the middle, which I hate cream cheese. I had to go to Starbucks to get my bagel made correctly because I was on my way to work. Really disappointed I can’t rely on them to make my orders correctly even though I order ahead and my order is written down in clear writing… I would love some compensation for the mistakes

We've had mixed experience at this location. Sometimes the service is excellent, coffee never wrong, all choices of food are available. At other times, coffee cups are not closed right enough, lids are leaking.... Last few times employees inside were not wearing masks, or doing the "under the nose" thing. In general, the weekday crew seems to be more "on top" than the weekend one - with a few exceptions. Still, you can't beat the taste/caffeine/value of DD coffee.

Please go anywhere else to get your coffee. The wait times are ridiculous even when it's empty, and you're waiting that long to have them rip you off. $6 for a cup of coffee that tastes so burnt it's undrinkable. I do not have high standards when it comes to drive thru coffee but I don't want to gag every time I take a sip. Whoever works at this place shouldn't. Whoever owns this place should be put in jail for bringing harm to the community.

Worst experience ever. She got the order completely wrong. We only ordered 2 drinks and she got that wrong.

I really like this Dunkin. There’s one closer to my house where the drive through line goes around the building practically and it used to make me late to work (my bad). But I come here now and the people that work here are so quick and work really hard. They have made the best mocha for me, believe me, I’ve had other Dunkin’s mochas. I always know that when I come here for morning mocha, they will get it not just right, but PERFECT!!! UPDATE: I come here like 2-3 times a week and the cashier has now memorized my order. She is so sweet, and I hope these employees are appreciated so much by the customers. When you go someplace whether it be shopping, a restaurant, a coffee shop, the general attitude of employees really does impact one’s day. Every morning I come here, I walk away with a little spring in my step because everyone here is kind and delivers with a smile.

Average customer service and all ordered items were burnt.

The order got through pretty quick and the drink was pretty good but the croissant was a little burnt which could of been fixed
