One of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Super clean. Excellent service!! Great staff. The decor is almost like fine dining! Had to do a double take just to make sure I was in a McDonald's

How do you trust them...when you specify your order so your child who can not eat cheese doesn't get sick? Order is right, but who ever made my kids 2 double hamburgers was wrong! SAD...not 1st time I get home and they screwed up!!!

They missed out on my deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. So, I called them and they said that they will provide the sandwich when I came in. I went in after about 5 hours. They told me that I should be grateful for the free food they were printing me with. Once I came back home and opened the bag, it was the cheapest chicken sandwich on the menu. Look, I know this is a fast food joint, but you don't have the right to (a) tell the customer that you are giving free food — I have already paid for it (b) palm off the cheapest item on the menu when I have paid for the most expensive version of the item. Never going back to this outlet. They are an arrogant bunch of cheats.

The people working here gave up! I asked for extra onions and extra pickles, they put none at all and barely filled my medium fry half way. Customer’s suck, I know but if you dislike your job, find a new one!

I got two spicy McChickens well done and a medium fry. I pulled up to the 2nd window after paying and asked for bbq sauce and ketchup for my fries and the guy at the window yelled bbq and ketchup to the kitchen and then told me to pull forward to wait for my well done McChicken. Sure enough when i got my bag not only was the med fry like half filled I didn't get my sauces.

The persona may have been training so that could explain why they missed 4 of my burgers but once replaced everything was great!

I went to online order thru the drive store, the lady at the drive thru yelled at me saying to be nice when I was just talking too her. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had a 2 dollar order which she told me that my card didn’t go through when my limit on my card is 10k. SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING PLEASE TRAIN HER. There’s no respect at all. Where’s the management for this lady at the drive thru.

They were quick & pleasant. The food was fresh & hot.

No hours displayed. Employees that you can see inside answer the drive through with "welcome to McDonald's will you be using your mobile app" slurring their speech sounding completely drunk (definitely not the normal recording) right after apparently closing and then completely ignore you when you reply.

Horrible service didn't even order. No one even asked if I wanted to order even though I stood at register. For 20 minutes. I get a 30 minute lunch. I will never come to this McDonald's again.

This place is hit or miss. This may sound racist but the service is much better when the workers are Hispanic. Apparently I am not the only person who recognized this. Lots of people on youtube are commenting this is true across the country.

Seriously need to stop going here for coffee. Simple order - same every time..."Coffee Black". Take the cup, pour in coffee, put on lid, serve to customer. More than once it has cream and other items added to it. Had it happen again today and the cup is not marked or labeled to add in those items. I'll just brew the coffee at home, then I know it's right and saves the frustration.

I've honestly got to say that my meal has to be the best McDonald's meal I've had in a long time. My crispy chicken tasted great and the lettuce and tomato didn't look like it had been sitting there for a week. The fry's were actually golden brown and not smothered in salt. Usually I get McDonald's because of the convenience and then immediately regret my decision afterwards because I feel like I wasted money, but not here!

came on Sunday, made an order at 12.46 at table #11, waited 20 minutes, went to the cashier, and she looked like she was seeing what was written on the check for the first time. our order was in the package, and already cooled down. also, they forgot to put the MCmuffin.

Double quarter pounder patty was still red. Under cooked

I went through the drive-through I repeated myself several times for them to mix my coffee for me because I’m driving they said ok I got my coffee and I asked the gentleman at the drive-through window did you guys mix my coffee he said yes I drove off no mix coffee what is so hard about mixing my coffee nobody was in the drive-through except me

rude teenage female employee. raised her voice at me when i was at the driver through. was in the car with a mom who cant speak english and i was in the passenger seat and she kept saying she couldn’t hear me even tho i was already talking loud and then i spoke slightly louder still polite and she yelled saying, “OKAY CALM DOWN” was so confused and angry. i love this mcdonalds but that young female teen was so terrible at her job. she didnt even get my order right.

Clerk was friendly and bright, and made me a great mango smoothie and a meal.

Stop serving soggy, and cold fries. I shouldn't have to ask for well done fries, for them to not be cold.

What can I say about McDs? This one isn't any different from any other good McDs I have gone through in a town. It's not fancy but gets my food done in good time and I haven't had to wait that long till now, so that's a plus in my book. Nowadays, I usually use the drive through so I can't say much about what's inside the restaurant. This particular one felt unique because instead of two lanes, it has a single lane with two ordering stations. Now, I don't know if the second one is operational because I haven't ordered there and I can't help but look at it as a design flaw, but I sure hope they use it during rush hours. The food is great: I usually get the spicy McChicken and they seemed to have changed it a bit recently, so you can try that out if you haven't.

Need more staff. My closest Mcds but I got to two other Mcds further away because wait time on 450 Townline is really long. Staff always really nice.
