    I only went to this location because I was thirsty got a medium (Cappuccino Blast -Caramel-) 2nd time I tried it, I didn't realized it wasn't supposed have lots of ice. The employees in this Mundelein location took their time to correctly make my drink unlike the (North Chicago location 60064) IMO.

    I am appalled at the lack of service that was given to me this morning. I just left this location after ordering a simple order. The attitude from the younger staff was insulting. I spent 7 minutes at the window waiting for my drink. The cashier was not wearing a uniform and he was not respectful in any way shape or from. I will never return to this location . I am a teacher for the state of IL and I was on my way to work. It was almost as if they were not giving me my drink on purpose. Very strange

    5 years ago I gave this location Five Stars. I'm sorry to say that I have to change my rating to One Star. This location has been going down hill for years, but the summer of 2022 it has reached an all time low. They can not seem to get anything right and take a really long time to get it wrong. I am absolutely shocked that they are still in business, they give all other Dunkin' shops a bad name.

    So much attitude. It’s 9:03 pm and I was told that they are closing despite sign on the door saying they are open until 10 pm. Nice. Not the first time happened to me at this location, but today it was full hour until closing. Ok, I’ll get my coffee from somewhere else.

    I went to Dunkin around 9.30pm, and lights were off..store close at 10pm, so I passed by the drive thru and they turned on the lights so I ordered donuts and they didn't have anything. So I asked for 2 small hot chocolates and the gave me only half of the cup..

    So the atmosphere was great because I was in my own car other than that this stop at Dunkin’ Donuts sucked. I had to go back around and through the drive-through because they forgot my doughnut your Dunkin’ Donuts how can you forget the donut without the donut you’re just Dunkin?

    Great fresh donuts the work staff enjoyed. Drive through is a bit awkwardly situated but other than that its a solid dunkin to go to imo

    i was having a hard time using the website to give a review down below on the website so now im going to leave my review here. I work 5-6 days a week and usually when i go in, I am always helped by Roslyn. Had she not worked here I would not come by. She always does my coffee right and I order the same coffee three types of ways (which she has memorized) and she always has it ready for me. She's always positive, happy, and working so hard and fast. Not to mention, she's also funny. She's a little comedian. With that said, I'll keep coming as long as she's there. :)

    The food and drinks here are as good as any Dunkin’ plus there’s a Baskin Robbins connected to this Dunkin so you can also get amazing milkshakes!! The workers here are really forgetful though, but I personally don’t mind because that means I always get something free🤷🏽‍♀️

    Standard dunkin coffee, last time I ordered from there- the coffee smelled bad (I still drank it because I was desperate) but this happened at another location so I’m not blaming this dunkin specifically. Still a hardcore fan though- I’ll drink dunkin any day

    This restaurant really ought to honor their own coupons that are still valid. The clerk told me exactly what to do on my app and I did it and she still refused to honor the reward. I will not be going to this location anymore.

    Santiago was so nice! I accidentally left without the rest of my order and he went above and beyond to bring it to my car so I wouldn’t forget it. (Thank you again btw! :) )

    The service here was terrible! 3 young girls, no Manager on-site, not busy as there was only 1 car in the drivethru ahead of us and no customers inside of the store. We ordered only 3 drinks and they got the order messed up. Maybe it was the language barrier but we were over charged on 1 iced coffee which was not what I ordered and the other 2 drinks, only 1 was served, gave back the receipt to show the other drink to the girl at the window and all 3 girls had to have a 10 minute conversation to figure out what to do. They owed me 0.50 cents and I just told them to keep it because we did not want to spend anymore time there getting even more upset. Avoid this location during the afternoons and evenings. They need more experienced ppl at this location that can speak & understand English. Too much hassle for 3 very easy drinks.

    Best coffee around and that's coming from someone who was stationed overseas and has had all the best European coffees made! Dunkin is much better than Starbucks or Caribou by far!!!

    This people just make some one's day horrible ask for an ice coffee with Carmel liquid sugar extra cream remind you said my order 3 times and gave me a dark simple coffee and the minnie stuff bagels were extra hot burn my tongue with the first bite couldn't go back to tell them cause I had to go to work never again I have stop at this location occasionally and it's always the same thing...

    Staff was rude when I asked why our order had been delayed 15 minutes - the drive through orders had the priority given and we were pushed to second. We had 4 year old to 12 year old kids and they were very patient with their food delayed 15-20 minutes, yet the staff didn’t acknowledge herself and intervene.     This place is consistently terrible as both a Baskin Robin's and a dunkin donuts. I live right by it so I will occasionally give them a shot when I'm too rushed to go further out. Every time, I have the niave hope they've gotten their stuff together, but they haven't. This morning I waited a while for the whole 2 cars in front of me to order. When it was my turn, I realized the hold up. They took around 1-2 minutes to ask for my order. They were out of hash browns (they're often out of many things) and they got confused and had me give the order twice. Even after repeating everything again, I knew this order had no hope of being right, aaaand it was wrong. I just shook my head and drove off.

    I used to work at Dunkin, never in my LIFE have a experienced such poor drive through service. They got my order incorrect 4 times. When I tried to correct them they looked at me like I was being crazy. My order was simple, they just would not listen. They kept interrupting me when I tried to order, and when I tried to correct them they just looked at me blankly. Clearly no one working knew what they were doing. 3 different people came to the window and all 3 treated me the same. Now this is something I would expect from the afternoon crew, but at 8 am? They should have it together.

    Ordered maple sugar snackin' bacon from here and got plain bacon. And somehow this bacon tasted gross. I'm guessing it went bad. I had to throw it away. I did try to call the store to let them know. But i couldn't call them because it goes straight to a voicemail that has not been set up.
