I went there to swim, and it's so cool. You can see the breathtaking views of Yangon downtown from the pool, and waiters serve well if you want to order food. Additionally, you may relax and converse with loved ones and friends beside the pool. The thing I like most is that there is a changing room which is huge and has several separate rooms, including showers, clothing changing areas, and restrooms. There's also a jacuzzi and sauna in it.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is very convenient for getting around. It is also close to many of Yangon's main attractions, such as the Shwedagon Pagoda and the Sule Pagoda. It's very impressive with all the facilities and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yangon.

Just went there to Pick up the Guest. I had never been there and it was difficult to find the entrance of Hotel. It should has the direction board for Hotel beside the road. There has only Car packing direction board and the Entrance of Hotel has in Basement Car Packing... As for me , it was too difficult to find Entrance.. :D

It was so systematic in terms security and facility structure. I love their services. But location is a bit nearby traffic and downtown. Good thing is that the hotel is connected with big small mall and office tower.

This is an indepth review which would be useful if you are quarantined in pan Pacific in Myanmar as per government regulations. First, you will be escorted to the airport after you chose your hotel. They charge about $100 for Myanmar citizens and $115 for immigrants/ tourists. This $115/100 will get you a basic room with breakfast included. After arriving at the venue. You will be going to the bus which brought your baggage. You are supposed to select your baggage and go to the place where they would brief you with the regulations. The regulations are in the picture attached below. If you are tested Positive for covid, you will need to contact an hospital and let them know. You will be given 1 day the to leave the hotel premise. The ambulance from the chosen hospital will arrive to pick you up. Also, you will not be given any services like laundry or room cleaning. You will be limited with a few number of dishes to select. They will also give you a detergent to clean the clothes. I felt that it was too much to charge about $100 for not getting essential services. It would have been nice if they atleast reduced the price to $70-80. But overall, Pan Pacific staff really cares about people. When my brother got hurt in the head. They took a while to respond. But they quickly did the first aid and the doctor arrives alter to check. After that. The hotel staff gave him some desserts to enjoy and make him feel better for free of charge. While finishing the quarantine, they even gave him a popsicle brownie to enjoy. The staff there really made our staying experience memorable. They responded quickly to our concerns. So if you are staying in pan Pacific for quarantine. You can trust that you will have a good experience

It's one of the top luxury hotels in Yangon. There's an amazing swimming pool. I'd rate a 5/5. The rooms are neat and tidy and have amazing atmosphere. It's close with the junction city shopping center so it's quite convenient

Amazing hotel - all workers provide excellent service and speak English well. The hotel breakfast has an amazing selection of food - Burmese, Chinese, Indian foods, fruits, desserts. There's a sauna, gym, infinity pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and great views. Hotel is connected to Juntion City mall. There's a local shopping market right across the street. Chinatown is just a few blocks down. They provide airport pickup/drop-off at $50USD, which was a bit pricey

Really unprofessional hotel. I made a booking through Agoda which was confirmed and charged to my card. But the hotel cancelled the booking claiming that all rooms are booked. But to my surprise, I can find rooms in the hotel on all hotel booking app. Super poor and unprofessional of brand like pan pacific.

Great service by the staff. Responsive and friendly. They are trained with ending the call with “ is there any other things that you need?” That helps to remind the guest if we have missed out items we want to request for.

It is a very grand and fabulous place. Very neat and tidy. We just went there for tea break. But the service is not up to the standard it should have. You have to wait a long time to order a cup of coffee. And you had to keep reminding about your order. I understand that it maybe a very busy time when we were there but still, a hotel with such prestige should not have any problem to deal with whatever it may.

Hello Wee, I have already talked about my problem at car parking with an operator who told me that she would pass the information to the manager. I am not sure whether she has already passed the information or not. The staffs at the Grand Ball room did not know how to make a car pass. The person at car park insistently asking car pass although I can show the evidence with date and time for attending as an audience to the Grand ball room. There is no choice apart from park back and go back to Grand ball room OR pay at once. If information has not passed to the manager or if the information received is contradict to me, plz feel free to ask me.

Outstanding service from the door upwards. The rooms were very comfortable and the gym was excellent. Food at lobby lounge was decent (for the chef selections) and the happy hour prices were decent -- but the beers are better than house wines. One small problem was that mosquitoes and flies got into the rooms. How odd. Was bitten several times at night. But I still rate it 5 stars.

Fantastic location. On the border of the historic downtown and the leafy uptown with direct access to Junction City Mall via the lobby. The hotel itself is modern, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The room had a beautiful view of Downtown Yangon and the Sule Pagoda. The room was very spacious and well laid out. The best hotel gym I've ever seen with plenty of space and access to the outdoor pool.
