Beautiful place and very comfortable rooms. Spent some mandatory quarantine in one of their rooms and the personale very helpful and ready to assist and make the stay as nice as possible. Great view's if you are logged in a room with the lake view.

How can I know their services will be just like to paradise to take my life again in that place? I would like to long stay here with my family and my relationships for our relax times. Thanks you.

Best Relax-Cation Spot In Town! It's the best choice ever, staying with this hotel on our anniversary day. First impression which is the view from the room over the lake is really amazing that makes the atmosphere feeling special. The buffet breakfast is outstanding unlike other its level hotels in town so I give 5/5 for it which represents its Grade what is Luxury. Staffs are attentive and generous. Thank you to the staff who helped to arrange those decoration stuff in room and it really made us a remarkable stay!! P.s The indoor bar, adjacent to the pool installed some sports games inside and it really had gain my attention so....I would come back again to have a hangout time with friends!!!

The Best Place to make enjoyable memories with your loved ones.The view from the hotel is really enchanting.Especially, The Pool Side Bar at Lotte Hotel is one of my favourite places to chill.I usually go there whenever I need to take a break from my works.You can feel the nature & relaxing vibes from there. They have some interesting stuffs like billiard or dart games to play with the friends for fun.Delicious foods,best drinks & facilities meet my expectation too.

It has a tranquil pool side bar that is decorated luxurious aluminium folding doors and curtain wall. Absolutely a very nice and cozy place to visit with friends and family. You can also go for a swim and enjoy the pretty view of part of the Inya Lake here.

It was so relaxing and luxury staying in LOTTE Hotel. I had enough good sleep. The view was also very very nice. I felt so refreshed.I went to Mugunghwa Restaurant.The foods were also very delicious and fresh. The service was also excellent. Both appetizers and main dishes were so yummy. I love it. I would recommend my friends.

I went to La Seine Buffet restaurant with my family for my daughter's birthday. The service provided by the staff from the reception to sitting at the table is very good. When they found out it was my daughter's birthday, they arranged a birthday cake, so I was happy to see my daughter so happy. The food is also very good, so I will go again.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed by the bell staff and after check-in, they escort me to the room. receptionists are helpful and quick to act on the request. They assign me a good room and also provide us with late check out until 3 pm which is very convenient for us since our kids took nap after lunch usually. Thank to all staff and management for helping and caring for us.

1st class hotel. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast with large variety. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Large screen TVs. Anything one may expect from a 5 star hotel. Very friendly service. Wi Fi is generally good except limited connection to international sites.

Loved it. Absolutely all of it. Didn't stay at the hotel though. Just went there for its buffet dinner. Spacious parking space though each slot is a bit narrow. Well lit and directions clearly indicated. Friendly and patient staff. General toilets very clean and well maintained. Free to roam around for sightseeing and taking photos. Buffet dinner quite a variety of menus to choose from. Might not be straightforward convenient for Muslim customers but can specially request the kitchen to prepare their menus in Halal way. Delicious food and abundant desserts. Recommended to try. Would give 9/10, but it's only 5, so 5/5.

Great hotel. Rooms are quite spacious and contemporary styling. Make sure you pay the little extra to get a Lakeview room. Well worth it. The bathrooms throughout the hotel are always clean. There are multiple in house restaurants and eateries. The pool is always clean and the pool bar is excellent. The pool bar staff bend over backwards to ensure you have a drink ready by the time you finish your drink. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. 5 star experience

Great food. Delicious. Great Inya Lake View. Really mind refreshing. Rooms are more than neat, tidy and spacious. And it is also on the Pyay Road, the main road from airport to Yangon city centre. Love this place. But i think it is a little bit expensive. So i give you 4 stars.

One of the best if not the best service I have had in a long time. I have stayed at Fairmont Grand in San Diego, Fairmont San Francisco, Park Hyatt in New York, The Peninsular in Beverly Hills and so on and Lotte Yangon has far superior service than any of the world renowned hotels!

Hotel is in excellent location and I am very much enjoying view from lobby lounge. I had cappuccino and club sandwich in last week. It was enjoyable drink with great view. I will visit there surly for next time.

Everything is very good especially the services and staff, except air conditioner system that seems there is some problem. Even I did not turn on AC, temperature in the room still too cool all day all night (cooler than outside temperature). I think AC in the room may connect with central AC as well.

Ideal position sitting on Inya Lake. Lovely hotel and Serviced apartments. Pool, pool bar, BBQs, inside pool, health n beauty, massage, various restaurants, pastries, Mini City Mart, golf simulators. Staff are fantastic, always wanting to help and very friendly n polite. 😀

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lotte Yangon hotel. My room was 1128 and it had a partial view of the lake and the city side. I enjoyed the service of all the staff, particularly one Mr. Steve who could also speak a little bit of my language Tamil. Food was very authentic. A huge praise and shout out to the Chinese restaurant at the 16th floor to both the chef and the serving ladies. You served perfect vegetarian food to me on request on the 14th Aug23, even though too late for you both.

Not sure of the room services and such, however, the quality and passion of food they serve is far far away from the impressive decorations they have. Experienced a Tender Beef Loin with tendons and had to use force to slice it even with a knife. A broccoli and cauliflower with a size of 1 yr old baby's fist and also taste very raw and hard. All-in-all, I am not impressed with the culinary passion and quality compared to their visual show.

Room, service and location is nothing to speak of, all perfect. The rooms are very neat and clean, service is also good. The location is in downtown, near inya lake, Yangon University and located on the main road (Pyay Road). Near Hletan Center shopping mall and you can enjoy the evening street foods at Hletan Road. So many crowded at evening, the local foods is in one location at this Hletan Road. It is one of the most popular street foods in Yangon and Myanmar people also went there for enjoying foods on their holidays.

One of the best International chain hotel in Myanmar. Good location (west bank of Inya Lake), great view (premium lake view rooms), good service and luxury rooms with Excellent International Breakfast. Love it !!!

Stayed here for three times, two times I get rooms with toilets which don’t come with bidet. And the main problem was that unbearable smell in the bathroom. I think it comes from the water drains not working well. It was all three different times, I had to close my nose to go to the toilet or shower it was that bad. I hope they would fix it soon.

During the quarantine time I have to stay about 2 weeks for business. The hotel staff are very kind and nice to talk about what we want.

One of the newer 5-star hotels in Yangon. Swimming pool is small and located on the ground floor outside the building in a not-so-private area. There is a heated indoor pool and a decent all-day-dining. Room is basic.

Good hotel to have a coffee or a Vietnamese lunch or a beer.

Excellent service and the outdoor pool was the attraction for me. It is located on a lake and at the write time you can catch a nice breeze too. The pool bar is situated in the right place too. The food was ok and not as impressive as I would have imagined however the place is definitely worth a stay in Yangon.

Quarantined here for 7 days & isolation 6 days. Nice spacious room , clean bathroom, excellent lake view, good wifi & most of all, excellent food! I'm glad I'm going to be a regular here for sometime.

This is my first trip visit to this country,and founded the Lotte hotel at Yangoon city not so far from Yangoon airport, btw this hotel recomended for your rest during vacation or during bussiness destination.

The hotel is located near Inya lake and on Pyay road. The room is nice and had a bidet in the room. Bathroom amenities are complete for your stay. Try to get time to relax at the pool. The lobby lounge is the best place to drink tea while watching the beautiful Inya lake.

Online customer service is at the bottom. I asked for a stay via online, the only response I got was 2 photos of their advertisement. No greetings, No answer, No explanation. It was like "read yourself". I have never seen any service like this before from 5 star hotel. So, choice is yours but service is like that.

I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel few weeks back. I found the hotel staffs were very prompt in attending to the request and did everything to keep my family happy.

After 4th time staying there for past couple of months, it deserves a good review! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am and check out late too. The sevice was exceptional as well. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! I wish they would rotate their breakfast menu but other than that everything is great! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone!

Very nice view, cleaned and comfortable room. Staff are warmly welcome to us,and next day morning we have enjoy Breakfast at La Seine Restaurant, after that we had enjoyed at Pool Side with my family.

Stay there at weekend as a staycation. The pool is the best in town. The location is excellent. very near to a large supermarket. A lot of restaurants nearby. The Korean restaurant in the hotel is the best one I had tried in Yangon.

Front desk staffs are helpful. Breakfast is good. Poolside area is amazing beautiful. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Very nice hotel aimed at Western guests. Everything was priced in USD for convenience, staff spoke English and the beds were soft (at least for Asia). Nice soaking tub to take baths and plenty of activities on the hotel grounds. Virtual Golf, Pool, Spa, Gym, 3 restaurants, 2 bars and a lounge area. All overlooking Lake Victoria. Breakfast was a diverse buffet and the weekends have a Mango themed buffet at tea time that is delicious. Stocked mini bar in the rooms.
