Price quality is absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious and the bed has a perfect matras. Pool, fitness and tennis courts available. And I really love the staff working in the hotel. Special credits this trip for Su Wai and Shoon! You made this trip unforgettable.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel The staff remember r us and made us feel so welcome On leaving the restaurant staff gave us lovely souvenirs which we cherish Housekeeping were very attentive also and our room was very well cared for W had the benefit of the executive lounge which made us very comfortable I would always recommend this hotel first in addition Yangon

Pools and surroundings are nice. Tight bathroom doesn't have laundry basket, shower and shampoo. Good for photoshoot. A bit expensive charge 30k per each.

Hotel location is good and quite near to the airport. Will always be my preferred hotel here. Room are nice and clean. And wifi is quite stable which is a plus here. Food is okay.

Although not located near the downtown area, nor near the Inya Lake area, this hotel is still popular and attracts people because of the various conventions it hosts, great weekend buffet offerings, and proximity to shopping areas like the Hledan Center and Times City/Junction Square. Check-in process could be a little faster, and I think it's because they want to desperately appear to be a true 5-star hotel so they want everything to go smoothly, but that means they go a little slow. Rooms are decently sized, and most offer at least somewhat interesting views of the city. The hotel's pool and exercise room are well-maintained and spacious.

We went there for a one-night staycation. We booked 3 deluxe rooms and one suite on the same floor. The idea is to let our kids play together in a big space. They enjoyed the stay. Swimming in the evening and the morning of the next day. The rooms are quite amazing. The beds, pillows, shower, tower, everything is really good. My girls really love it. An international breakfast with famous traditional foods is also an amazing one. Bacon, salad, noodles, yoghurt with honey and Myanmar Tea were my favourites this time.

Me and my wife attended a wedding ceremony on 1st April 2022. The rooms are suitable, nice and well decorated and also the chandelier is wonderful. The tables are nicely prepared. The carpet is also nice. The services by staffs are wonderful, kind, polite, friendly and reliable. The excellent service provided by staff Si Thu Aung is extraordinary and the best of the best. Thank you Novotel for all the hard work and for having the best staffs.

Amazing hotel! Better than others of the same category in Yangon. 1. The prices are very democratic. 2. The only hotel in Yangon with a children's room, which can be accessed even after 21:00 pm. 3. The pool is big and very comfortable, divided into zones, there is a children's pool too. 4. I really like the hotel staff. Special thanks to the guys at the reception for their attentive attitude and initiative: Teddy, Cristin and Maria. 5. The gym is also big. You can find a couch into gim. 6. There are lots of different little things that make your stay at the hotel very pleasant.

A nice hotel, although located in what seems to be a business centre. A great breakfast buffet - quite expensive but a great choice of European and Asian dishes. Room comfortable. Staff extremely helpful in arranging taxis and finding out information. Is quite confusing to find Reception if you arrive at the main entrance, as there are no signs directing you to the reception area.

I’m recently living in Dubai . I had booked three USD 30 gift vouchers card yesterday 13.6.23 for my father to celebrate his birthday seafood buffet at Novotel YANGON Max on coming Saturday to get experience having Lobster . But unfortunately, hotel management called us today 14.6.23 to inform about Lobster is not available what is make me disappointed and they’re not sure about when it will be available as well. I will not book if they inform us yesterday about lobster is not available. I was so excited and happy about my parents going to have experience having lobster but my hope is gone . Very easy to say Not available but your management will never understand how we felt .

I had to go to the Novotel hotel for four days because I had to attend a training and today is the last day of the training. Very nice hotel,I really like the food at this hotel, especially the lunch buffet, including the seafood salad served at tea time and also their services. The cutest thing is that all the staff are wearing red hats that represent to the Christmas. the one thing that I experienced bad was that when I ordered a water jar at the pool par and they gave me a jar with a dead bug in it. I tried to call the waiter and two of them acknowledged my call but no one comes. I remember calling 2 times and they acknowledged both of my calls. I waited 10mins and still no one comes. And yes I paid for the water even though I didn’t drink it.

Novotel is something else ❤️ I've been there for a social event with the British Council. I don't think there would've been a better place for me to meet colleagues for the first time. Conference reems are spacious, clean, and equipped with all necessary tools.

I was attended at my friend’s wedding dinner last night at Yangon Ballroom and seat at table no. 10, the service was satisfied and perfect. Thanks to perfect service and food that was served at last night especially thanks to Ko Tun who was take care the whole event last night.

The service was just ok .with indian guests staying for quarantine and indian food not on menu.Daily dessert was jyst few pieces of cut fruits same everyday with no desert at all Very dissapointing fir such a chain

Even though the Covid19 is all around us I felt safe and taking care from the Novotel Yangon Max staff. The Hotel is clean and respect his ALLSAFE policies carefully. During this period I'm enjoying the Gourmet Bar and the lovely fresh breakfast offered daily. Ms. Yadanar, Teddy and Peter are dedicated to details and pay attention to my stay which is appreciable.

Awesome “staycation” here while our building had no electricity. Staff and restaurants were great, the pool and tennis court are an added bonus. We will be back when we feel the need to spoil ourselves!

I was in Yangon for a week and it was one of the best stays, Novotel Yangon Max just feels like home. I felt welcomed every time arriving at the hotel after really long day and all the friendly and helpful hotel staff have made it possible for their guests to feel appreciated. Mr.Phyo Wai Soe He is a hard worker and has good service. He is a person who can provide a friendly relationship and good service. He is always there to meet your needs in the hotel. Therefore, I would like to recommend that such good staff are necessary for 5 Star Hotel.

City central location, elegant building, buffet style restaurant, outdoor coffee shops looks Novotel grand whenever I go across in frount of Novotel. When I start arriving Yangon for Qatar Airways interview, at Novotel Orchid ballroom if I remember right, that's first time I been there. I got new friends, new experience and that feeling makes my love for Novotel so strong since then. 5 star service who is well train and their smile and welcoming make a girl like me who is nervous about jobs interview thankful and bless.

During 2022 Festival Last week, went for a Staycation at Novotel. The room and the party arranged by the Hotel was splendid but what really amazed me was The Staff at Novotel. They were so Warm , Caring and helpful to the Guests, they made us feel very welcome and make our Stay filled with delight. Much Thanks and Kudos Ms. Treasure at the Front Desk who was super helpful during our short stay and the duty manager and team who helped with my friend injury. We will be choosing Novotel Brand as our Next Staycation Hotel and possibly anywhere we travel.

On pye road infront of university of medicine one which is easiest place to access in ygn. Traffic is not static and had sufficient parking space. Meeting rooms are nice with strong wifi connestion perfect for zoom meetings. Food can order from different inhouse restorants among which 24th floor French one is dinstinguish.

Room Service. Food ordered from room service is very good. The food menu is perfect. Novotel in gourmet bar where is a good place for chilling. You must try it to eat & drink something. I went to eat high tea set.Desert in high tea set is so sweet & delicious for me .If you try,I think that can give happiness and relax for your mind .

The food from Seafood buffet dinner at the Square restaurant was superb. Raw seafood were so fresh and delicious. Especially satisfied with the warmly services from the staffs Su Myat and her colleagues. Overall, a very remarkable sweet experience.
