I wish I could give this place zero stars. Just do NOT do it. What a disaster! We stayed one out of the three nights we had booked and demanded a full refund. The room was gross. Cigarettes everywhere, drug use in the stairwell. The ice machine was next to our room and kept making the worst beeping noise. We told them twice, they never did anything about it so we unplugged it at 1am. The next day I asked for towels multiple times and they “didn’t have any”. That night out toilet started over flowing into the living area and the bathtub filled with toilet paper! It was disgusting! Roaches were everywhere outside of our door. The owner yelled and called the cops on me for demanding a refund. I have it all recorded. He then gave me the full refund once the cops got there and saw the mess. I wouldn’t be surprised if we brought bed bugs home at this point. The pictures are NOT what you get! At all!

Do NOT enter this dump. This place should be shut down immediately. As soon as we walked in, we were HORRIFIED at what we saw. First off, paint on walls were peeling, mold was under the bathroom sink. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed a centipede running around. We understand hotels age and tear and wear happens but this condition was absolutely unacceptable. The elevator looked as if someone had peeled everything off and someone kicked it really hard. Did I mention the door for our room had a big gap at the bottom? Not the kind of place for anyone if the owner is not going to maintain it properly. Parking garage looked like a nightmare waiting to happen, very spooky and very dark with not a lot of people, which made us feel very unsafe. Walls in the hallway was completely falling apart. Please DON’T waste your hard earned money on this 70s, run down hotel. One last thing. Do something about that awful smell in the room. My mom almost passed out because it was that terrible. We decided to stay here one night and the next morning we booked the Sun N Sand resort, which was beautiful, clean and WELL maintained.

WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!! Lady at the front desk was rude as hell! Only had 1 towel in the room, went to ask for more and they didn’t have any more! Like what? The room was definitely not swept! The AC was leaking on to the concrete. Safe right? NOT! Did not trust the elevator with my life! So when we wanted to go out we had to carry the stroller up and down the stairs. Rediculous. Hubby had told me the last time the elevator was checked was in 2015. IT IS 2021 PEOPLE. GET YOUR ELEVATOR CHECKED!!! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The only reason we had to stay at this hotel was because ours caught on fire and was closed so we had to book the first one we seen.

I didn't want to give 1 star but I couldn't post My review unless I did.. They DONT deserve any stars!!!! This place is a dump it should be torn down... Booked online last year and when we got there it was NOTHING like the website... They refused to refund my money!!!! Rooms were mildewed and molded, the walls had water spots that had ran down.. Nasty place ... I called several authorities and reported them.. Don't bother booking this nasty place!!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The pictures were absolutely deceiving. Hallways are nasty. Washer and dryer were outside and moldy and rusty. There were gaps in the door I could see outside. Water damage around doors. Giant hole in ceiling. The elevator doesn’t work so we had to carry all of our luggage to the fourth floor just to not stay there. Wasted 400$ on a moldy nasty room.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is that it is on the beach. Literally the ONLY thing. The entire hotel smells like mold, the elevators when you ride it you feel like it will get you stuck at any moment. The front desk is hardly ever there. Tried checking out a day early to leave this dump and couldn't because nobody was at the freaking front desk. Just stay away. Better hotels a few miles away from the beach. Do not waste $100/ night here

First time to ever go on vacation and first time in any kind of hotel, so this was a horrible experience!! First I get there early to check in and make sure we can park there till our room was ready. The manager said my reservation was canceled due to non payment, I pulled up my checking account and proved it was paid! After some 'discussions' she got the check in done. When we finally was able to get our room, we started taking our stuff in. She than came running out saying she gave us the wrong room and we had to move from 1st floor to the 6th. (Mind you, me and my son are both disabled and I had my 4 yr old grand daughter with us). So we get to the room, and it's not even the queen beds I paid for! At 1:30am someone tried to enter the room yelling! I got up to see who it was. It was a man claiming I had to leave due to not paying, that I went from room 503 to mine and never paid! I told him I was never in room 503 and I was paid in full (over $1000)! So I had to go down to the office and fight with him, showing him my checking account and everything, and he still tried to tell me to leave! I looked at him and said give me my money back and I will!! He finally 'found' that I did pay and had to issue me new key cards for my room!! Not only did they mess up twice on my payments, gave me the wrong room (said they were then booked and I had to keep the double room), but the rooms are NOT the same as the pictures online, was never brought toilet paper, towels brought once, (we were there 4 nights), cockroaches every where, barely any parking available, no water pressure at all, wifi never worked, tub was disgusting, mini fridge was nasty, and the a/c barely worked!!! Very bad experience!!!! Only positive was the ocean view from the balcony and beach right out front Will never go back or recommend to anyone!!!

The check in process took a little longer than usual, but it was peak check in time, so I'm sure there was just an influx at the time. The clerk was very gracious, offered us a free upgrade. That was really appreciated. The Myrtle Beach boardwalk was located within steps of the hotel, so that was very convenient. There was lots to do in that area, lots of restaurants to choose from, lots of amusement, shops, etc. I was not at all impressed with the room. I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't use the bathtub/shower without shower shoes. The hardwood floors were nice. The queen size beds were more like full sized. The lighting in the room was horrible. There was only one outlet in the the entire room. There were a few unsavory characters running around the hotel, very loud and boisterous. Unfortunately, I probably won't be coming back to this place.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room had a really dirty floor, the ceiling is all falling apart and you cannot even take a shower without the water from yesterday leaking on you. This was absolutely ridiculous. It should be rated 0 stars. They give you no refunds no matter what and is not worth at all $150 a night.

This photo is what the washcloth looked like after I wiped the floor around the bed, and before I refused to stay there. A disgusting, run down, poorly taken care of dump of a hotel. Tear it down and start again, please.

HORRIBLE STAFF VERY RUDE ROOM WAS DISGUSTING FILTHY WORST PLACE EVER , I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT'S STILL OPEN PLACE NEEDS TO BE DESTROYED IMMEDIATELY!!!! THEY STEAL YOUR $$$ IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD!!!!!

After booking for 3 days, I became nervous after reading some of the reviews. There may be certain things that could use some touch ups on the exterior of the building and the parking garage was a little weird but overall so far I am super happy with the service we have experienced, and our room was nothing like the horror stories I had read. The beds were extremely clean, as well as the rest of the room, plenty of towels and shampoos, soaps provided. Haven't seen any sketchy guests. My 2 and 3 year old enjoyed the pool for hours after check in. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

The problem is, that I had a place directly above the parking lot, but I could barely rest. Secondly the desk people there are very rude,especially when I was trying to check out. He forcedly tried to charge me 20$ and their ceiling chips.

this place is nasty/dirty. they are not pet friendly. they wanted $150 extra a night for my pet. the web site said pet friendly. you get what you pay for. don't use this hotel. the rooms are not as pictured. don't touch any thing.

The rooms were decent for the price. But the resort itself was gross. No maintenance. And very dirty. I would not stay again even if it were free. It is oceanfront. So thats the only good thing about this place. It is not very family friendly.
