First
time
to
ever
go
on
vacation
and
first
time
in
any
kind
of
hotel,
so
this
was
a
horrible
experience!!
First
I
get
there
early
to
check
in
and
make
sure
we
can
park
there
till
our
room
was
ready.
The
manager
said
my
reservation
was
canceled
due
to
non
payment,
I
pulled
up
my
checking
account
and
proved
it
was
paid!
After
some
'discussions'
she
got
the
check
in
done.
When
we
finally
was
able
to
get
our
room,
we
started
taking
our
stuff
in.
She
than
came
running
out
saying
she
gave
us
the
wrong
room
and
we
had
to
move
from
1st
floor
to
the
6th.
(Mind
you,
me
and
my
son
are
both
disabled
and
I
had
my
4
yr
old
grand
daughter
with
us).
So
we
get
to
the
room,
and
it's
not
even
the
queen
beds
I
paid
for!
At
1:30am
someone
tried
to
enter
the
room
yelling!
I
got
up
to
see
who
it
was.
It
was
a
man
claiming
I
had
to
leave
due
to
not
paying,
that
I
went
from
room
503
to
mine
and
never
paid!
I
told
him
I
was
never
in
room
503
and
I
was
paid
in
full
(over
$1000)!
So
I
had
to
go
down
to
the
office
and
fight
with
him,
showing
him
my
checking
account
and
everything,
and
he
still
tried
to
tell
me
to
leave!
I
looked
at
him
and
said
give
me
my
money
back
and
I
will!!
He
finally
'found'
that
I
did
pay
and
had
to
issue
me
new
key
cards
for
my
room!!
Not
only
did
they
mess
up
twice
on
my
payments,
gave
me
the
wrong
room
(said
they
were
then
booked
and
I
had
to
keep
the
double
room),
but
the
rooms
are
NOT
the
same
as
the
pictures
online,
was
never
brought
toilet
paper,
towels
brought
once,
(we
were
there
4
nights),
cockroaches
every
where,
barely
any
parking
available,
no
water
pressure
at
all,
wifi
never
worked,
tub
was
disgusting,
mini
fridge
was
nasty,
and
the
a/c
barely
worked!!!
Very
bad
experience!!!!
Only
positive
was
the
ocean
view
from
the
balcony
and
beach
right
out
front
Will
never
go
back
or
recommend
to
anyone!!!
