One of the hidden gems of the city. The staff was friendly and very professional. The food came quick and it was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the tripe soup and the Stroganoff beef, they are among the best I've ever eaten! Definitely worth a visit if you are planning to visit Constanța :D

Taste is definitely the highlight of the restaurant. Each dish will make you want to order another portion, your taste buds feeling the maximum ecstasy of the finest pleasure. Personally, I found the grilled dishes to be truly exceptional and the french fries garnish placed next to a portion of Calypso sauce will make you lick your fingers immediately. I must mention that here I actually ate the best Calypso sauce I have ever encountered. Every time I taste this gift of the gods, I feel like I'm rejuvenating and floating on the fluffiest clouds. Gently pushing a fried potato into Calypso sauce, I could even say that I relive my childhood as Marcel Proust relives it in "In Search of Lost Time" when it bites into a madeleine. The prices are as affordable as possible and offer anyone the opportunity to enjoy truly high quality and unforgettable meal. I warmly recommend "Vatra Casei" to everyone and I can't wait to return here for other magical moments.

Amazing place We were in Constanta in a small trip, extra season and got a hotel nearby. The location itself is easy to access, but not exactly on the side of the road. You either need to search it on google maps, know about it, or be very lucky and stay nearby. Pros -The food was amazingly cooked. We had tochitura, beef burger and crepes with chocolate and whipped cream. It was the first restaurant where I ate tochitura with the meat so slender and good. - Weitress was super friendly. - wine was good - got a table between 4 trees and was amazing Cons - couldn’t find any

The food is sooo tasty, and it is not expensive. If I come back to Constanta, this is the place I will come to. I loved it.

Nice waitstaff and decent breakfast food. However all of the menu options are extremely limited and the seating is solely covered/outdoor facing a building. 4 stars due to service and taste of the food ordered, otherwise I'd advise this as a pass.
