Pleasant staff, helpful, clean rooms, excellent restaurant, great selections, beautiful location

Excellent The design of the total concept is exceptional. In the room is very clean, almost all the rooms have lake view. Very clean, with very good service. A lot of space, with extra lights in the "reading" area. From the balcony you can have a very special landscape. The breakfast is very tasty and organised very carefully. The restaurant, for dining, is very well serviced. A special mention I need to have for the personnel. They are very well trained and always there to help. Congratulation, team!

I really enjoy this hotel mainly because the family feel presented by the staff. The Gym is small but very nice with an amazing view.

Food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered mussles, and we both did not eat more than 5. Seafood risotto was overly greasy, with frozen fake seafood, like surimimi. We complained,but the waitresses was rude and they charged us for the food we did not eat. Avoid.

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately I can't because: in our room ( second floor) the Wi-Fi didn't worked at all. The hotel doesn't have a private parking ( you have to pay for the parking in front of the hotel. For the rest, the hotel is great: the restaurant has a terrace on the lake with good music and great food. The room is also spacious and clean! We would definitely come back to this hotel and I highly recommended it

To us it feels like a family business hotel equipped with a very nice restaurant that runs all over the year, not only during the summer season. Rooms are big, clean, with a comfy mattress. Food that one may find at the On Plonge Jr. restaurant was always in the very good value and taste range. You can enjoy dinner on the lake shore with a spectacular view of the sun set. Sometimes piano live music gives that perfect vacation vibe. 🥰 A very nice experience that we hope to repeat. Please have in mind that the hotel and the restaurant are very busy during weekends and holidays, so book a room/table well in advance. ❤️

Good fish restaurant, but not only. I would recommend the fish soup or the capture of the day for the main dish, together with done domestic wines. Has a small children playground. If the place is crowded, be patient with the waiters.

A wonderful place, probably one of the few decent hotels in Mamaia. Incredibly clean and large rooms, a breathtaking view over the lake and young, kind staff. Everything inside the hotel says "high quality" and "good taste". Perfect!

Very nice experience! One of the best hotels I stayed in Romania! The rooms are very big, the view to the lake is amazing and the food at the restaurant is very good. The staff was friendly too even though we got there almost at closing time they stayed with us and provide food until very late in the night! It was much appreciated! Thank you! Definitely recommend this place!
