Zimmer ok, aber wenn man abends nach der Arbeit was essen und trinken möchte, sollte man viel Zeit mitbringen. Das ein gutes Bier mal 7 min dauert is ja ok aber keine 45 min. Und bei den spareribs 60 min. Da ist ja jeder Lieferdienst schneller.

Quite disappointed with service, people were fake-kind. Had problem with lose of electricity in my room, they tried to fix it in the middle of the night, failed. Gave me another room. Breakfast was same every day, low choice, cheap products. Cheese, ham, croissant and butter. Room floors not very much clean, cant walk barefoot. Won't recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay but a little expensive. Breakfast is okay, was a hard struggle to get tea, yes simple English tea was not available and have to aks multiple people until someone managed to find few satchets inside a cupboard 😔

Disappointing Experience - Poor Breakfast, Unfriendly Staff, and Lack of Cleanliness My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered, with limited options and low-quality food. The staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel fell short of expectations, with noticeable cleanliness issues in the rooms and common areas. Overall, this hotel failed to meet basic standards in terms of breakfast quality, staff friendliness, and cleanliness. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a satisfactory experience.

The check in was a bit rough and the room we were assigned to was on the 7th floor while the elevator was broken. I have a leg condition which makes it difficult for me to walk the stairs. We made a complaint about it. Apologies were made and we were assigned a room in another building where the elevator did work. All in all the stay was nice. The breakfast was nice.

The room was very good and the hotel is well connected by public transport

The location is in a business area and not very exciting but the price is fine.

For that price a good hotel, I travel a lot and the stay was very good. The staff was very kind, rooms clean, and good location. Will come again when around 👍🏼

Schönes Hotel mit Super Lage. Wir waren 1 Nacht mit unserem kleinen Sohn im Hotel und haben nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und hat (auch) Deutsch gesprochen. Das Zimmer, wie auch das Bad waren groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet/renoviert. Die Betten waren super bequem. Wir haben bei der Buchung mit angegeben, dass wir gerne ein Babybett für unseren kleinen Sohn mit auf dem Zimmer hätten und haben dieses auch bekommen. Lärm haben wir auch keinen gehört, weder von der A6 noch irgendwelchen Baulärm. Hinzu kommt, dass es nicht weit weg vom Strand/Wasser ist. 10 Minuten Fahrt und man kann direkt ins Wasser springen. :-) Wir werden definitiv schauen ob wir für nächstes Jahr nochmal ein Zimmer bekommen, dann aber für mehr als nur 1 Nacht. :-)

Das Personal war freundlich, außerdem hatte man eine angenehme ruhige Nacht. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, das Badezimmer neu renoviert. Leider ist trotz des renovierten Badezimmer schwarzer Schimmel an der Decke. Zimmer wurde mit Ausblick gebucht und zusätzlich ein Babybett. Beides haben wir nicht bekommen. Perfekte Lage um etwas zu unternehmen. Nebenan noch ein spiele Land und ein leckerer Sushi Restaurant. In der Nähe gibt es noch andere tolle Attraktionen.

Stayed only one night and booked quite late so options limited. Pretty poor but that was the expectation, so recommend one night if needed just for somewhere to sleep (catching an early flight, stopover whilst on roadtrip, etc). Have to say the air-con did work well considering how hot NL was the week of visit (9 Sept 23).
