Worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. Not really a ‘fast’ food this one, took forever to order given that 4 out of 6 ordering machines were out of order, and about half an hour to get the food. When somebody approached the manager about the situation, she just said “ja, dat klopt” (“yes correct”) without taking any action whatsoever. Also seen and heard some more things that I’m not here to write in full, let’s just say she was not a manager at all. After finally getting the food, I open my wrap and there was almost nothing in it, just two slices of lattuce and a piece of chicken. I go back, I get another one, condiments were in it but it was cold, the wrap not even toasted as it should have been. We were on the way to Zwolle and we stopped because we were hungry. Next time we will just wait to arrive at destination, because we are definitely not stopping here ever again. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

not even the manager wishing you well. Not a recommended location to visit. Observe the black/americano coffee. Breakfast is occasionally offered and occasionally it is not. Mostly cold goods and lengthy waits Kisok, certain mobility aids are available but not all of them, and when you request one, they don't have it.

You always need to check if everything has been put in the bag. They forget it so much. So I was really impressed I didn't miss anything.Then when I got home I wanted to take a bit from my chilli chicken...but it felt so light so I opened it up...and they forgot to put in the chicken....only a bun with chilly saus and salad...which I did not order like that

Last sunday I went through the McDrive for a large Big Mac Menu. After that I drove 8 minutes to home, where I started to eat the french fries. They were different, not cold nor warm, tough when chewing on them. As if they were too old. I ate 75% and the rest I threw away. I called the McDonalds at Oorweg, but they never answered the phone. I also wrote an email, and they still did not reply after 48 hours. Bad customer service, when you also do not answer when you complain.

There is sign on the door that McDonald’s works from 7am. It’s possible to go inside, order food, pay and after this receive information that place works from 9am. Same mcDrive. It’s not normal.

The lack of interest from the staff ended up in us getting 3 portions of fries because we asked for extra sauce(not an extra portion of fries) . This wasn't helped by the fact the screens at the drive through displayed the wrong information. To make things worse they neglected to put salt on the fries.

Lots of orders mixed up during rush hour. Took 40 minutes to correct an order. It's true that the manager was kind enough to offer a free dessert as compensation but the rest of the staff seemed clueless

Well today again bingo not having the bread ready for mc muffin. Being on time and selling no and having disappointed kids. They needed to unfreeze the bread and realized too late that they were selling out. Results dissapointed people.

On the quite Friday morning took them 25 minutes to prepare to meals 🤦🏽‍♂️very slow service

One of the worst McDonald's I've visited. Although it was extremely busy during my visit there were some free tables. They were extremely dirty. The floor was full of French fries, napkins and other stuff people dropped. Staff was not very friendly. After 'dinner' I ordered a McFlurry. When it arrived it was half melted already, probably because someone forgot to announce it was ready. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

Just went to McD's quick, I ordered a cheese burger, it was good. The Coffee was terrible and watery. Service was friendly and quick. The parking area was fine, it would be nice if customers could make an effort to throw their rubbish in the bin instead of next to it.

We needed to wait in the MCDrive more than 1 hour. We did not get the receipt. Have got some sause what we did not asked because we are allergic for it (small plastic boxed sauce) but we did not get the burgers what we asked. I dont know what we paid exectly... About 20 people stand front of the building to wait, and it was really hard for the drivers to get there. Maybe 2 stars is too much.

McDonald's never disappoints! Fast, friendly service with a smile. Classic Big Mac still hits the spot. Their new plant-based options are a game changer! Kids' play area is clean. A regular family treat!

I don't really like this fast food restaurant, especially because is quite messy, the floor is sticky and full of dirt. My kids love it so sometimes I need to give up:/

Staff does not know how to talk to customers. Staffs are still own clothes and working. Hygiene is not best here. The burger is not really fresh. Toilet is dirty. Not recommended place to go there

Food was good, service was also good. It is located in very prime location. Has a good public transport convenience.

It's probably the most popular McDonald's in Almere, especially for families. So the place is usually packed, be mindful about that and about the waiting time for your order. They have a big free parking lot outside, which is a good thing.

McDonalds is THE best at the worst kind of food 🍔🍟 This evening, I picked up a Double Quarter Pounder sandwich and the new Veggie Spicy McChicken. Both did not disappoint 😛 (see included pictures)

The service was very sloooooow! (Saturday 10:35 am) Had to wait almost 40 mins for my order. Not only me but almost everyone were complaining! A chaos of slowliness! Very bad.

Sitting here for the past 30 mins and my breakfast hasn’t been served yet. 2 muffins and a coffee 🙈
