vegetables!
Happened
to
chance
upon
this
gem
of
a
restaurant
the
night
after
typhoon
passed
(seems
usually
booked
out
in
advance),
which
was
stone's
throw
from
Don
Quijote
and
WBF
Art
Stay
hotel.
We
ordered
2
sets
(1
pork
only
/
other
is
pork
4980yen
+
beef
combo
6980yen).
It
comes
with
small
trio
of
appetisers,
pot
of
local
vegetables,
dessert,
carbs
at
end
(basically
noodles
added
to
leftover
soup)
and
also
split
into
2
soup
base
in
a
pot
(1
for
pork
1
for
beef).
The
meat
came
with
portion
of
umibudo
(sea
grapes)
on
the
side,
and
boy
did
it
elevate
the
taste
and
texture
of
the
already
good
meat
(alongside
yuzu
kosho
/
ponzu
sauce).
English
menu
is
available
via
ipad
option,
and
there
was
a
couple
of
staff
with
small
command
of
English
as
well.
Only
2
downside
here
was
we
were
told
we
can't
order
1
set
to
share
(had
to
order
2
for
2
pax),
but
i
feel
it
could
have
been
a
miscomm,
and
other
was
they
didn't
quite
explain
where
each
different
cut
of
meat
came
from
(we
saw
different
name
tags
on
meat
portions).
It
was
so
good
we
tried
to
go
for
dinner
again
on
our
final
night,
but
they
were
already
booked
out
then.
A
high
recommendation,
if
only
just
for
the
local
vege
showcase
(since
other
restaurants
also
has
usual
beef
/
pork
choice).
