コロナ影響で閉鎖したのに、予約サイトから予約出来る。(agoda)その後メッセージで姉妹店への案内が来る。閉鎖してるなら予約サイトも閉じるべき。利用者は値段だけでなく、場所や写真などの情報を確認して判断しているのであまりにも利用者をバカにしている。当然客にはならなかったが。

予約した時間の22時頃に到着しましたが、誰もおらず、不在時の連絡先に電話しても電源入ってなく、つながらず、途方にくれました。結局、別のホテルに泊まりました。使えない。

ちょっと怪しかったのでここで報告します。 このホテルは海外の予約サイトから予約できますが、実際は宿泊できず、窓口に書かれてる番号にかけるとロハスヴィラという安宿に案内されます。 ここまでは他のレビューでも報告されていますが、不審に思ったのはこのホテルに宿泊してる多数の人物を目撃したことです。 無人の窓口で2時間ほど様子を見ていましたが、廊下の奥から明らかに従業員ではない見た目の人たちが出入りしていました。 おそらく一般の方が泊まれないホテルで、何かの団体か特別な人にのみ宿泊させていると思われます。

Sadly not a good experience. Mold, dust, stains and filth everywhere. Dust covered garbage in the hallway. Not a safe place to stay. We immediately left and were told cancelling is 100%. Simply shocking something so bad exists in Japan. Sorry to say this one should be avoided until it undergoes serious renovation.

You get what you pay for. I would not stay here again. Our room was like a prison and it was so hot inside. The windows were so very tiny and of course no AC. just a fan, thankfully. For 2950 yen for the room, I guess that’s what we should’ve known we were getting ourselves into. It was clean. The owner let us arrive late and leave our bags (why I’m not giving 1 star). Also I think separate floors are currently undergoing renovation.

It is dirty, smelly and no staff is there. There is no lock. Anybody can walk in and out. Guests are mainly old homeless people but it is very cheap.

I would not book again unless price/availability for other places was an issue, like this time.
