First off great location pick from the onset. You can get your to-go meals or dine in as you go on with your day. It's kid friendly with a play area that the children would enjoy. There's ample parking space but it can be tight during busy hours. The food options are really good and you should definitely try the Java pizza and froyo which I hadn't seen at other branches just yet. The service was fast and good.

How are you JAVA - Mbagathi, JAVA, Mbagathi Way is a very Good Restaurant. They have a Posh Interior Decor" and have extremely clean washrooms. Their location, parking and outside area is also good. We went there for a Breakfast Business Meeting as from 7:30 am. The Relaxed, Quiet, Clean atmosphere helps you to brainstorm and have a productive meeting. Mixing Business with Pleasure!! The JAVA Fluffy Pancake.... very delicious!! Also their Cara Macchia Coffee. (You can look at the pancake photo.) The waiter service is good. I highly recommend JAVA, Mbagathi Way. Keep it up JAVA.!! Convenient when you want to have some good lunch, brunch, dinner or whatever and you are around Mbagathi road/Raila Odinga road or Langata. Easily accessible. Try it out.

Nice location picked for this @Javahouse. It has a nice airy feel with high ceilings and big windows. Lots of natural light and a great spot for working. Mixed indoor and outdoor seating as well. Parking may be tight during busy hours though.

A very nice place to unwind after a long day at work. It's location makes it convenient as it is out of town and it's proximity to Wilson Airport.

Located along mbagathi way next to Total petrol station..,with parking and children play ground,good for family-fair. Professional and friendly staff.

You have a better chance getting served in hell than at this place. Avoid if you can. They do not acknowledge clients and teice I've had to go away without ordering after staying out for minutes with no end.

This particular java usually looks like an office space .u cant find a seat since they are alway occupied by guys with laptops and zoom meetings. Its just annoying for someone who is looking for a good place to dine but it fully occupied by less than 20 office spaces

I ordered a decaf peppermint mocha. And I had a bolt driver pick up the order for me. The mocha was delicious and the female server/cashier at Java,gave me a call to make sure I had received my order.

One of my favorite Javas in NBO-for some reason, I prefer their Avocado Cheese Tomato sandwich than the same in other Javas. Friendly staff, also, the set up is conducive for working. They have a small play area for kids so a plus for those with kids.

Java is just chronically understaffed so it isn’t the staff’s fault that service is slow. Staff in every single java are overwhelmed. They try very hard to serve well but they just need to hire some more people

Food not fresh. Served when COLD with no flavor. I literally walked in hungry and left hungry coz it was unpalatable. Waiter service above average though.

Of all the outlets I have dined, this franchise has the worst waiter service, especially when you are seated outside. To adress this, we have numerously told about being ignored if one is seated outside, getting the orders wrong, and no available cakes when one comes after 7pm(simply increase your stock). Moreover, we also complained directly to the waiters whenever poor service was rendered. Yet nothing has changed.

I was rather disappointed with this particular java. The service was terrible and the food, spare ribs were very bony. No meat. The fries were good though. I'm giving it a 2 because at least the cake was as good as all the other java cakes I've had. They however took more than 20 minutes to get us our cake and like 10 more to put them in separate bags as we had earlier on requested.

Finally a Java that is a walk away from my home. Being a sweet tooth I am always finding restaurants and diners that have really good cakes. Java has always done justice for me. I tried their cheese cake and was amazed. I am not a big cheese lover but I was convinced. This one in particular is located in a serene environment and it has an outdoor setting. It is ideal for a date. They have really amazing meals from breakfast to lunch to dinner to snacks and dessert. They have great coffee, iced teas, tea and milkshakes. Their menu is vary wide to accommodate most people orders and preferences. There is good WiFi reception so one can still do their assignments as they order. I have always loved the feel that the painting they hang on the wall brings. This Java has some real java love.
