It's a really beautiful space, I especially loved the fountain and the rooftop; really great aesthetic. Great for a weekend staycation with your significant other.

I actually visited the tower side of Lymac , on the roof top is a restaurant swiming pool and also a gym . The surprise was they had glass walk on that top floor . You could see down from as you walk on the 24 th floor .

It is in a very quiet area of Kiambu. If you need some peace and quiet out of the hassle and basle of Nairobi. I recommend this place. The Management and their team are very prompt to listen and react to customers needs. Great place..I will surely be back again.

The place is nice but the hospitality is very bad. Payment for the rooms was a difficult process as there is no online payment and cash is not accepted. For foreigners this may be an inconvenient. Too many calls from the reception really disturbs.

Great place, tastefully furnished rooms and spacious with options of 1 or 2 bedrooms though in need of touch ups here and there. Service is ok but overall it's a good enough place to stay for a business visit those parts of the city. Downside: There is need for a better check in and check-out process that does not invade ones privacy to give out personal details especially in this day and age of data protection e.g. why would one leave their phone and ID number with a security guard at the gate? Plus what's the point of them asking where one is going? If that is meant to be a public facility, they should do their checks and let one give details at the reception. Checkout is another nasty issue as well, total disregard for personal space by the guards who act on instruction, it's rather unprofessional where there are better ways of checking who gets in or out of the property.

The food was nasty! And the cups had hair in them and were not clean. Besides that it was a great stay but pretty expensive if you stay one month.

We had a stay at Lymack suites for one month. Housekeeping and linen change was done as per our request. Overall is a place we can go back again.

The owner Lucy will entice you with everything good before you pay. On check out you will be treated like prisoners!! She is a very unprofessional lady with a team of unprofessional people there. Wedding teams be warned!!

My stay at this place was truly enjoyable. The location is unbeatable with a shopping center, Two Rivers Mall, and the Northern Bypass right at your fingertips. The service is exceptional, although there were a few instances where meal orders took longer than expected. The rooms are incredibly spacious and the beds are absolutely comfortable. Daily room service is provided, unless you specify otherwise. If you're staying for a longer period, they can even offer you a better deal and prepare food for you to store and consume as needed. Overall, it was an outstanding experience.

Lymack has got to be the coolest place I've been in a long time. The service is 100%, the Chef is proper I'd eat there any day. And the sunrise view is to die for 🔥🔥🔥🔥 It felt like a home away from home. There's so much peace and tranquility. The food is 100% and most of all, the members of staff make you feel comfortable and rested.

I so wowed when the door opened to my suite. So breath taking, but yet I felt at home. Amazing!

Extremely poor service from the staff. I don't understand why you would switch of the lights for paying clients in order to get them to leave earlier than they had agreed. They wait staff are very rude and inconsiderate. Brought more than what was ordered and insisted that that was order and demanded for pay.

They are amazing and can never thank them enough. They have the best deals. If you have a special occasion, graduation, wedding or wedding anniversary, or you just want a place to hang out. This is the best place to go. They have kept the services 💯 legit.

There's no need to invest in such a property then not invest in training staff. Its called the hospitality industry for a reason. The light lady at the reception is so rude and unfriendly. I would honestly not go back.

I'm always enjoying whenever I find myself in Kiambu Road because Lymack gives the impression of serenity and elegance anyone can desire to see.

Lovely place in a convenient location. The amenities need improvement especially an upgrade from cable TV to smart TVs, I deem it overpriced at KES.7900 and professionalism must improve; a certain slim housekeeper (always in a black sweater) and your gym instructor could do with CS training.

Great place and great location with nice big rooms, however there is evidence of failing standards especially with cleaning and upkeep of what looks like was originally designed very well, bathroom was especially dissapointing with paint peeling from ceiling, dirty floors and toilet stains. Coackroaches found in the kitchen which was really dissapointing for the type of accommodation. The pool area is also starting to show signs of wear and could do with a bit of upkeep. Still enjoyed our stay and would return but hopefully management will tidy the place up as all it requires is a bit of TLC. Very helpful front office staff.

Great place to stay, little pricey and the food sold there is terrible. I hope they improve on the food! I was given tea with hair in it and my stomach was unwell. The bread had black stuff on it! I hope this was addressed! Also the guy at the gate kept asking me to give him some cash every night. I was very uncomfortable!
