Nice cozy cafe in the mall. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food on paper looks very delicious but it is not very tasty. The regular coffee is really bad maybe try the espressos might be a little stronger. The toilet area is relatively clean, but really small.

This location is so relaxing. The terrace is really nice and the nearby road does not disturb at all. The coffee is good; perhaps not the best in Nairobi but very good. We had breakfast and lunch (pancakes are good as was the panini). The cakes are average. I ordered a ‘bread basket’ which was a joke- three pieces of bread and barely enough butter/jam. Aside from that mishap, I really enjoyed coming here.

I have been a customer of the Art Cafe at Westgate for a long time and this morning I was confronted with an extremely unpleasant experience. After ordering a simple breakfast of eggs, we had to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes for the order despite of several inquiries from our side. The food was cold, badly done and not prepared the way we ordered it. The waiter in charge (Francis) offered a very low-quality service. I wish you could spare your customers with such experiences in the future.

If you are around the Westland area of Nairobi, then this is an option. They serve good breakfast. I was there once and I liked the atmosphere there.

Nice ambiance with nice staffs specially Tabita, she has an excellent customer care. Restaurant is clean. I enjoyed my breakfast while listening to the wonderful jazz music they play

Like in most restaurants in Nairobi frequented by expats, the service is top notch. The food was good and the smoothie too. We went there for a quick lunch, and both opted for salads, which, although easy to make, can easily turn out unpleasant. I am looking forward to trying something else from their menu.

Love the vibe of this place. You can also work done if you looking to sit with a laptop and a drink by the side. They have amazing cake slices, bread based items, many drink options. Best part is they have many options for vegetarians too. Must recommend!

They were a bit slow on service delivery . Their food and the ambience is great. Did i mention they host kizomba dances on thursdays 6pm till late. A definite spot fr me.

You cannot tell me that there is no salad whole evening I was disappointed but I got my nice cheese cake.was happy with it, my cocktail was supper good I loved it and the chicken sandwich was good too.

Atmosphere is good and nice. Waiting so long for cappuccino,not very good taste in case, practically without foam,and that is already enough for don't call cappuccino,good thing is coming in the correct cup. Than we ordered samosa to "share", less than half than normal shape,so what we share? So atmosphere is good,but about the rest need some improvement.

The food is mostly good but - the service is quite slow especially at night. It took almost an hour for our food to come one time. Nevertheless, the food is worth it.

Nice clean establishment ideal for meetings or silo LP work . Not too impressed by the food from what I eat ie the fish snapper and Fries were dry and over cooked . Have breakfast 4 times and all three times had to return the eggs because they were really really cold ! Room for improvement is quite easy if managed .

Nice ambience. 4th time here in this branch specifically. All four times, I've had to wait for 15 mins before any of the wait staff shows interest. Seems like no one in that establishment cares for anything. Food was not too good. Overall not a good experience for me.

We were in the city for one day and ended up having breakfast and lunch here. Its really amazing, food is good and vibe is great. We accidentally dropped our coffee, the server cleaned it up quite quickly and even replaced our coffee (at no charge and without us requesting). Prices are decent and they had a breakfast offer with Mimosa and beer. Not sure when I would travel to Nairobi but this is a must visit place.

It's clean, spacious and fetching. The service is superb and staff are friendly, quick and helpful. Above all, the food is delicious which is why it is popular with individuals, groups and families. Surprise, surprise! It is surprisingly quiet.

Open space that is great for hangouts, official work meets. The service is exceptional,short and precise and most orders take no more than 5 mins. The seat arrangement Allows for random pairing,i.e, seating for two,or three..or four. Generally the place is great for meeting your loved ones and creating memories ir closing business deals,if you're into that sort of business handling.

Good food and ambience. Sometimes a hit and miss. I just got a brownie, they said it is fresh and maybe it is but it is horrendous. One of the worst brownies I’ve ever had.

Very nice cosy place. Bought a bag of beans and I had to taste it first so the very kind staf offered mee a free espresso which tasted great!

Two rivers branch....The service was extremely disappointing. I sat for almost 30 minutes, waiting for someone to come outside and serve me. Then the waitresses all disappear and stay in side. What's the use of the outside patio if you only concentrate service inside? Redeeming quality was the food was good, although small potion for the fish and chips.

Other than the food taking some time to be served, I really enjoyed my dining experience here! Excellent food, staff and ambience. This is a place one can never go wrong with.

I had the granola breakfast. The quantity has gone down and when earlier it used to be a sufficient meal, now you are left unsatisfied. Overall the ambience is still great and hence the attraction to go back. Value for money quotient is going down!

My welcome was a very warm one on a windy Friday morning. All the waitresses and supervisors have a morning huddle and wear bright smiles when talking to their customers.I was convinced to opt for the double Capuccino and complimentary pastry at 450/= KES. Excellent choice.The beef pie had a nice flaky pastry and came with a piquant green chilli sauce which mixed with Tabasco hit just the right spot. A really wonderful experience

The quality is OK but not the same in different branches and time.

Many branches in Nairobi, highly recommended. I ordered the steak of the day and was amazing, enjoyed the food and the place. The desert was also excellent, ordered the dark forest. Also, tried the croissant once with almond and once with chocolate, both were very good The prices are a little high

Loved my experience this morning! Got there @ 8:30am & went straight out to the patio. It’s 14°c with cloudy skies. I sit over the corner reading my book. The ‘trainee’ comes up to me, indicates she’s a trainee & takes my order. The ambience, lighting, morning tranquility, decor - impeccable!! Felt like I’m having a latte in Austria. Food was great but needs to be slightly amended. Got the full platter salmon/ eggs Benedict. The plate is excessively large with a rather small portion! You could have the same portion in a smaller plate.

A reasonably good shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. Artcaffe is one of the best restaurants at the mall with reasonable prices and lots of options to choose from. Food is excellent especially the homemade chilli sauce (which you have to request when you order, it's not on the menu) 👍
