My favourite branch. Has most of the products, well spaced, many counters to cater for the many customers at given day and well stocked. They have different offers for different products though it depends some are for a day like meat, vegetables, fruits while others a week or so. Every time I shop here; I enjoy the experience including shopping via their online app.

I wouldn't say it's perfect, but definitely gets the job done. Located on the ground floor directly from the main entrance. The shelves are well stocked and customers always seem satisfied. However, there's little staff support whenever you need help with the displayed products, the checkout points are always congested and poor product categorization on the shelves..

I visited this place a while back and it was amazing. The ambience is remarkable and the collection they have is really wide. I loved the variety but importantly, you don't have to pay for parking if you shop here. The supermarket gives you coupon to pay for your parking. There are also multiple shops and banks for all your needs.. I loved it, the kids would be happy here the whole day too

This is a mall of itself first day going there was a bit confusing but soon this is a mall with all household items you will ever want discounted shopping items pretty and clean surfaces , playing arenas for kids,plenty of electronics spaces all inclusive here.If you have a car don't live it behind plenty of car parking lots but with a charge per hour One of the best malls to go for shopping with all your family members

A SIMPLE REVERSAL . I HAVE CALLED TIME AND AGAIN AND ALL THEY KEEP DOING JS LYING THAT THEY WILL SENS THEONEY BACK AFTER I HANG UP SINCE I PAID VIA MPESA. MARTHA AND THE TRM CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY JUST KEEP GIVING ME FALSE HOPE AND THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE ADDRESSED.

For starters,what's up with the security guards ??For cyclist,if you wanna use the front gate,you have to pass through security check with pedestrians ,the looks you get from people who don't understand its the rules ..Then they can't allow you access if you don't have a lock for your bike .Like whats that dude doing in the parking lot if he can't watch parked cars and bikes ???y'all should equip the mall with such amenities,we live in the 21st century .

I have been a consistent online shopper at Carrefour TRM and well! It has been something. They always get all of my orders right, I have never had a missing item from my shopping but! And this is a strong but, their delivery services are poor and extremely frustrating. They always give us options of delivery time slots and they never get it right. Example I shop at work and know for a fact that I will be at home by a certain time let's say by 6.30.pm. So when I am busy shopping at my desk at 3 pm , I comfortably chose 7 to 9 pm delivery slot. Then the store chooses to pack my items early and dispatch them. The rider decides to call at 5 pm and I casually inform them that my order was for 7 pm since I am not around and no one is around to pick the items. The rider keeps quiet and decides to return my items to the store. It's 9 pm now and I am still waiting for the rider to deliver. Only for me to call the store and they inform me that my items were returned. Carrefour team please improve on this. It is very frustrating. This has happened on so many occasions. I hope this review makes the store delivery services better.

One thing I love about carrefour is how certain you are of the quality of things you'll be purchasing because it's a chain store. I especially enjoy their baked goods. They've got almost everything under one roof and I highly recommend it. I really wish they had a branch in Eldoret 😊.

Why are your services so pathetic?!! I ordered two electronic items from your TRM STORE last week and one was to be delivered on Saturday only to be called later in the day with a cooked story why they can't deliver and the other was to be delivered today. Your staff said they will deliver both items today. I requested them to deliver after 5pm so that I will have gotten there coz ofcourse am working but they said that 5pm is late yet, as of now, 5.10pm, you are yet to deliver and on calling your driver, he says he is yet to pick the second item from Two Rivers after which he will start his journey to Thikah which he hopes to get there at 7pm. I had engaged someone to receive the goods for me and has been there since 11am ! Why mess our schedule with your pathetic services??!!

I like the place due to the wide variety of products, better than any other supermarket Kenya. Wide variety of products in the supermarket makes it easy for anyone to shop whatever they need at any given Time.

Very convenient♥️♥️ my favourite stores are Carrefour, Game changer, Java and Miniso Ample parking as well and cheap parking fee. 60/= for 5hrs and free parking when you buy shopping worth 3k onwards from Carrefour. I highly recommend

This is my shopping point. Excellent services, however the attendants at phones sections are bogus; the displays for some phones are off and their not interested to restore. They just tell you to pay it's in store without bothering you need to check the features first.

One of the first places in Kenya to have ice cream rolls,,,...good for electronics shopping or food or anything else you need....very spacious...I got lost

Pretty frustrating that they'd have items available on their app/website but not in-store and their aisle attendants "vanish" after 7pm. Otherwise, nice shopping experience. Efficient service once you find an attendant 😅.

I'm very disappointed by this TRM branch. I ordered stuff through the App for the first time on the 25th July 2022 and until today 27th they haven't been delivered yet😔 Even after calling the customer support team 5 times with a promise of escalating the issue, nothing has been done!! I

Good variety of products with good deals. Improved wait times at the teller. Tip: don't pick items at the "deal of the day" area, sometimes there are better deals at the actual shelf that are not at the "deals area" usually at the front.
