Don’t subject your family to this environment where customer service is mediocre and unprofessional. They decided to serve chicken that was uncooked and cold with blood dripping out of it. On top of the very low quality food, this kfc lacks proper hygiene. I saw manager and staff just touching the food after reporting the issue instead of fixing their mistakes. Worst of all they just returned the uncooked chicken after touching it without solving anything, and spoke to us very rudely. This restaurant disrespects paying customers with poor service while violating health and safety measures. One of the worst experiences with no true value for the client’s time and money.

It is very chilled and offers a very comfortable environment. Their chicken is amazing and the service is self service. It's among the major fast food stops in Kenya. I especially like their inside setting the lights brings a chilled mood. It is a good place to catch up with friends

Can never go wrong with KFC. I would suggest trying the soft twirl I just have to get it every time I go to KFC .

The first time I visited this branch, I ordered a street wise two. I was given a regular sized piece and one really tiny piece The size of three sticks of fries bundled together. I asked why the second piece was too small and the response was “we do not have enough chicken pieces and we would like everyone to get some”. I was taken a back because 1- there was no one else in line and 2- I paid to get my two good sizes of chicken, not to consider other customers. The second time I visited this joint, they did the same thing, by giving me a tiny piece of chicken. I complained once again, they gave the same reason. I asked for an extra packet of ketchup, they went ahead to tell me they were saving some for the next customers. It is really annoying to keep being told that “other customers will not get this if I give you a good size piece of chicken or an extra packet of ketchup”. I have never experienced this in the other KFC branches. With these reasons, my experiences at the galleria branch were horrible.

This has to be my favourite KFC as it gives me a reason to visit Galleria. The service is quick and the food is always fresh. It has lots of dining space in its closed of forecourt. Highly recommend if you love your KFC.

Food was good, no complaints there. Service was exceptionally slow, worth mentioning. Hand wash basin was a mess considering there stickers at the door indicating how surfaces are cleaned every 30 minutes. Would be advisable to change the old dispenser plus tap with automated non contact ones, in this age of Corona.

I had a zinger and it was not as per my expectations. Chicken was dry and coating had lost its flavor. Disappointed.

KFC Galleria delivered food that badly upset my stomach. The chicken was watery and poorly cooked. KFC says they have International standards but what I got yesterday was disgraceful. And very poor packaging
