The restaurant gives street corner cafe vibes with very beautiful ambience and decor. We both enjoyed our meals and most importantly our cocktails were so good. It tends to get full through the weekend so go early. 4stars because the service was very very slow.

Mint and Salt is a lovely space located smack in the middle of town. It's a rarity I'd say, with great cocktail and food selections alike and a vibe while at it. Definitely planning to explore more on the breakfast menu. The staff offered good service and were helpful too.

Good location. Went on a weekday. There were few people and I was served quickly. Insta-picture worthy; They have great interior deco and the lights give a warm ambience.

If you are like me and read reviews of a place before visiting....this place is worth it!!! Service was excellent and the food was even better! Their loaded fries with beef and capsicum was tasty. Loved that they offer cocktails 😉. Am going back to taste their cakes and milkshakes. Go try it ... coz its major affordable too😊😊

A place that matched whatever I was expecting. The fruit salad, and the granola nuts, perfect! The chicken was also prepared well and the drinks were good too. Service, of course, was a good one. Would definitely go back.

Cute and quaint cafe in the CBD. Don’t miss out on their chicken shawarma, it’s one of the best around! Honourable mention for their masala fries too. Would def recommend for a quick bite when in town.

The food is amazing and their cocktails are quite strong, with the happy hour, it’s a good deal. With around 3K, you can have food and enough cocktails for two. The place is really cozy but a bit small but getting space isn’t hard.

It is a small beautiful place to grab a drink or quick meal in cbd. I've passed by and decided to check it out. They have amazing cocktails and juices, and their tea masala is really good. It is easy to locate and strategically placed. It'd mostly be full, but there were a lot of empty seats when I visited. Some nice soothing music and a nice place to escape the chaotic town for awhile.

After a hectic day in cbd all we need is to stop by a cute cosy cafe and unwind. I had their famous shawarma (shawarma with fries@500), a glass of sangria and the dawa(for the spreading flu😂). Their shawarma was filling , the flavour was melting in my mouth and they didn't mise on the chicken filling . The fries could have used less salt though. The dawa was comforting and perfect for the cold. Their sangria was a 15/10, makes one a bit tipsy, the glass looked bigger than usual, and the quantity was a steal. I'd recommend all that I had. Their menu is on their Instagram page if you like planning what to eat before you visit a restaurant like me😉

Good place to have breakfast with your plus one, prices are okay for the portions you get. Lastly, endorsing the (couples breakfast) option. Great staff too.

They changed the chicken shawarma recipe. The chicken had a strange consistency. I still enjoyed it but not as much as the old recipe. I also had an iced long machiatto which was good, however, their syrup is quite watery which I feel water's down the coffee and alters the flavour. The staff is friendly except for the owner who comes across as cold and aloof in all my encounters with her. They used to have free WiFi when they first opened but not any more which sucks if you want to work as you eat. I loved the rhumba music they were playing though 👌🏾.

The service was excellent, they explain to you their food is prepared once ordered so it takes 15mins but we were served within 10mins which was 👍awesome. We had our breakfast which was tasty.... That shawarma (sooooo yummy) will be going back for it ........the fries tho hapa wangeongeza... Lol. The space.... It's a beautiful space tho small but makes it more ideal for an intimate setup.. not so ideal for big crowds. All in all we had a perfect time... Had a great conversation with a loved one, all I wanted was a great ambiance & breakfast and I was delighted to get both.

It's a little hidden eatery in the Nairobi CBD. I liked the simple and tasteful decor. Their prices are very affordable, their menu has sufficient variety for a quick eat. I loved their chicken ceaser salad. The ingredients were fresh and it really refreshed me after walking in the CBD on a hot afternoon. The service is great but a bit slow, but the meal is worth the wait.

Went in for breakfast at 10am. Barista had not arrived waited 30 mins only to be told the coffee machine isn’t working. Would not recommend, extremely slow service and I was the only one there. Also the space is small and cramped up.

I would have given a 5 but they added nuts inside my granola bowl which I told them not to... because I have an allergy..the granola however was good

I would not advise. Went there on a Saturday afternoon only for the waiter to tell me after waiting for my drink for 20 mins that in fact i can only order plain fries as the gas had issues and would take 30 mins to fix. Why not say that the moment i sat down to make an informed decision. The next day when i went back the service was terribly slow, the food took 45 minutes and my friend's steak was made as a pepper steak which was not requested. Not worth the trouble. Only a 2 star because the waiter apologised.

It was amaaaaaaaaaaazing. Tiny and very cozy. An ideal place for a date. The food is totally on fire!!!!! We had pancakes and ice cream and it was totally worth it. The service is also nice and the staff are really friendly. The order takes a while because I think they go to prepare once you've made it, which makes the waiting all the more worthwhile. I loved it!!! Will definitely do it again.

The place has got this nice vibe, it's not a big restaurant but where they lack in space, they fill it up on the flavour of their food and drinks. Totally worth your time and such a great ambience in the middle of town, as you wait for the rain to die down, wanna grab a cocktail, their teriyaki burger is to die for for sure.

I loved how this place feels like a little coffee shop hidden but not really. Its really nice if you want to work. Their dawa is amazing. They also have good pastries. Their prices are slightly above average but not ati like Java. The service is so good and so kind. All the lighting makes the place feel so good. Wish they had cocktails. Even if its just for happy hour. Love this place

Small restaurant space, so-so kind of service, good food. The space was a little tight and I couldn't find a good seat when we arrived around 5 pm. We waited for another couple to exit before we could have a seat. For that reason, the space aspect was a negative. The server was also a bit cold, like she had someplace else to be. The food, however, was very nice. It's cooked after you order so you have to contend with wait time (which could potentially be a problem if many customers come in together). Their cocktails looked nice so you could have one as you wait for the food. We had the cheese+meat chips on the menu, and these were good. On the day we went, they didn't have any beef so any menu items with beef were substituted with shawarma chicken.

Had pork chops w fries. 1st i ordered without a drink 2ndly the meal took forever. 3rdly on coming, it was hard 4thly they give ketchup sachets & only two. Felt like going to chicken inn only a little more generous. Didn't ask for more coz realized they were saving on costs. 5thly i was finding out they have wipes while i was leaving after testing the gods on my hand cleanliness So service could def improve. They need to be more keen. The place could use decor & it's too small. So not cozy. U can't stay comfortably for hours. Even the table had cracked
