I highly recommend zhau-baur - lamb liver wrapped in its own lard and cooked on the grill. The juiciness of the liver is preserved and greasy cracklings are added. Not very fatty, but juicy dish. In other places it is prepared by adding fat tail fat inside the liver. It turns out much fattier and not as tasty for my taste)). Be sure to drink it with beer or something stronger so that the fat dissolves better in the stomach. Khychins and chebureks are of excellent quality. The view of the lake, the fountain - everything is pleasing to the eye. One “but” - the staff is not very friendly - from barbecue makers and managers to waiters - they prefer a minimum of communication without smiles. The grill is impressive - 3.5-4 meters long. They cook quickly, but there are a lot of people, especially on weekends. So you may have to wait 15-20 minutes (maximum) But if you want to eat delicious food, this is definitely the place for you!

Then we were attacked by sparrows))) then wasps))) then gypsies))))) then we couldn’t bite through the beef kebab, drank the juice and We won't be back soon. And it was a good establishment.
