Часто приходила в это заведение ,так как очень нравится здесь такос.Но после сегодняшнего случая ,это последний раз,когда я бываю в данном заведении. Заказала маленький такос с курицей,который вынуждена была прождать полчаса,просто потому что девушка на заказе забыла передать мой заказ повару.При этом я подходила 3 раза на кассу и спрашивала ,как скоро будет мой заказ,мне врали,что он готовится в печи.В то время,пока остальным посетителям,кто делал заказ позднее меня и только пришли ,их заказы уже выдали. После моего обращения в ЧЕТВЕРТЫЙ раз,мне все таки выдали мой маленький такос.На мои замечания официантка пожала плечами,даже не извинилась и всю вину переложила на повара. После такого не было настроения уже даже забирать заказ. Непрофессионализм, ненадлежащее выполнение персоналом общепита своих обязанностей,неуважение к клиентам и откровенное хамство,портят все впечатление о данном заведении , оставляя неприятный осадок после чего не хочется приходить снова в это место. ОГРОМНАЯ ПРОСЬБА К АДМИНИСТРАТОРУ ПРИНЯТЬ МЕРЫ.
