Don't miss this super hotel if you are in town! Best location - next to the train station. Nice suites with city view, bathroom with tube and shower. Separated toilette. Excellent comfort in the bed. Very helpful staff and table soccer in the lobby. Recommended!

You see a beautiful historical building on the first picture and think that's the hotel? That's a misleading information. Hotel itself is an ugly 30-40 years old building. I had a standard room first and it smelled. Windows can't be opened. The way it looked was 2 * hotel maximum. Then I got a privilege room where this smell was masked with a perfume. Room was like a 3* hotel. Pictures of this hotel on Google are so much better than reality. This hotel even nearly doesn't smell like a 4 * hotel. Staff was nice and friendly.

Stayed for 3 weeks with a group of 14 for business. The hotel staff was amazing, they were able to meet the groups every need delivering a level of service deserving 5 Stars. The hotel is very clean and well decorated, I would recommend because the location is in the center of everything needed and you won’t find a better team of people to meet all your needs. Not sure what it is with the Mercure hotels and air conditioning? Some stupid story that the AC is on but takes time to cool down (not how it work but ok). Hotel is in a good location and rooms were big. Just dont expect anything to be fixed.

The rooms are a little small, and the shower doesn't have a curtain, but otherwise it's an excellent hotel all around. Clearly it's been updated to keep it modern.

Conveniently located in Nancy close to the train station. Staff was very helpful and accommodating for our group. Rooms are good size and as advertised; the meeting room has a great view and the casual business working area is really convenient for short meetings.

Rooms: Pros ✔️: The rooms have a modern design and are quite spacious. They offer free drinks in a mini fridge, as well as a tea kettle and a coffee machine. The TV is very sizeable, the beds are very comfortable, and the view is quite nice particularly at daytime. Cons ❌: I was surprised to find that there was no artwork, although you do get to see some cool writing on the walls that kind of makes up for it. Another thing is that the AC is faulty, although the staff were very kind about it and even brought and even brought a portable radiator. Special features✨: It has a nifty sink, shower and bath that each have unique and innovative properties. Guest are also given both translucent and opaque curtains. Our room was also left with a kind note, welcoming us on our stay. On top of that, we were given a small notepad and sweets which were surprisingly nice. Hotel guests are very well accommodated. Room service is also very optimal. Rooms score: 4.723⭐️

Spent 4 nights here while on a work trip. The rooms are nice and modern and clean, the bed was very comfy. We were in the "Privilege Room" complimentary Tea, coffee and soft drinks. The breakfast was what I've come to expect simple, continental and plenty of choice. However the cooked option wasn't very good, the scrambled eggs were very tasty BUT they were cold, as was the bacon and the rest of the "Warm" items. I was down at 6.30 am too so they hadn't been sitting there for long. Very very dissatisfied with that.

The location is great. Next to the train station and a short 10 minute walk to the town center. The rooms are small and carpeted. Personally, I am not a fan of carpet in a hotel room. The rooms seemed clean overall. My daughter and I were comfortable. Unfortunately, the room was on the side of the street with the bus stop and the noise kept me up most of the night. Loud, drunk people and honking cars were very disruptive. The windows do not open, so we could not get any fresh air in the room. The breakfast is not worth the cost. It's an okay hotel, if you stay I would recommend saving money and getting breakfast from a local spot. If your room faces the bus stop, ask if another room is available.

The room was with mud prints from shoes, an absolutely crazy cleaning lady gave me a lecture about the political situation in Ukraine - the impression of visiting this hotel was disgusting... I do not recommend this hotel!

if you hang "do not disturb" on the handle, the cleaners will still bang on the door in the morning...

Pro: nice staff, very good breakfast, good mattresses Con: Airco does not work properly, windows don't open, causing an impleasant temperature in th room, minibar is empty, no toilet brush. Room was not cleaned properly (dust and crumbles)

Schönes, angenehmes und sauberes Hotel. Zentral gelegen am Bahnhof, dadurch fußläufig zur Innenstadt (Place Stanislas). Zimmer modern, recht gross, Badezimmer ausreichend. Sehr ruhig! -- Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und freundliches Personal. Frühstücksraum gross, aber leider sind die Tische extrem eng gestellt. Dadurch eine teilweise unangenehme Nähe zu anderen Gästen. Frühstücksangebot gut, alles, was man erwartet, ist da. --- Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Comfortable rooms, great showers. Our view of the hillside was beautiful. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful and friendly. A comfortable stop for some clueless Americans.

Location is perfect, right in front of the train station, and buses driving nearby. Rooms are perfectly clean, 24/7 reception and personnel is very friendly. I dropped one star, only for the overpriced breakfast (20+ euro).
