Beware: The rooms do NOT have airconditioning. We stayed here one night on 18th of June when temperatures were high. Our room was 413, 4th floor, facing south towatds the office building in which the reception is located. On booking-sites and their own, the hotel states that the rooms have airconditioning. It is however an often used in-room circulation system above the entry, with also an active vent from outside for (in our case hot) fresh air. Result was a constant 27 degrees, regardless of what we did with the controls and following the suggestion from reception to put a towel on the vent (making air quality even worse). So we will avoid this hotel when high or low temperatures are expected, also since the air was very stale in the room. Staff was kind and honest, breakfast OK, parking good and location excellent. 12 July: Thank you, Emily and I respect that hereunder you do your best to defend your employer. And so, below is the hotel's comment. It confirms that their claim on multiple websites including their own, to have true airconditioning is incorrect. On top of that, as I clearly stated, their statement that one is able to bring the temperature down by 5 degrees C is also false. It is an inroom air circulation system, more like a ventilator, nothing like airconditioning.

I booked a stay for 9 months, everything was great! I really liked it! I had a very nice, clean and bright room, new furniture, dishes and cutlery are all there clean and new. There is also Wi-Fi, food delivery and laundry. I would have lived there longer! The location is also perfect - the river is on the opposite side, there are beautiful gardens and parks near the building. And the city center is just 5 minutes from the hotel, so the place is quiet! Grocery shop, restaurants and public transport are 10 meters from the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff! I really liked it! Thank you so much for the great time I spent!!! I would come back😍❤️

We stayed here for a night as a stopover on a longer journey. Price, location and rooms were very good. What stood out for me were friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. The old part of the city with many restaurants is within walking distance. There's also an express supermarket next to the hotel. Despite me sleeping on the sleeper couch in the apartment the bed was very comfortable and the pillows also soft but with enough firmness. Small suggestions for improvement: at least one complementary sachet of tea and coffee in the rooms would make it more welcoming; the ventilation system in the rooms is quite loud.

I made a paid reservation on December 26th to stay for a night. From January 2nd to January 3rd. On the 26th, they asked me at what time I was going to arrive. As you should now when you travel you do not have an exact timing because you take decisions on the way. January 2nd, I tried to contact the property since 5pm. I sent a message via de booking platform informing that I would be arriving around 9pm-9:30pm. I never received a reply. I arrived at 20.55. I called the reception 9.02 while there were still people there. They saw me. Denied to open the door because they said the close at 9 pm. They slammed the door in my face. Super rude staff. I was traveling with my two month old baby. I had to look for another option in the middle of the night. HORRIBLE!!! I would never stay here. Super unprofessional staff. They really gave me a bad time. By the way I checked if I received any communication from them in my spam but that is not truth , no emergency number , no code . I am just stating this because I read that someone had THE SAME EXPERIENCE. How can they do that to clients? This is the worst service ever. How could they let me hanging with my baby when I was desperately knocking and they saw me. Awful 😞

Great place to stay in the heart of Nancy, for a reasonable price, and without being in a classic hotel. These "aparthotels" mean you get a fridge, a little kitchen, and you therefore don't have to eat in a restaurant all the time. You can also spread around the flat to sleep, and not be stuck in one same room with no alternative : I snore like a machine and my wife often can't sleep next to me, here we had the option to sleep one in the bedroom, one in the living room. Absolutely perfect, and really comfortable. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is the reception not being 24/7, we arrived around midnight (and would not have been able to arrive any earlier), getting our codes was super inconvenient, and we didn't get the code for the parking. We had to leave our car outside for the night which cost us 10 euros, and people broke our fuel tank cap and siphoned some of our fuel, also leaving the cap broken.

Very nice Hotel directly next to the historic distric of Nancy. Rooms are well equipped, everything needed is available. Very special thanks to Emilie and Thomas for quick, uncomplicated und successful management of our issues and questions! And we had quite a few of them.

Nice hotel. Easy to check in without a reception with a key code. Nice clean rooms. Spacy with everything you need. The breakfast was okay, limited choice in products. We parked accross the street. A lot of public parking possibilities.

You arrive at the hotel at 12.30 and they tell you that your room will be available at 15.00 that's ok but after they tell you to go out from the hotel and stay outside. This is incredible 😡😡😡

Very good hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and had everything you'd need and expect from an apartment. I'd definitely book a room there again. Furthermore the architecture of the building is interesting.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! My wife and I were traveling with our 2-month old baby and had booked and paid for a room on January 2nd. Prior to arrival the hotel asked about our arrival time, which we submitted soon after. We estimated between 9-9.30PM. No further response was made by the hotel and we could also not reach them through the phone (nobody picked). We arrived around 8.50-8.55pm. The door seemed to be locked so we pressed the doorbell. Someone came, saw us and then locked the door and turned around. No interaction. We knocked the glass windows, but the two staff members decided to ignore us, and about ten minutes later they made a signal that they were closed. Never were we informed that there was a closing time, nor did we receive instructions of how to enter in case that they were closed. THEY WILLINGLY AND CONSCIOUSLY DID NOT ATTEND US, BEFORE CLOSING TIME!! In the meantime an elderly lady who was a guestin the hotel joined us, as she had accidentally locked herself out of her room. They also did not want to attend her. All her belongings were in the hotel and she was outside in only a thin sweater. Even though we booked and paid, were outside in the cold with a 2-month old baby, they refused to open the doors within the time they should have been open. Never have we encountered such a horrible attitude as with Adagio. We would advice anybody not to go, or to cancel if you have booked already. Being an entrepreneur, if this was my staff, they would be fired immediately for unwillingness to do their job and for inhumane behaviour. We hope that the company manager will take action against these staff members (working on January 2nd in the evening). + adding now that there is a response from Emilie from the hotel; this is not true. We did not receive any access instructions. My wife showed to you at the desk that no instructions were sent. Please do not try to save your reputation with a friendly looking email and a lie.

Good location, rooms OK, no gym, no communal space open 24hrs, no vegan breakfast offered.

I've stayed here already about 5 times, and each time it is very clean, silent and friendly staff. Pricing is also very correct and I love the flexibility with the room and building code that is sent to your phone allowing you to arrive whenever you want. 10m walk from place Stanislas so perfect for sightseeing

Tolle Zimmer, super Lage nahe der Innenstadt, absolut unkompliziert. Kleine Küche, die tatsächlich alles beinhaltet und das Kochen von kleinen Speisen ermöglicht. Wir sind nicht das letzte Mal hier. Wer mobil ist kann von Nancy aus Verdun, Metz, Straßburg und Colmar erreichen.

Attention - do NOT stay here on a warm day. The air conditioning is barely functioning, allegedly because of environmental concerns. The rooms are hot, humid and suffocating.

Watch out!! No possibility of leaving baggage before check-in time (3 pm btw!!) There was no one at the reception on the weekend BUT they didn't let prospective guests know in advance. Nice and clean rooms, once you get in. Accord shouldn't be so stingy and hire some reception staff.

I'm a repeat customer and like the quality/price. Only big issue is the shower leaks in the whole bathroom. kitchenette is great

the hotel is well located, there is a paid parking opposite and it is close to the center walking distance. Our room was situated on the 3rd floor, access is via Pin code. These are self catering apartments with a fridge, sink, micro and hob, coffee percolator and kettle. there is a tv, Bed is comfy. The morning breakfast was fine, with coffee, fresh orange, bread,salamis,cheeses, cereals, jams, eggs, and some pastries which was nice. My complaints would be the lack of cleanliness in room. The floor wasn't clean, there was some crumbs, there was a tissue lying around and the room stank heavily of cigarette smoke. The worst was i noted there were fingernail cuttings in the window sill, lots of them !! YUKK!! Housekeeping needs to be improved drastically. Would only recommend if housekeeping was more careful.
