I would have given a 5 star to smaash, but I choose not to! Why ? 1. Very poor service 2.The behaviour of the waiter was rude and adamant! 3. You have to eat whatever is available from the menu as per their wish! 4.Too much wait time and have to remind them of the order. As it was my birthday I didn't wanted to let this things affect my happiness, 😭 so used my photography skills and clicked few good pictures with my family and that is how I felt little better about that day. Place can be good if these above mentioned things can be fixed ! The restaurant owner should take these reviews seriously if they don't want their business to get impacted due to this unprofessional staff.

This is something new that came up in orbit Mall though few years back it was launched it still maintain like so well so you need to buy a separate card for smash and Fun City it's it's worth it just buy and see its like a separate world that you have inside inorbit Mall where you can play games have dreams there is a 4D experience as well which is really awesome choose this roller coaster it's the best that it has and there is this car bumper and there is this we are experience there is this bowling early that's being maintained over all smash is like the best experience that you can have in inorbit Mall it cover so many aspects just love it..

Had a wonderful experience at Smaash Inorbit Mall . Was here with some buddies to unwind after a work day and was pleasantly surprised with the experience . The games were very good and totally liked the experience of some VR games . For food they do have a good seating space with steal deal pricing as IPL has kicked off . The fish and chips was a favourite from the menu .

Visited this place with family to do bowling. Had a good time. This place kept us entertained for an hour and half or so.

After a movie at PVR, Inorbit, we went to this place as this is our regular adda for some games and yummy food. One of those very few places that has good food, great beverage options and plethora of games under one roof. After few games, we were hungry and ordered few starters and main course. While everything tasted good, I'd like the portion size to be bigger for the cost and the service to be a bit quicker. They also have live screening of sporting events and some great deals during the ongoing IPL, so I recommend you give this a try and have a wonderful time.

Its an amazing place if you want to have an exciting and fun filled day with your buddies. We can play different kinds of sports here (its a sports club) like cricket, badminton etc. Here there's a dine in experience too. along with the alcoholic drinks. The ambience is so cool and has a very unique vibe. This place is more suitable to visit with friends than family. Overall its a best place to chill out and have an amazing weekend with a group of friends.

This place is filled with lots of entertainment with amazing food and arrays of options in beverages. They have variety of options in gaming, VR games and many mores. I tried almost all their games and really enjoyed a lot. The food was quite reasonable and tasty too. The ambience is really eye-catching . The staffs are very supportive.

Perfect gaming zone at Inorbit mall I would recommend everyone to visit atleast once and how much smile you get on your face. I went along with my friends from office, it was good fun. Track 3 had some issue otherwise experience was good. If you are going n booking before 4pm, you have to pay only 200 per person, but after4pm charges will increase from 200 to 400 per person.

All kinds of games are there for kids . 2-3 are not operating but over all suitable for kids entertainment. One suggestion - please replace the chocolates in chocolate game. Some are outof date I think.my younger kid wanted to play that only.

Recently,I visited this place with my Friends and we had great fun here.We absolutely loved the vibe and the games over there.The live bar counter and Kebabs from food counter were yumm.We started playing many games recharging the card.We played and challenged one another in each game.Bowling and Box Cricket were the best here.The prices are little high so plan your visit accordingly.

SMAASH is a good gaming zone in Hyderabad. It is on Level 5 of Inorbit Mall. We went for Bowling. There is always 1.5 hours waiting time during evenings. You can bring your kids, family, friends, couples. It’s decent place you wont regret after playing games here. I must say worth waiting. But you need to buy a Smaash Card and recharge it accordingly. Bowling costs Rs 400 per person and 4 people is required to play as a team turn wise. You can play cricket as well for Rs 400. Waiting queue is also here. If you drink there is Bar counter where you can have beers and snacks along. Enjoy the vibes and wait for your turn. Happy entertainment.

Went for team outing here. Decent enough activities. Staff are helpful with explaining details, guiding through activities and process to win prizes. Food is not good and pricey. Mock tails are too sweet or too soft sometimes, no consistently just like starters.

We went with office team as corporate event/team outing Half of the games were not working, we cannot play all games with corporate or party pass. Food was served cold, roti were also served cold, taste is also average.. Don't opt for food here, there are many other options outside. Bowling, corporate/party side bowling gets hang frequently... Staff was good, just that the games needs maintenance/replacement/repair Overall, this place is good for passing time, but other places there are so many games, food options, group games......

Spent most of our time at Smash gaming zone at Inorbit Mall where we tried out the hand-hockey(both singles and doubles), VR-Dinosaur, Fun ride, Horror House, F1 racing, Cricket and Football, and there were a lot of other small game machines. We had a lot of fun with the people who were on vacation, they had fun. I will probably come back soon with the friends in town. This place also holds a bar at the gaming zone area. The best views are also available along the beautiful buildings in the background.

We visited this place on September 5th with great expectations and it didn't go well at all. The major activities like 4D and Jurassic world experience are not working and Twilight bowling and some additional games were interesting and worth the money. 3 1/2 stars for the gaming and activities Never ever opt for the food as their team really don't care. Firstly, it's a limited menu and the taste is the least thing that you can expect. They won't refill until you get exhausted and drop your plans of eating😉 Food 1 1/2star Staff behaviour is worst, the sales manager doesn't show up upon many requests and he is so rude in attending our questions Service - 2 stars

Love this place!! This is my go to whenever I want to go someplace fun with my friends. It never fails to lift my mood every time. I especially come here cricket and basketball. Staff is pretty friendly too. Prerona is a nice host and helps out with any issues too.

This is a boring place. Not at all recommended esp for team outings this is a bad place. A team outing must bring people together. The place is so dark that you can hardly see faces of people. Drinks is big disaster, they only have rum, gin and whiskey and some mocktails. The behaviour and handling of the counter by bartender is worst. For corporate bookings they give a card and most of the equipment do not work, they are only busy deducting the options. The games are also of poor quality. No instructions stuck on the game to be followed. Toilets does not have tissues and is poorly maintained. Food is worst. They have poor menu out there. So a big no no to this place

Wonderful place to hang out with friends. Bit expensive but one in year visit is considerable. Good inside the Smaash is tasty and yummy. Talk to the chief at cash counter for making your speic level adjustment. Note: food serving take lots of time.

It's a nice place to hang out with friends as well as family. Kids will love this place. There are multiple options to have a go at, but at times, some of the equipment here does not function properly or doesn't function at all. We played bowling here, but the experience was very bad because it kept getting stuck again and again, and we had to call the supervisor every time to get it fixed. They offer bowling at 99 rupees every Monday to Thursday from 11am to 2pm.

Like the most with child. Options are less in Hyderabad Smaaash but enough to enjoy with family and friends. Gift after playing and winning tickets are very cheap and no use. Bolling and cricket section was busy and a long waiting to play. Staff were helping and very supportive.

The cricket area wasn't working when I visited the place. I loved the air hockey and football-keeper. The place had everything from food to games. Kids were hovering all around. The staff there was humble and ready to help. The place can be better.

Take care that you do not get hurt while on a ride, I would never shout on a real coaster even. 😜 A Range of ARCHAD games gave me a flash back of mad craze for those games. Bike racing and car racing games. PubG lovers will love the terminator game. My Mom is an expert player to stop at the right jack pot turn. Would take her to a Casino and would be a Billionaire one day. 🤑 Loved playing Air Hockey with my friend and Ofcourse the terminator 2p game as well. Prove your strength by hit with the hammer game for the builders. My hit number was 557. People coming in teams can enjoy the fossball and the enemy shooting expirience at lazar blast as well. The food here is too good to have along with the games and survive your day and keep the same sport or party sprit in you. Mocktails: Cranberry this would be my must have when I visit this again. Perfect blend of Cranberry and virgin lime juice. This would put down your trust and raise your hungry after a good game play. Mango blast. This seemed more like a milk shake but not that thick. A sweettooth would definitely love that iresspective of the season. Tangra style chilli chicken. This is was finely made chicken in a bengali style. The chicken was tinder and crispy as well, not totally dry. Best starter combination along with the drinks. The portion was more than expected. Chilli Garlic Mushroom. Ordered something than usual and this was great. The mushroom was finely cut and served with good veggies making it more crispier and colourful. Smaaash Pulled chicken pizza. A different pizza than the regular. Tastes good and larger in size than one would exepct. This could be great if the pizza crust was crispier or better layer of cheese crust. Veg Penne Alfredo Pasta. This was served with a huge garlic bread that was very crispy seem to almost like a toast but good . The pasta was served hot the sauce which is a perfect blend of cream. This had a good colourful veggies make a perfect dish. The place has a very posh ambience with live sports screening and good seating space .The service is quick and you can have while to dance or play to game as well. Separate smoking room as well. Would recommand this place for corporate team outing or birthday parties. Separate dining section availablw for bulk bookings or team buffet or snacks. Drinks and DJ available.

The arcade games are priced at around 70 bucks each, and the bowling and cricket prices vary with the day of the week and durations. They have VR games as well and in short, you'll have a great time there! Really liked the food and drinks as well, which are priced quite reasonably for the quality and quantity.

Great place, ambience is too good. A lil pricey when it comes to prime days like Fri,sat and Sunday , especially evening hours. Generally crowded, and has waiting time upto an hour on these days.

The worst Management Rules are imposed here it seems or worst security who has no basic sense. They stopped us to enter into Smaash without card. Before we buy a card we should check whether it's worthable or not for a 3 years old kid. How come they expect to buy a card without knowing details. It's very very bad to stop customers at entrance.
