To be very honest one of the worst hotels i have ever been to. Bed sheets were dirty, food was bad. We were offered paranthas of dough which was not fresh. Even curd was not fresh. Everything had bad smell. No amenities in bathroom. For soap also, we had to ask to house keeping person. No toilet paper was there. Towels were dirty. The condition of bed was bad. And according to price of the room it is too too expensive. N i was forced to give 5 star rating and write a review from the manager on duty Mr Ankur. Everytime, he came n said mam plz give 5 star rating and everytime I used to make an excuse that I'm busy at the moment, I'll write later on. So this is the reason I'm writing this review, else I had ignored this. Overall it was a worst experience

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property. Hyphen is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.

Everything was good need to emphasize more on response time. Mr Ankit who has been dealing in housekeeping was immensely good.

It's one of the worst hotel to stay. Staffs are pathetic and very rude and no connection with professionalism. Rooms are stinking linke anything, furnitures are broken. Their mattress are one of worst. In the morning the checkin process took 19 minutes when there was no crowd. It's a nightmare. Avoid going to this hotel.

I went there for a business trip and me and my team were very happy with the stay over there as the staff was very helpful and kind...moreover the housekeeping,food, and other services were amazing!!

If it would have allowed I would give even less rating. One of the worst experience in my entire life. Booked banquet hall for engagement on 27/10. Service was pathetic and worst. All the items of the menu got finished with no refill. Breads and naan was cold. Banquet manager rude to the extreme. Really one of the worst experience.

Vinod sharma was very helpful. He was always ready to help even when we had quite odd requests ie to dietary restrictions. He graciously offered to help us if we had any issue and provided us with a memorable experience of meerut.

I had given five star ratings to your property and to your staff but after this incident I'll give 0 ratings to your Front office Staff especially that guy on front office . I don't know his name. Vinod Sharma is great person whom we met during Morning Breakfast. He is very hardworking and down to earth personality. Very friendly and having good hospitality skill. Our three-day stay at Hotel Hyphen Premier for my sister's wedding was delightful. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring every aspect of the celebration ran smoothly. The on-site catering at Hotel Hyphen Premier surpassed expectations, offering a diverse and delicious menu. The staff's attention to detail and responsiveness made the entire experience memorable. Hotel Hyphen Premier's central location was convenient for guests, and amenities like a well-equipped gym and a spa added to the overall satisfaction. A wonderful choice for special occasions.

Rooms were good. I booked the room for my brother after his marriage for the first night. Wanted to decorate the room. Staff was not cooperating at all. They were strictly declining it in a very rude way. Did not like the way how the staff was talking to me rudely.

Housekeeping service and staff guys were humble and was good working and there is one guy pankaj (2) he is very helpful guy ,try to call contact this guy whenever u find some difficulty ,he is really helpfull . Room was decent ,specially toilet was clean ,that's what I look for at first place .Overall a satisfactory stay. I would say it's 4 and a half performance. Few very minor things were there ,but that can be disregarded . But love the place ,and on the other hand it's literally a nice hotel . And shoprix mall is also just on the next nieghbour. But make sure that whenever you buy your stay online make it with breakfast included in your tarrif .

We booked the hotel without breakfast service but at the time of checkout they charge for breakfast, which was not include in our deal. Forcefully I paid extra 300 rs. Very disappointed. Ghatiya tarika h ye hotel ka. Jis manager ne deal book ki thi wo phone hi nhi utha rha tha staff ka.

Had our best evening here (reception) .. everything was perfect as aspected.. Best experience, food was also good, overall experience was satisfied.

Vinod in Restaurant shown great spirit of hospitality. Pankaj housekeeping provided good cleaning. Bathroom exhaust system not working. Power off system not working resulting into power wastage. Pathetic room service and hospitality. I am here in room number 312, ordered bottle water an hour ago, called multiple times, still haven't received it. AC is not working. On complaining they said ACs doesn't work in the month of Feb, you will have to adjust. Abominable response by the team.

The only good thing about the property is the location. Apart from that, don't even expect hot water in your room. If you need hot water, you can call the front desk and housekeeping will bring hot water in a bucket for you, because apparently they'll heat the tap water just enough to reach a temp. that's according to them is the bathing temp. Exhausts don't function in the washroom. Food is average. Rooms are average sized with below average bedding.

It's an 4- star hotel but it's similar to 2- star hotel. The room is spacious but the restroom isn't clean. The response from the receptionist isn't good. The best thing is it's close to the mall.

This is a great business hotel situated right on main road when you enter Meerut from Delhi. Anyone can spot this easily since it is located right next to Shopprix mall. Rooms are quite spacious. Food is tasty and ample quantity. I had ordered chicken makhani which had a huge quantity for a single person. Next day I ordered Hara bhara kebab & Pasta which were very much tasty. Upon my stay in this hotel, family functions (I guess marriage) was going on. So a lot of guests were staying over there. Staff is helpful and polite. Gym facility is available inside the hotel. Only thing needs to be improved is 24 hrs hot water. Hot water is available only in the morning, that too it is just lukewarm.

I was stay with my friend , the services of hotel hyphen were very good. Nice place to stay. Staff was supportive. Quick service was given. I am very happy to stay there.
