It was so dirty and worn down. We got to go to another hotel after only 10 min with the promise of getting out money back. It didnt happens even after a week with 17 calls to the hotel who didnt get the manager to call back. 1.100 euros out of the window.

AVOID!!! My WORST experience ever in a hotel! Waiting time, stupidity and there was someone in my room while I was there! Terrible receptionist. Made me wait 20min in the queue to tell me my room was not ready yet (arrived at 22h) and and I should wait 10min and re-do the queue. Doesn’t make any sense, and waiting with my kid and my mother at the lobby. Stupidity. It happened also with another guest, that had been told there was a “problem” with the system. Reception too slow, big queue. They didn’t have the room (apartment we booked) so they made us stay in 2 different rooms, after more than 1h waiting. The reason was that the apartment was not clean. The next day, we came back and when entering in one of the rooms, we found someone’s else stuffs in there! They gave my room to someone! What about my own stuffs? I’m definitely going to the police, didn’t do that yet to not loose my holidays. I recorded it in video. Never again

Very low grade hotel. Dirty and worn down. Closet door hinges torn off. Lights on the corridor were flickering. Problems with flushing of a toilet.

I stayed There for besenese with familly very poor communication very poor customer's service the staff very rude behind 😢 😔 😞 the counter I tried to speak to the manager at the counter keep telling me he will call you soon Never did They treat people's with no respect no polite After they taking money All change I advice you to see your self what I am talking I regrete yo stay there until now still no reply for my complaint and Even sorry very desipointed very rude

Horrible room’s, totally outdated, the bathroom needs urgent a renovation! 150€ per night is absolutely inappropriate!

Good breakfast and nice facilities, though it says free parking on the website but we were told that we need to pay. € 18 per night. 😔

This hotel looks absolutely nothing like the pictures. When you book, be aware there are actually 2 separate hotels here: the “hotel” and the “residence.” I unknowingly ended up on the residence building across the street, which is a bit run down compared to the hotel. The receptionist even said the residence is more of a 3 star whereas the hotel is a 4 star. While there’s nothing necessarily wrong with the residence, it is located separate from the main hotel. Also, the bathroom is a bit run down and the room’s lighting is very poor. Also, there are no available sockets to plus any chargers in unless you unplug one of the few lights. The breakfast in the morning wasn’t bad, but all the hot food was cold including eggs. On the other hand, the hotel is conveniently located next to the RER and walking distance to La Defense.

Train station is next to building. ❌No light in room, literally no light in ❌Bathroom and toilet both on opposite side no connection between them Kitchen is good all equipment available ❌No seating like no sofa and all 4 Only bar chair but no connection to kitchen ❌You can see in pic iron 3 times we request then we go and bring from reception. ✅They has really good tea collection Turkish restaurant, breakfast cafes and grocery store nearest you can find. ❌Every time we need to ask for towels ❌In apartment there is 2 room one air-conditioning is working average and other is not working when ask for fan they refused request ❌Main bedroom is good but second rooms beds are not uncomfortable Location is really good in this price very thing you get in a seconds

Stay in family for a week end, residence at 100m from RER A Nanterre Prefecture station, easy connections for visiting Paris ! Appartment was clean and usefull, i would just purpose to change the mats, mine was tired :)

The key card was not easy. The room was average clean and reception was also average
