One of the worst hotels i stayed at ever, homeless people slept at the doorsteps everyday, to get to the hotel you have to go upstairs in a building 4 or 5 floors, the breakfast is terrible they dont restock food ever after its finished and there’s no good food to begin with, neither do they put more plates after one hour of the breakfast, the service is terrible and the women who worked at the front desk is extremely rude and keeps screaming incoherent nonsense.

To access the hotel you need to go up flights of stairs carrying your luggage. Rooms are nice, modern and clean, the breakfast is pretty poor in choice and freshness. Staff very welcoming and friendly, but nothing makes up for the shabby access through the stairs and dodgy path to the hotel entrance. I would not recommend.

I have a disability of osteoarthritis and there was no mention of stairs and uneven surfaces to access. I slipped and twisted my hip on the stones that were wobbling and it was particularly worst as raining. Hotel not interested on the day nor emails since. Worst place on earth

Good location for la defence arena. Rooms are clean and tidy but the rest of the hotel is bit run down.

Cheap as it is, it worth every cent! Location is good, since by rar and metro which is near, you are connected with entire Paris. Area is very quiet both, days and nights. Highly reccomanded if u dont plan to spend a loth :)

The hotel looks like a disaster from outside. The entrance doesn't seem safe at all (still under construction from many years) and it is difficult to find. Inside, the rooms are ok and also the breakfast is fine. For sure I will search for a new hotel in the area next time.

Good newish hotel. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was OK not a lot of choices but enough. Room a good size and comfortable. The down side was there's no lift to their reception and it looks like a derelict before entering into the reception. Staff was really helpful. Will stay again out of convenience.

Best hotel ever which I saw before! Very comfortable and clean in the room (the most important)! People who works here respectable to you. Despite the fact that the hotel is small, they have a dining room where you can have a delicious breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet street and only 4 stops from the center of Paris!

I should actually give 4 stars as there is no lift from the street level to the reception, so no access for wheelchairs. The outside of the building, as well as the surrounding area looks dilapidated and old. However, this is my favourite hotel. The rooms are super clean and functional, though slightly on the small side. The bathroom is not big either, but the shower is great. Everything is new and comfortable. The tv has channels in 5 languages - French, German, Spanish and possibly English and Arabic - I can’t quite remember. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is an underground car park that you have to pay for but we stayed in August, when parking in the street is free. The biggest plus for me is that the whole hotel has been soundproofed, so we didn’t hear a thing. The windows have blackout curtains and one morning we woke up around midday.

The air conditioning wasn't working, the employee didn't understand English well, and it took a long time to solve the problem, to give me a new room, he tried to give me a blanket 😤

Unbelievable that non English speakers can still have a job in the hotel industry. Dear management team, please add basic school English as one of your basic hiring criteria. Besides that, I expect at least some effort of the service personnel to help their customers.

Rooms are nice Located near an Rer station What no one mention is that the reception is at the 2nd floor accessible only by stairs Also try not to forget a thing in your room after u checkout cos no-one will do the effort and they will just deny finding your thing or promise to call u back and never do

It looks shabby outside. Not a cozy one at the reception either. The breakfast is 16 euros, totally not worth it, the supermarket option is better one. Our first room had a strong smoke smell, vi changed to another. The toalet stool was broken. You have to go to reception to get a Wifi. They don't inform you about that on the arraival. Absolutely not worth it's price.

Modern hotel with great rooms in a rather dull neighbourhood. Good value, but think about it as of a one night motel, not a honeymoon resort :) You'll have to climb 2 floors to get to the receiption, aircon didn't work, rats were running at the entrance. On the other hand, underground parking next door, decent sized and we'll equipped rooms, good breakfast.

We were well welcomed by the night shift staff. We booked an executive room due we had 2 children. The staff wanted to give us a bigger room for same price but there were no availabilities. We were given room 205. At arrival in the room, we were troubled by the smell of cold cigarettes smoke which was not good for us. We were tired so we did not ask for a room change. Next door people were quite noisy and sometimes was difficult to fall asleep. Overall cannot say much about hotel itself. The good points are, place near around RER. Close to la Defense shopping center. Also you can book 1 week parking for 26euros (not via hotel) very practical if you come by car like us. Due to the smell of the room, hotel gave us a commercial gesture which was highly appreciated. Thanks to all staff.

Quite an OK stay during COVID. Bed was a little hard for my taste, but good overall. Medium breakfast, I suppose partly because the hotel was very quiet, not many guests. Dinner in the hotel was included in the price and very convenient - but choices were limited.
