The only star is the staff who is friendly and gives you nice tips of places to eat nearby. Other than that, this was certainly my worst hotel experience. 117 euros for a dirty place with mold/humidity stains in the carpets, elevator with PVC taped to the walls and shards of broken glass on the floor, rooms facing an 8-lane avenue with windows that leak sound, a VERY uncomfortable bed with burnt holes, probably from cigarettes, in the blanket. Never again, I can't even imagine the management failures that allow an ibis-brand hotel to become what this is now.

Hotel has the mínimum you need. But no complains

Small but cozy atmosphere. Pleasent warm atmosphere inside rooms. Nice personnel.

If like only stop over not more than 1 night, this place us ok to go. This hotel a little bit far from city centre. You need to takw bus near to hotel to go to La Defense Station and take Train to city centre. Another way, from hotel walking aroybd 15 minutes to Nanterre Ville station and take RER C to city centre

Room was good for price paid and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi didn't work all the time, which we needed for work. The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The breakfast was extremely poor & not value for money.

Poor breakfast but was never hungru during 2 nights stay. We had a Triple room which is the same as double (with extention of extra bed), thw room is so small, shower is OK. For sure for such money you could find something more centrally located, while booking in advance. The reception is nice and polite.

I want to mention that my review takes into account that this is a 2-star hotel. For me it was very okay: very clean, no stains, no funny smells. In the bathroom everything was functional. The bed was comfortable. What was not so great: the window was poorly insulated, so there was noise from outside traffic (rather big street). There was also a noise from the elevators, they had a squeaky sound.

Less expansive than other hotel, clean and quick. I appreciated my reservation, but bed are a bit thin and not nice to sleep well. The breakfast is bigger than the normal Ibis in Nanterre (which is very poor than they refurbished the restaurant), I mean, there is much more choice...

SMALL ,the rooms are extra tiny,you have to pay for you breakfast which is fine,but if you have a kid who couldn't make it to breakfast for whatever reason and you want to take them some hot chocolate in the room you are paying for ,the lady in the back office near the stairs will in the most unprofessional way,loud and getto, call you out and tell you,you can't take food to the room,she did it to me and I saw her do it to another person,I check out a day earlier.Don't stay there if you have kids.HORRABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT. Front desk not too bad though but she even bullies front desk worker around.its painful to look at beside the place is not at all great

Staff were lovely - no water fountains or drinking water in the rooms, - mattress and pillows feel like they're made of concrete and genuinely gave me neck problems for the three nights I was there. - Plug sockets nowhere near the bed Honestly for $55 euros a night you could find better

Staff were fabulous very small not much storage space no kettle in room .high pressured lovely shower basic accommodation very clean close to leclerc supermarket bus stop close by .

I can't imagine that the people who gave this hotel 5 stars have ever been here. The reception is friendly but unfortunately that's about it. The rooms are very noisy, facing the street and the elevator. The rooms give the impression that they have not been cleaned properly for a long time, it is very unpleasant. It was hard to put up with even for one night. And then the price.... An absolute impertinence. I do not know that so, the night before I still stayed in the Ibis Hotel in Düsseldorf and there everything was great. I can not imagine that this is the standard of the hotel chain.

Good location, but the hotel as itself need improvements!

Its terrible! Never back again. They will not speak English very well, they get money from me and from company and don't want to give me back your money.

It’s such a good hotel ... me and my frd arrived at like 12 am and still they was there to help as we was searching for hotels which wasn’t expensive..now this ibis budget is way tooo better than any other hotels

Room condition was very bad. When complained hotel staff told to send mail we change or reimburse. I mailed but after that they continue reply that no complain at desk. Very bad rooms, staff, breakfast. Security at hotel rooms are also concerns. @Ibis . Your below answer is just a dream for your future customer. Your answer did not tell about my complain and reimbursement.
