Very small hotel, little bit confusing aisles to find your room. By the cost, it is fine

Nice and clean rooms. (Some of) the staff is really helpful and friendly. This hotel is not suitable for big groups though. We stayed the night with a group of 90 people and couldn't all fit in the restaurant so some of us could only have dinner at 21h. The breakfast was good, the rest of the meals was okay.

The rooms are rather small, the windows are not sound proof and the bathroom equipment is in bad conditions (for example the shower head is “cutting” your fingers by holding it). The staff was not particularly friendly. I have asked for a room towards the backyard, I was assured that it was the case, but it was not. I was told, that the breakfast wasn’t included in my reservation, but after some questions I was told that he has added the breakfast to my stay…. What a friendly welcome.

1) IBIS is IBIS, you know. 2) Nanterre is quite far from Paris downtown. So if you plan to visit Paris touristic places, pick another location. Services has improved in this IBIS, but “go back to comment 1) ;).

Very nice and kind staff, much much higher service comparing of standards in France :) We just slept, and left early.. But nice location if you want to visit Disneyland in Paris.. Clean rooms, however really small rooms.. might be the smallest one I have ever visited.. breakfast looks ok but we didnt have it.. Car parking is not big deal, even free on weekends..

Breakfast was fantastic, room clean and warm. Area is safe and near park is clean and relaxing 😌 only 15 min to Paris centre by train.

Had a night at this Ibis hotel and received exactly what I paid for. Happy with the service and location.

The rooms are clean and well tended too

Ok for a 3 stars if you need a place to sleep in the area.

Everything was ok. Food is good although breakfast could be better, same every day. Service was really nice and helpful. Special mention to Jonathan.

Good service and nice restaurant.

Apart from the fact that I was woken up by the fire alarm at 6am (that kept going off until 6.30) and the fact that the staff barely spoke English and didn't really seem to know how to check me in, this was an OK stay. Bed was OK, desk too. Unfortunately I only had a power plug at the desk, so not at my bed... The restaurant was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it! I would come here again, it's good enough for business in La Défense.

Hotel dedicated mostly for business guests. Rooms are very small but clean. Unfortunately only one iron available for the entire hotel. Breakfast was ok but the quality of food could be better and tables more often cleaned. Staff was friendly.

Small hotel and quit far away from metro. But its very clean and peaceful environment.

We have arrived with my team at 10am to the hotel (what we have marked when making a booking)- hotel was closed. Completely locked. With NO ONE inside. There was a notice on the door that the hotel opens at 3pm…… Thinking that surely this must be a mistake we called q customer service which only transferred us to the empty reception 6 times we called, even when begging for them not to try to reconnect us to the reception phone. It’s 1pm and we are still waiting by the door with our luggages.

Not so expensive compared to paris. Loved the stay. Minimal facilities.. also quite and good location
