NO AIR CONDITIONING false web advertising on that and no fans either. No WiFi access in rooms only in lobby. Rooms are small you get 2 towels for the week. No daily housekeeping. This is more of a student living rather than a hotel.

Home away from home. So friendly and serene environment. Conducive for all in the Family.

Good hostel for young as well as working people. Rent is a little high considering that it is actually outskirts of Paris and electricity bill is not included in the rent. But cleanliness is maintained well and all round cleaning is done every 2 weeks.

In the reception a powerfull smell of chemicals. Ok, I don't mind that. In the hallway, at the 4 th floor, a very very bad smell of dirty carpet. The room, not the best, not the worst. Bathroom was clean, the room, no so clean. I stayed there for 4 nights, no one came to change the trash or towels. No air conditioner and a lot of mosquidos. The price is high for what they are offering.

Very bad customer service, impolite and inconsiderate staff. Completely unsatisfied: I will never ever recommend this rubbish place.

Great value for its money. Hotel's staff was friendly and polite. Room we had was clean but was not like we'd expected (there were some differences in description). The biggest plus is the kitchen with a stove if you like to cook! We stayed for 5 days and never had any housekeeping done (garbage stayed full and towels weren't changed) which is a downside. Hotel is located in a nice and quite area in Nanterre approx. 1.5 kms from the nearest Metro station with plenty of shops and markets along the way. Moreover it's only 15 min away from Paris city centre if you take the train. All the above mentioned negative aspects didn't ruin our vacation at all. It was a decent place to stay.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO THERE! Where to start? - no hot water!!! - electric kettle working badly (cooking was impossible, the water did not boil even after an hour of cooking!) - the sink in the kitchen was clogged after 20 seconds of washing - the bedroom was very small, it was difficult to get around the bed - day after I made my reservation on Booking, they called me that they did not see my reservation in their system and they had to do it manually. They immediately charged me the reservation + parking from my card. When I was leaving, I was accused that I did not pay the parking - they have a mess in their reservation system, and treat you like a liar! - late check-in - I had to write them a lot of messages on the day of arrival to have the password to the safety box with the room keys before my arrival. When we arrived at 22.00, there were 3 English girls and were saying that they had no password and nobody was answering the phone. They did not know where to go!!! It was a horrible stay. I chose this hotel only because my already booked hotel canceled my reservation 2 days before arrival, so I had to find quickly something, but this was really a nightmare!

Bad smell, dirty room

Have a bad experience with the staff as they don't accept their and keep on blaming the customer. I don't know how they deal with the customers very bad service

Katastrophe!! Wir haben über lastminute.de ein 2 Zimmer Appartement gebucht ( 2 Erwachsene ,ein Kind,ein Hund ). Als wir ankamen hieß es,wir hätten 2 Appartements gebucht und meine Tochter hatte 2 Etagen höher als wir also alleine eins. Im Badezimmer war alles voll schimmel,sodass ich echt überlegt habe ,meinen kompletten Aufenthalt ungeduscht zu verbringen. An jeder Stelle sollten wir nachzahlen, obwohl wir unsere Bestätigung vom Anbieter immer wieder vorgezeigt haben. Es stinkt und ist einfach in einem schlechten Zustand. Der Fotograf sollte 5 Sterne erhalten, für diese Kunst der Fotografie. Die Rezeptionistin ist unfreundlich und hängt lieber mit Kopfhörern in der Ecke ,anstatt sich um Probleme etc zu kümmern. Wir haben unseren Urlaub 3 Tage vorher abgebrochen, da es unzumutbar war. Selbst die vorab bezahlten Parkgebühren bekommen wir nicht zurück, keine Reaktion (obwohl wir nicht mehr da sind ) Lösungsorientiert ist das Personal nicht. Es heißt immer nur ,der Chef kommt später und wenn die mit dem gesprochen haben,müssen wir auf einmal wieder für etwas nachzahlen. Die Zimmer sind so klein, dass man sich permanent im Weg steht. Wir dachten anfangs wir sind in einem puff gelandet...nicht zu empfehlen!!
