9
months
in
bed
9
months
of
easy
billing
with
no
real
consideration,
and
transferred
overnight
without
the
slightest
attention
or
respect,
neither
for
her
nor
for
her
loved
ones.
92-year-old
patient
Automatically
cataloged
as
seriously
demented,
an
anonymous
number;
left
behind.
Little
listening,
apart
from
a
few
really
attentive
and
irreproachable
people,
such
as
a
few
caregivers
or
a
formidable
administrative
manager.
Doctors
who
follow
one
another,
lost
prescriptions,
ambulances
always
late,
or
sent
to
hell
by
imprecise
envelopes...
Minimized
requests,
Judged
instead
of
being
listened
to,
I
was
advised
not
to
always
listen
to
him!!
for
weeks,
enormous
hematoma
for
weeks,
due
to
successive
injections
in
the
same
place,
lost
auricle,
no
return.
Nursing
assistants
believing
themselves
to
be
chief
doctors,
accusing
and
judging
the
patient.
Little
humanity,
no
psychology,
no
communication.
Social
worker
with
no
respect
for
the
patient
or
the
relatives.
No
official
tracking.
Staff
Always
overwhelmed,
while
the
floor
is
half
empty;
we
have
the
impression
of
systematically
disturbing
them
while
they
are
inactive
in
the
nursing
office.
The
Patient
no
longer
dared
to
disturb
for
fear
of
the
reaction.
A
night
staff
told
me
that
my
friend
was
purposely
disturbing
her
when
she
was
able
to
do
it
alone.!!
(Fake!)
very
few
responses
to
his
requests.
It
leaves
the
bitter
taste
of
having
lost
precious
time
at
92
years
old.
Elsewhere,
she
did
more
in
2
days
than
in
9
months!!!

ni

elle
ni
pour

Malade
de
92
ans
Cataloguée
d’office
comme
une
grande
démente,
un
numéro
anonyme
;
laissée
pour
compte.
Peu
d’écoute,
à
part
quelques
personnes
vraiment
attentives
et
irréprochables,
comme
quelques
soignants
ou
une
responsable
administrative
formidable.
Médecins
qui
s’enchaînent,
Ordonnances
perdues,
ambulances
toujours
en
retard,
ou
envoyées
au
diable
par
des
enveloppes
imprécises…
Demandes
minimisées,
Jugée

d’être
écoutée,

Ne
pas
toujours
l’écouter!!
pendant
des
semaines,
hématome
énorme
pendant
des
semaines,
dû
à
des
injections
successives
au
même
endroit,
oreillette
perdue,
sans
retour.
Aides
soignantes
se
croyant
médecins
chefs,
accusant
et
jugeant
la
malade..
Peu
d’humanité,
aucune
psychologie,
pas
de
communication.
Assistante
sociale
sans
aucun
respect
ni
de
la
malade
ni
des
proches.
Pas
de
suivi
officiel.
Personnel
Toujours
débordé,
alors
que
l’étage
est
à
moitié
vide;
on
a
l’impression
de
les
déranger
systématiquement
alors
qu’elles
sont
inactives
dans
le
bureau
soignant.
La
Malade
n’osait
plus
déranger
de
peur
de
la
réaction.
Un
personnel
de
la
nuit
m’a
affirmé
que
mon
amie
faisait
exprès
de
la
déranger
alors
qu’elle
était
capable
de
faire
seule.!!
(Faux!)
très
peu
de
réponses
à
ses
demandes.
Ça
laisse
le
goût
amer
d’avoir
perdu
du
temps
précieux
à
92
ans.
Ailleurs,
elle
en
a
fait
davantage
en
2
jours
qu’en
9
mois!!!
