This hotel is absolutely amazing! Momentarily the neighborhood is under construction so don’t even think about walking there from La Défense. Just take RER A (only 1 stop from La Défense) and it’s less than 10 minutes walking to the hotel. Awesome service at the front desk (take the elevator to the first floor). Very friendly staff, offering lots of information when needed. There is a 24/7 guest lounge and terrace offering free drinks and snacks (self service). Comfortable beds, showers and everything was squeaky clean.

Avoid this hotel: They advertise on the website with “Aperitivo and snacking included” but once in the hotel you have to pay for everything. Very basic rooms and limited service. (Ibis budget alike) Also limited knowledge of English. Super bad location. Restaurant always closed at night.

It was an exquisite experience while staying for the week duration at OKKO Paris La Defense. Overall feeling of being holistically relaxed, in a semi spoiled mini vacation in Paris. Everyone from the staff here were kind and very helpful. Abdu from the evening staff took great care of us, also Mariam & Letteli from management set the bar high. This hotel reminded us of the amazing 5 star experience with The Edition Time Square NYC. It was just missing a significant hotel scent, which could be a good idea to include at the OKKO ;).

I recently stayed at an exceptional hotel for a work-related trip. Its close proximity to the school where I had training was incredibly convenient. I came across a hotel by chance while traveling in Paris and visited it in person to make a reservation. Thanks to the pretty and friendly receptionist, I was able to immediately book and stay for 5 nights under good conditions. This is a new hotel that has only been open for a year, and the room size and condition are excellent. Since I'm traveling by rental car, it's hard to find a hotel in Paris with a spacious underground parking lot, but the security is thorough and the parking facilities are perfect. Because it's in the La Defense area, there are no street cafes or restaurants around, but you can taste great, affordable food at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. there is. Temperature setting for my room not working. Telephone system not working. Sink impossible to close. Towels missing every day. The bathroom floor was never cleaned for 4 days as you can see in the picture!!! Dirty toilette? Reading light switch positioned at 1.60 m. The space for the toilet is less than 1 square meter. The open space toilette is a design for a guranteed discomfort. Avoid absolutely!

Location is not nice or convenient, lots of construction going around, difficult to find food at night. The bed is not comfortable, it is more like an IKEA bed than a 4 hotel stars’ bed. Will not come back.

Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast could be improved….not a huge variety & not refilled frequently.

The hotel is quite nice, great deco, and sweet staff, the room is comfy. But, and a BIG but, there were 2 wasps and a dozen mosquitos in the room so I could sleep at all because they were biting me all night… wouldn’t recommend if you want to have a beauty sleep…

Next time I‘ll choose a hotel near the center. Price for breakfast definitely too high. In total it‘s ok.

I have no particular concern with our stay, the hotel is fairly well located and has good facilities. However the staff is not experienced and It seems like they don’t know much about what they are doing. It started the day we arrived, we had booked a parking with an electric charger and early checkin a month in advance, The lady at the reception was surprised, not knowing if our room was ready, the electric charger was not working (we were not of course told in advance) then magically started working again when she asked around. There was an obvious lack of communication in the staff perceptible by the guest. We paid all due charges before leaving, however, they decided to charge our bank card with two additional transactions; they are not able to explain to what they correspond to or produce a bill for it. They promised to reimburse us 2 weeks ago over the phone, that of course did not happen and our email to them remained unanswered. All in all, the overall inexperience of the staff added to what i qualify as stealing unless proven otherwise is quite opposite to the quality of service they pretend to have. I would rather pay a little bit more and not have to go through all this hassle.

3.5/5 - first off: do NOT book breakfast as it’s definitely not worth €18. The room was clean and I liked the coffee lounge. However, the room gives off IKEA vibes and it’s small things that are missing. For example, I used the sauna and they provide towels but there is no shampoo or soap at the shower in the gym where the sauna is located. The room is kinda small but they, it’s Paris.

Hotel was extremely modern and clean beyond my standards. The staff were professional and kind plus they knew English which was a plus. They have a very modern lounge where staff will offer you delicious French appetizers. Train was a short distance away also. I can definitely recommend.

I stayed in okko la defense from 30june to 6 july new hotel modern clean with new concept Le Club where we can have coffee snack flavored water any time but sometimes coffee machine was out of service even they have small menu food and drink with affordable prices ...Noccio the Italian restaurant inside hotel has very tasty food and staff in hotel and restaurant are nice and friendly..But as the region is new and construction of gare de la folie not finish yet no public transportation near hotel so we walked for 20mn to catch metro la defense

Very clean hotel (which is already a big plus) close to la defense. Breakfast could be better and rooms does not have any bottle of water (you have to ask for it but it's not very comfortable).

It is a new hotel,clean..there is no lobby just reception desk and beautiful outdoor terrace.. Rooms little bit small,furniture simple,small wardrobe ,very small toilet... Pillows are very comfortable.. Restaurant is beautiful but break fast is not that for 4*
