I
have
no
particular
concern
with
our
stay,
the
hotel
is
fairly
well
located
and
has
good
facilities.
However
the
staff
is
not
experienced
and
It
seems
like
they
don’t
know
much
about
what
they
are
doing.
It
started
the
day
we
arrived,
we
had
booked
a
parking
with
an
electric
charger
and
early
checkin
a
month
in
advance,
The
lady
at
the
reception
was
surprised,
not
knowing
if
our
room
was
ready,
the
electric
charger
was
not
working
(we
were
not
of
course
told
in
advance)
then
magically
started
working
again
when
she
asked
around.
There
was
an
obvious
lack
of
communication
in
the
staff
perceptible
by
the
guest.
We
paid
all
due
charges
before
leaving,
however,
they
decided
to
charge
our
bank
card
with
two
additional
transactions;
they
are
not
able
to
explain
to
what
they
correspond
to
or
produce
a
bill
for
it.
They
promised
to
reimburse
us
2
weeks
ago
over
the
phone,
that
of
course
did
not
happen
and
our
email
to
them
remained
unanswered.
All
in
all,
the
overall
inexperience
of
the
staff
added
to
what
i
qualify
as
stealing
unless
proven
otherwise
is
quite
opposite
to
the
quality
of
service
they
pretend
to
have.
I
would
rather
pay
a
little
bit
more
and
not
have
to
go
through
all
this
hassle.
