Hello,
I
will
start
with
the
positive
points.
My
86
year
old
mother
arrived
on
July
6
and
left
on
July
31
following
a
broken
elbow.
Clean
room,
clean
bathroom,
still
needs
a
makeover.
A
very
pretty
and
quiet
park.
Meals
of
average
quality,
especially
when
you
are
served
a
green
salad
as
a
starter,
are
really
limited.
Concerning
the
nursing
staff,
like
everywhere
it
depends
on
which
team
you
come
across.
So
we
forget
to
cut
our
mother's
food
several
times,
especially
when
we
have
an
arm
in
a
cast,
it's
not
easy,
for
the
toilet
we
forget
several
times
to
finish
the
accompaniment.
What
would
be
good
is
when
we
meet
staff
that
we
say
hello
and
that
the
ide
or
AS
trolley
does
not
remain
in
the
middle
of
the
corridor
preventing
us
from
moving
properly,
my
mother
with
a
cane
and
her
arm
in
the
plaster,
we
slipped
past
along
the
wall.
The
staff
was
present
not
even
a
hello
not
even
an
excuse
to
push
their
trolley,
(I
was
very
surprised
by
this)
myself
being
a
former
caregiver,
I
know
how
important
there
are
behaviors
to
be
careful
about.
This
is
not
a
criticism
but
rather
an
observation
for
certain
teams
to
question
themselves.
As
I
stated
above,
this
does
not
concern
all
staff
of
course.
I
spoke
with
an
ide
and
an
AS
and
they
were
very
good:
listening
to
the
patient
and
the
family.
Mom
told
us
about
the
physiotherapist
who
simply
made
it
work.
Afterwards
I
cannot
comment
because
I
was
not
present.
I
would
like
to
draw
your
attention
to
the
fact
of
the
phobias
that
some
elderly
people
have
in
the
elevator
WHEN
YOU'RE
ASKED
TO
GO
DOWN
TO
THE
CAFETERIA
TO
EAT
LUNCH
AND
THERE'S
NO
SUPPORT
TO
GO
AND
RETURN
WHEN
YOU'RE
86
YEARS
OLD
I
FIND
IT
LIMITING.
FRANKLY
REVIEW
YOUR
PRACTICE
YOUR
SUPPORT
TO
USERS
IT
WOULD
BE
A
GOOD
THING!!
Afterwards
I
will
alert
you
about
this
because
we
are
phobic,
it
is
very
complicated.
And
when
you're
86
it's
even
harder.
So
I
hope
this
observation
will
help
you
review
some
of
your
practice
and
I
thank
you
in
advance.
Now
we're
going
to
talk
about
what's
annoying.
THE
PRICE
1300
E
for
two
weeks
is
frankly
excessive.
No
proposed
solution
to
help
elderly
people
with
very
small
pensions.
IF
there
was
no
mutual
insurance,
she
would
have
had
to
pay
4992
euros
for
2
weeks,
imagine
the
exaggerated
price.
Especially
since
the
meals
are
not
up
to
par.
In
addition,
you
should
know
that
you
pay
10
e
per
day
more
if
you
eat
in
your
room
at
lunchtime.
TV
is
5th
a
day.
At
this
TV
price
they
quickly
pay
for
themselves.
So
here
is
my
observation.
In
conclusion,
I
wish
a
lot
of
courage
to
the
healthcare
teams
and
the
teams
who
maintain
the
premises
and
rooms.
Good
luck
Sylvie
