Unbelievable ! The drive took over 40minutes and shock on us when on getting home (20 minutes away) we only had fries and dessert for the kids, No chicken and only chicken for the adults, no fries ! Furthermore, the fries were mostly still frozen. So disappointing especially when we’ve been going the the st. Herblain branch and never had and take away problems. We are clearly never going back !

I'm currently eating at kfc Beaulieu, tbh I can't continue eating here, the toilet stinks 😩 Each time someone opens the toilet, the smell of urine just comes out like a ghost. Friday 25 august 2023 5:45 pm Already called customer service like 10 minutes ago, the guy asked why don't I go talk to a staff?!!! Lol So far nothing has happened since the call.

Staff was nice and food came quickly but was very rubbery the chicken and fries were a bit too salty for my liking also Pepsi wasn’t full to the top

I walked there from My hotel to find that on a Sunday it is ONLY drive-in as the Shopping Centre is closed.....35 minutes of My life wasted !

Despite the bad comments about this KFC, we tried. We had a warm tasty meal accompanied with a good service in the restaurant. They also checked our vaccine certificate but not on entrance only when they gave us our food.

Amazingly here you can find an vegetarian burger, Missing tissues and straw's were the only inconvenient thing, and the taste of the food was average, even the non vegetarian food tasted average then other KFC branches. ( From my friends opinions).

I was sceptical of coming here after all the bad reviews. But the service is quiet improved. The manager was nice and the restaurant was clean. The food quality is great as always. There is still room for improvement. And for people who have been complaining about no screens, most kfc doesn't have them because the order takes at max 5 minutes to complete. Also they call out your order number here.
