The team is adorable but above all very professional... creating beautiful colors from 100% natural products requires real know-how, an ability to adapt according to each type of hair and above all humility in the face of nature ! I went to this establishment out of habit and because my mother has been a customer there for 10 years, she no longer lives in the region but continues to go to this hairdresser, so I have been a customer there for several years, I I don't go there often because I have long hair and when I went I asked to just take the ends back about ten centimeters while keeping the same hairstyle: V-shaped gradient with a curtain section, I Was very satisfied with my hairstyle during my last visit so I wanted to keep this hairstyle. The person told me ok, I could see that the movements were different from the two previous hairdressers but not being in the profession I let him do it. So he proceeded with the gradient but not in a V, we were as straight as a square with a movement for a curtain lock IN THE MIDDLE which was not. And the balance wasn't there either. Disappointed, and in tears, I made the decision to go to the Nantes LONGCHAMPS establishment to have the cut done again. Luckily I came across the hairdresser who had done the curtain hair for me the first time, but we we had to catch up with the V and the curtain strand which made a heart hook, luckily the person was understanding and made up for the damage as best they could by confirming to me that the movement was not really in the middle... which means that my curtain wick is super short and does not fit behind my ears as originally requested. I had asked for natural drying and that's how the hairdresser justified the heart hook, I always asked for natural drying and they never did that to me... in short, I still made the payment without pointing it out to him since he didn't seem to be listening at all anyway, yet I was super happy that it was him who did my hair. I left disappointed and he took it from me, noticing it without asking me any questions... as a result my hair is short and not in the shape I wanted. I already have trouble trusting when I go to the hairdresser and usually people listen to me and understand me but here we were in the opposite direction. I'm super disappointed. :’(

Very disapointed. I had already come to this salon twice and was satisfied with the products used which seemed natural + the very friendly welcome from the hairdresser who took care of me. When I came this week asking for a solution to cover white hair the hairdresser kept asking me what I wanted and I told him that I wanted to cover white hair with a natural result at the end. of 2h30 with non-existent treatment I found myself with orange-blond highlights (so absolutely not a natural look as I had requested), the hairdresser was very aggressive and impatient while I asked for advice. One of the worst experiences. All this for a price above 100 euros. Very very disappointed with the reception, the lack of listening and the lack of professionalism.

Disappointing. I came in August for a treatment and a cut of the ends of long hair (shoulders). For the treatment: I spent the break time hearing the 2 employees complain; anything but relaxing. For the cut: the hairdresser didn't even check that the cut was identical on both sides, didn't ask me which side my hair was positioned on,... Indeed, when I position my hair, I now have a longer strand on one side... For drying: having wavy hair, I asked for natural drying, and the hairdresser added a little lotion to texture it. I simply tied my hair up once I got out, it was all tangled and sticky.

A good hair salon where the welcome is always warm. Unfortunately, I had a mishap which somewhat dampened the satisfactory experience I had previously had. Two errors in a row when making my appointment regarding the day and then the time. I made an appointment to have straightening done, we didn't have the same time with the hairdresser who was expecting me 15 minutes earlier. I explain to her the reason for my visit, my hair is washed, dried, she blow-drys it and asks me at the end if I am satisfied with the result. The blow-drying is not perfect, because my hair is very thick and difficult to straighten, I explain again my request to straighten it because the blow-drying will not hold! She makes me understand that in fact I have no choice because a customer is waiting behind, that the remaining 15 minutes should have been used to carry out this straightening. I pay with a tight throat for a very unsatisfactory result, I don't feel well when I leave, I feel kicked out of the salon without hearing my request. Having explained what I wanted at the start of my arrival, it would have been more honest to tell me that there was insufficient time and that it would be better to reschedule another meeting. Instead, I was made to believe that it was possible, I was falsely asked for my opinion on my satisfaction with this blow dry, and I had to pay for something incomplete that was not satisfactory. Ladies hairdressers, I refer you to your identity as a woman, that it is important for us to be able to please ourselves, to feel feminine, good in our head, good in our body, for me personally, this also involves my hair ! Coming to your salon is a treatment for me, not a hobby, it's a little pleasure that I like to treat myself to from time to time. In short, a disappointing moment, an answer in my opinion, unprofessional.

I don't usually post reviews but...I took my 3 and a half year old daughter there. The hairdresser was very rude and clearly had no experience with children. He clearly had no desire to do her hair and didn't even bother to address her directly. Children are customers like any other, they have the right to a minimum of attention and respect. When we don't want to do children's hair, we refuse them.

I am delighted with my last appointment. The living room is calm, warm and conducive to relaxation. The hairdresser who took care of my hair is very talented; I love the result. Thank you so much !
