Although it's a 4 star hotel, it feels more like 3.5 star compare to other hotels in big cities. It seems this is already the best in town. Good cleanliness in the room. They have the basic amenities even the slippers. You may borrow umbrellas and plates/ cutleries from the reception and the bar, but it would be more convenient for the guests if they already include these in the rooms. Room service was good. Small menu but the food was ok. They charge €7 to deliver food to the room. The room was a bit dark and the shower door doesn't close properly (only after a few tries). Also whenever there is an event in the hotel, the hotel restaurant would close, so you can only order room service if needed (it doesn't serve at all times in a day).

Had a lovely stay in the Radisson blu. Staff were very helpful and attentive, and there was plenty of choices for breakfast. Good location, central to most attractions. We would return and do recommend the hotel.

Great location. The old courthouse was renovated into this hotel. Our room was spacious, super clean with a gray palette color scheme. It has a contemporary look with a sleek minimal and modern design. I was not a fan of the hallway which is bathed in purple mauve lighting against a dark background. It reminded me of being in a casino hotel in Las Vegas. Front desk service was impeccable. Great as a business hotel, but it also comes off as somewhat “soulless” so it’s not a romantic getaway. Rather better for for a surreptitious liaison.

Staff are amazing, when I called to have the cigarette ash and lighter removed from my non smoking room when I checked in they were fast and friendly. The hotel is grand but not well kept. The staff on site seemed hard working and professional so I can only surmise that management/owners are not authorizing work (loose towel racks,loose bathroom fixtures, towels should have been replaced long ago but still serviceable, chips in wall from door handles, peeling wall covering in hallways, stained carpets etc.) normal wear and tear but lacking repair or attention. The building is a beautiful grand lady and deserves better.

Rooms are wonderful. Food is alright!! I guess if you stay at a five star hotel it’s all about small portions and more money. Location is decent in a quiet vicinity and it is some 15 mins walk to the nearest bus station.

We accidently left a priceless necklace in our room. But the staff found it and kept it safe. We called a week later & they still had it for us! The process to have it shipped back to the US was SO easy. And the front desk staff was SO helpful with us.
