Spacious apartments in a quiet neighborhood. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very nice place to have a long stay. Strongly recommend this place, if you have your own transportation.

One of the best places to stay in Nantes. Room are spacious , well furnished and clean. Check-in is also easily done without staff initially. Only downside for some people will be little less availability of public transport.

When I arrived me and my husband to hotel at evening time we didn't find any one in the reception to help and give us the key I didn't like thats.we could spending all night outside the hotel and it's cold and we did pay for that night... thanks God that's we found some peoples whom open the door for us and called the stuff to give us the key. It's was bad experience .

Avoid at all cost! Never been in an apartment as dirty and so badly mantained. Mould in the shower, missing shutters and pieces of furniture, wallpaper teared allover, and the list goes on. The air was unbreathable when we arrived.

Basic student type accomodation. Handy for park and ride into Nantes. On the Periferique so good access to anywhere. Best to have a car if you stay here.

I lived here for 6 months. Everything is perfect as a house in this place. But they won't give your security deposit back even after so many calls and emails. They literally cheat you.

So, initially I was disappointed at how far out it was but got it because it was well within the budget. But actually it is only 10-15 min walk to the tram station. Regular trams every 5-10 min take you to central Nantes. Tram in Nantes is free on the weekends. The room was big, kitchenette was perfect, the bed super comfy and the price just fantastic. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Best value for money ever. I’ll be back next time I’m in Nantes.
