International hotel with no English Tv or no coffee/tea in room. Good location is the only good thing about this hotel but is way overpriced for the amenities.

An outstanding location and accessible to everything. The room was perfect, quiet and a great size for all our luggage. It would've been nice on the 1 day we selected room service that it was done before 2pm as we got back after lunch to still wet towels on floor. A facecloth would've also been appreciated. Breakfast 10/10. Free water (and sparkling) on tap and lovely lobby/ waiting area. Thanks so much.

Room was small. I was on top floor. Bathroom was equipped with a bath, which was nice. No coffee or tea facilities in room, and had to fill bottle in reception for drinking. Mini fridge in room and a safe. Pillows were so big I found them very uncomfortable, but bed was comfy

I stayed here for four days in May.. Its a very good hotel spotless clean.. The breakfast is very nice and the staff are very helpful.

Very good hotel opposite the train station, tram stop 1 minute away, nice room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was Amazing. The only problem was that electric kettle wasn't provided in the room but the reception staff were very kind and gave us hot water every day. Thank you Ibis Styles Nantes Gare.

This was truly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The family room was huge. It was like a small apartment. As others have said the pictures don’t do the room justice. There was a desk and an small dining table with chairs. Chrome cast in the room (when it works) too. It was nice having a bath too. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Also very quiet. Considering we were opposite the train station the room was very well soundproofed. Really impressed with the breakfast too which was included in the price. It was better than some paid for ibis breakfasts. Friendly and approachable staff too. The only slight issues we had were the lift and Wi-Fi. The lift was very small. My son uses a mobility buggy and it would not fit in the lift and the Wi-Fi while showing coverage in the room barely worked. However these did not detract from how wonderful this hotel was. The location too is ideally located for many and the tourist areas.

Pros: new, clean, safe, nice staff, good breakfast. Good value for the payed price. Cons: AC that was not working. They said it should work and they promised to have a look. I did not received any update from they side. Other people complained about this. I suspect that they switch it off as it was not that hot outside for a couple of days.

Cannot fault our stay here. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfy bed in a spacious room and a shower big enough for two! No frills but all you need if you're spending most of your time out and about. *Edit, my original post may have been a touch short There's a large TV and a mini bar if you choose to chill in your room. Enough sockets for charging devices and Aircon! Continental breakfast too! This is the second time we've booked here and already booked in for next year!!

Perfect experience, The staff is the best, helpful and pleasant, breakfast was very good and tasty, we stayed there for three nights and we were completely satisfied

Very good overall experience, just had a few minor issues like the toilet seat being way too high for a normal person (I'm 1.7m / 5.6 foot tall) or the weird faucet layout that gets the water inaccessible on low pressure.

For the time being (just checked out), I am highly disappointed. I paid for the room upon check in, and there was no paper roll in the card machine, so the receptionist said that the payment did not go through, and I had to pay the second time when checking out, with another card. I have my bank card statement showing that the payment went through the first time, but the reception personnel just would not listen. Horrible experience. I am hoping that this is resolved immediately - not a way to treat anyone, let alone a Silver member of Accorhotels.

Great stay, very good shower. Wide range of choice at breakfast. Check in really straightforward and lovely staff. Good central location.

Nice an clean rooms,its located close to old town center. They could speak english better (but its not so bad compared to other places in France). You dont have parking and you cannot come close with car,on other side there is a train station with lot of stops

We went to the Rugby World Cup and the tram station was less than a block away, super convenient! Rooms were small but clean and functional. A solid stay.
