Good service with helpful staff. Unfortunately this hotel is old, the room setup is not optimal (bathroom is bad), it was very warm with AC apparently not functioning. Bed was comfy though

As a solo traveller, I found the room rate for this centrally located hotel to be very reasonable. The staff were incredibly friendly, multilingual and assisted with my rather heavy luggage. Rooms are a little dated. Wifi needs to be improved. The location makes it easy to explore Nantes on foot and there are some nice bars and restaurants nearby.

This was our first time to ever stay in an Ibis and it will be our last time. We were here for the rugby world cup and almost every hotel was sold out. So we booked this hotel for 250 euros a night, the usual rate is around 70 euros a night, but they increased the rate because of the rugby world cup. This hotel is probably worth 70 euros a night and you get what you pay for.... But 250 euros a night for the smallest hotel room I have ever seen and also its old and worn out. Having said all that, the staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was not that bad. If you want a cheap place to stay, this is it.

i loved my stay in this hotel, the rooms are really huge, the bed also. the service is really nice! the breakfast is normal, nothing impressive but i mean it's 6 euros so i wasn't expecting much. you have huge windows in the rooms so you get plenty of sunlight.

Ooooold, tired rooms. Bigger than the rooms in Ibis Gare in Nantes, but sorely in need of updating. Seemed clean, nice location right near the shopping street.

Great location, polite staff, clean but ..... When I left the hotel this morning I forgot in the room socket my own power outlet with four charging sockets for different devices and what a surprise, I called the reception and they told me that the maid had found nothing . For the trip to the Atlantic Airport, the taxi driver took me € 44 (it should have cost me about € 25) without giving me a receipt, although I asked for it. Have a nice stay, but keep one in mind.

Nice hotel. The rooms are a little bit small and the staff is nice. The installations are a little bit old. Breakfast is not great but pretty complete.

Perfect location in the center of the city reasonable price . On the downside smaller roms than at an standard Ibis

Friendly staff, the room is quite comfortable and there was a big bath so it's always a plus. The only bad thing was selection of the breakfast. There are just so little to chose from.

My room where clean and I did sleep very well, I would not hesitate on staying here again. -but.... It is fairly noticeable that this place have been around for awhile, tiles are cracked, shower wall arr rusty and most furniture are a bit "dinged". The plumbing are noise so you can hear when your neighbors are using flushing the toilet or using water... -and there are a napkin dispenser next to the toilet. Small super thin sheets of (very soft) paper, I prefer the old two or three ply rolls...

Old small dirty rooms. Awful poor breakfast. Especially compared to the room price. Avoid.

This is not designed like other Ibisy styles I have stayed in. The decor was very old and the room was not fully clean - cobwebs in the corners and the carpet stained. There was a bad smell in the corridors all the time. Also, there was no "style" to this Ibisy style! Location is very good but it's not worth the price. The Mercure hotel across the street is much much better.
