Never have I ever tasted such terrbile thing in my life. My useful advice is never go anywhere near this McDonald’s! Considering this should be a franchise branch, the quality is comparable to nothing I experienced all over the world. This place should be at least closed if not burnt down! I’m hatin’ it, lol

The French call this food malbouffe(badgrub). Mostly cheap, nasty and frozen junkfood heated up or fried in oil by students looking to earn some money for their next student party. Macdonald's avoided 1 billion in taxes by some scam in Luxembourg between 2002 and 2013. When angry French yellow vests are passing by, the windows get rightfully smashed. Usually one can expect a certain standard of food and service in a McDonald's, however, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff were useless, wandering around the kitchen almost aimlessly while orders sat going cold. After about 40 minutes we eventually got our food, which was cold and the order wasn't even all there, the chips had been left out of my meal. Also the kitchen was filthy, floor was dirty and I saw the staff drop a cup on the floor, pick it up and fill it with a drink for a customer! The franchise needs to sort this place out!

Absolutely appalling experience. The WORST I've ever had. 50 minute wait for one burger and fries. Eventually got the food. Cold soggy fries. Cold burger. ...50 minutes!!! Seriously if I could give a zero or minus I would. McDonald's would be interested in this franchise and fire the person 'in charge' ?

30 min wait for 1 menu and served cold ! no organization. Incredible, the staff is cashing in everything is fine but it does not follow in terms of service, so a lot of people are waiting for their order when they are ready.

I finally can order food in McDonalds using their self-order machines in English language. If you choose to dine in, just find a seat for you, the staffs will find you and bring the food to your table. I ordered a chicken salad, but it didn’t have much chicken meat, only tasteless bread croutons 🥲 The service is quick, the runner staff was agile. But the toilet cost 20 cents and it’s not clean at all, no hand soap, no hand tissue McDonalds in Asia are way better than here, if you’re an Asian, the McDonalds is not a great choice to have meals

The food was all warm and correct, however the order took 15 minutes to be prepared

No acknowledgement when I got to the counter. Staff didn't seem bothered about customers 😕 I had paid more for extra sauces which they had forgot to put in. Not a massive deal, but went back to ask for them, no apology, just put in my bag. Food great, service very poor 😢

Although it still is just fast food, McDonald's does have some of the absolute best of it. It's cheap, good-tasting, quickly-prepared and not the unhealthiest. I also really like how McDonald's had gone from just being your everyday fast food place with cardboard meat and spongy bread to a fast food chain with restaurants and cafes that not only look amazing but also just feel really cohesive, that serves quality beef-, chicken-, fish- and veggieburgers with some of the fluffiest bread I have ever tasted. And that says something. If I had to recommended a cheap place with good food for any meal of the day, I'd say McDonald's.

One star is even to much, yesterdays fries are served mushy and cold. The place is filthy, bathroom has not been cleaned for weeks. A waist of money, eat some place else

I would recomend McDonald's quality control services to carry out an inspection. There is totally chaos, dirt, rubbish in the toilet, dirty tables, thinking of orders, delays, lack of knowledge of the English language by the restaurant's staff. Unbelievable in the Northern Europe...

Chaos and no vegetarian options, except for one wrap. Very disappointing.
