On approach to our room the stairwell was very dirty. So not a good first impression. The room was small and cramped .the only redeeming feature was the bathroom mirror. While we were in our room our co2 monitor went off and despite the reception telling us it couldn't be anything, we felt that we could not stay and we checked into another nearby hotel at 21:00 hours . I can safely say I will never stay in this or any B&B hotel again. I await management's response.

We came in at 6AM to the hotel to ask if we could just leave our luggage at the reception before checking in at 2PM, but they arranged a room for us so that we didn't have to wait until 2PM. Incredibly accomodating.

Awful experience. For 90 euros a night I got an average-bad motel room and loud guests talking loud , suitcases and doors slammed. They woke me up 5 times during the night. I almost couldn't sleep until 2 o 3am. The rooms look like a roadside motel and you can hear all the lousy neighbours. Also in your room you can hear small noises from other rooms.

Good value hotel with modern amenities. The receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. The room (top floor) was quiet considering the proximity to busy roads. It was modern, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower with soap and towels (changed daily) provided. It was slightly irritating to have to sign in to the free WiFi every morning. There is free parking on site. There is no garden or outside space to sit unlike some other hotels of this type. All in all a good experience and a hotel I would recommend

Stayed for 1 night on our way up to Roscoff from the Bordeaux area... weather was very hot and we were glad the hotel had great air-con. We had eaten before we arrived early evening but there isn’t a great deal of choice for food in the area. For the price we paid, our breakfast was substantial enough to set us up for a good few hours, fresh bread, jams, and even bacon and scrambled eggs. We also used one of the hotels from the same chain in Tours and were equally satisfied.... We will definitely use this chain again should the need arise.

Great to be able to park right outside our room. Good size room, which you need when you travel with a large dog. Quiet until 8.38 when drilling started! We're not allowed to take our dog into the breakfast room with us nor leave him in the bedroom. No restaurant on site to have dinner but a few places not far away and we were allowed to eat with our dog beside us, which is much nicer than having to leave him in the car as he just sits quietly next to us.

The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find, clean and warm. There is both heating and a/c. The bathroom was also clean and hot water came quickly. The only thing I would note is that there are no lifts which may be a problem for some.

From the efficient communication by B&B hotels, I assumed that the hotel itself would be of a higher standard. Instead it was extremely basic and the common areas felt tired and a bit grubby. However, the room itself was clean and had everything we needed. We had a problem with the door locking mechanism but the reception was closed and there was nobody who could help. Eventually a member of staff was found who was able to resolve the issue. My thanks to them. Probably not a good option for a solo traveler as the area around is quite dark and quiet when you return at night.

The room was clean, breakfast was good , wifi was good. The only thing is if any customer visit the hotel when no receptionist is there and the door is locked and the visitor does not have card to make the payment, visitor will keep waiting outside.

I was here during the Hellfest in Clisson. The room was quite good, clean and the staff was very friendly. Normal B&B Qualtity. To stay for one or two nights will be no problem.
