DO NOT stay at this “bait & switch” hotel; the photos are old and this hotel is not a nice place to stay. The rooms are very old and not well maintained including the cleanliness of the rooms to include the bathrooms, beds and carpet. There are very old mattresses and carpet here that have not been changed or cleaned properly in years. I left with bed bug sores. Food is terrible including the breakfast. Old pastries used day after day, eggs are soaked in water, potato’s are hard. Staff was rude and not helpful when these issues were brought to their attention. I asked them to have the regional manager give me a call and still nothing. No one cares here, stay away from this place it’s a completely filthy dump with bad service, terrible food and very dirty conditions.

Perhaps the worst hotel I have stayed in. They have the heat set way too high and you are unable to control it. The only way to get relief is to open the window, and then there is so much road noise you can’t sleep. The mattresses are hard as a rock as well. Icing on the cake was the power kept going out in the room. I was supposed to stay for six nights, after two nights in a row with two hours of sleep, I checked out early and went to a different hotel. Even though I checked out at 10:30 AM, they still charged me a penalty night. The one good thing about the hotel is the hard working staff. They were polite and very skilled at dealing with angry customers. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

Very rude front desk. Service is important when you stay in a hotel and the whole week I stayed here I dreaded having to deal with any front desk staff including requests. Hotel room was clean but just OK so if you care about service I'd say definitely stay somewhere else. AC does not work well either

It was conveniently located and clean. I was mostly disappointed by the high price, I do realize the Futbol game was mostly to blame, but with paying three times the price, I still didn’t qualify for the breakfast buffet!?? The elevator is old and slow and the area of town is dirty and didn’t feel safe.

This is the worst hotel ever you can stay in. The staff here is racist. They did not switch on the air conditioning stating that they’re on energy saving. There was literally no air in the room and the solution they gave us was to open the windows. Please do not stay at this hotel at any cost. It’s a waste of time. Plus you can clearly differentiate that the staff here is racist. Do not recommend it at all

The AC did not work AT ALL. We stayed July 14th-16th, so it was miserable. We told the front desk and they seemed to be surprised and told us that they’d be sending someone to check on it. No one ever came. The rooms were also old and not very decorated. Definitely not a 4-Star hotel and not worth the price. Also, the shower curtain was practically a tissue. Our door was open because it was hot and the housekeeper started yelling at us. We said, “Non Italiano” but she kept going.

Price: Decent Price €240 for 2 people, 3 nights. Rooms: •Very Basic, but comfortable. •Clean, fresh towels, linen and toiletries everyday. •There is a safe, a fridge, a kettle and a hairdryer. •The coffee provided wasn't great (which I was disappointed about given that it's Italy!) We noticed they leave the windows slightly ajar to air the rooms, so if the noise from traffic is driving you insane, make sure your window is closed fully. Service: Staff are very attentive, the receptionist was so helpful, and gave us tips on where to go for drinks and food. Location: It's not in the nicest area, for anyone who knows Dublin, it kind of reminded me of the area around "busaras" in Dublin city centre, a little dodgy, but it was right around the corner from the central train station which was perfect for travelling to pompei!! Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is €12 each and honestly it's not worth it, and the coffee from the machine is awful. Dinner: Not much on the menu at the hotel, no pizza, no decent pasta dishes, would recommend eating outside the hotel, there's some pizzeria's across from the central station.

Not recommended at all!!! We were traveling with 5 month old baby. When we booked the room we requested a cot bed. The property did not tell us there are steps at the hotel entrance. We arrived and between the suitcases and the pushchair we noticed the barrier/stairs. A homeless man sitting on the hotel steps helped us without us asking for help and then demanded money for it! The rudest of the receptionists Matteo said the hotel has an alternative entrance with no stairs…pity they didn’t communicate it before arrival. In the room we found a bed and not the cot bed. Matteo the receptionist was of little help. We waited in the hotel lobby for almost an hour - with 5 old baby - because they were finally putting the cot bed in the room. In the room there was a kettle with herbal teas etc but no coffee. I requested the coffee at the reception in person, because the phone in the room didn’t work. Aldo bad location: it is close to the train station but we didn't feel safe on the street. Very bad experience!

Absolutely vile hotel service. Especially the front desk manager Mauricio. Rude, incredibly unhelpful and shocking manners. Not the person you want representing your hotel. @ramadahotels suggest you look into your staffing.

The hotel is not as bad as some of the comments I read, the receptionists were nice and the room basically offered me everything I needed. It's clean, cozy and close to train station, with breakfast included. However, all the pillows have a stingy smell, which makes me feel gross, imagining all the saliva from guests inside the pillow. Please wash or change the pillows, not the cases only. For the price I paid, I expected better hygyne standard from this 4 star hotel. City tax was charged 4.5 euros per night at checkout.

Great and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are old and lack sufficient light. Parking is super convenient, however, there is a lot of trash, and homeless people near the hotel.

We where a total of 4 Days there. We had a very nice stay. The hotel Team was always very helpfull. The room was very clean. The location is not the best for walking at night, but it is very close to the Main trainstation and Metro Station. And very close to connect with the Highway The Breakfast was also very good. There was a lot to choose from. 👌🏼

Rooms dirty and old. Location - near to the bus station, railway station, port. To loud, to dirty. Stuff is friendly and hospitality.

Big incident this morning 08/09/'22 with male receptionist staff member. Left written message that big boss/manager of Ramada Naples must call me by 3pm. Otherwise my complaint will go far & wide...Stoyan, room 614

Very good rooms, very good breakfast, very nice staff, strategically very well located. Unfortunately a bit rough address on a busy road. I would go there again for sure!

Very run down hotel. In need of urgent remodeling. Staff was kind, but for the price of 4 start hotel I expect a 4-star hotel.

They denied me the upgrade to a suite, even if I am a Diamond member, wanted to charge me $100 € per night extra. They will get a formal complaint with Wyndham.

Very dated hotel and , whilst handy for the train station, it was in a terrible area and didn't feel safe walking back on an evening.

Great location by the train station. Free breakfast had a large variety and dinner was delicious.

Chiming in with the other reviews: + spacious rooms, exactly as advertised, comfortable beds, friendly check in staff, room styles very obviously outdated yet still quite well maintained, very close to Termini - breakfast with very limitied and low quality choices (powdered coffee in Italy?!, powdered orange juice, fruitless jam, no fresh fruit after a certain time etc); staff rather unfriendly at the breakfast venue, they seem ashamed of their offering; dodgy area of town, especially in the evenings Summary: Would stay again, as they basics are down well and the value for money is good

Highly recommend Good location: close to motorway. In a walking distance to nice bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Didn't have breakfast included, but was not a problem as we found a nice bar with very good coffee and pastries just 7 mins walk from the hotel. Service-minded front desk staff - helpful, flexible and do their best to accommodate the requests. Bed is very comfortable. Room is spacious, well kept and clean.

We went all over Italy for over a week, booked in advance at all 4/5 star local hotels in every city. However, this was by far the best hotel we stayed in the entire trip. This hotel was half the price or less of the “fancy” hotels we stayed in. Bottom line, it’s more modern, spacious, and has a free at breakfast (most through Europe had that as well but were older and smaller). It’s right by the train station, would this Ramada here over any other of the hotels we stayed in and paid way more for our entire trip.

Nice people, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is average. Nice coffee served by waitress. Rooms are very, very worn, dark and old... but generally clean. My room was facing the opposite building, so I wasn’t bothered much by the busy main road. It’s time for a massive renovation there, Ramada! „One night only“ -hotel!

Very nice hotel that we stayed for two nights in this business trip. We very enjoyed breakfast. Although room and facilities are a little bit old especially for elevator^_^. But, this isn't a problem at our stay.

5 min walking from Roma Central railway station. Spacious and comfortable, well maintained rooms. The complimentary breakfast spread is good, the staff responsive. Your pick if you don't mind staying away from the coastline.

My partner and I booked a short stay here. We were treated to a lovely room and amazing service throughout. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Always greet with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent facilities. Great nights sleep and no noise from the main road nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

This hotel is a pleasure to visit. Well equipped room with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Plus, we didn’t hear any noise from other guest or any outside noise. Good breakfast and first class service. The staff showed a genuine interest and were ready to help with any request. Excellent value for money. We'll be staying here again.

Pretty much all reviews are correct, it's clean but worn like all big hotels in big cities. Breakfast average. Good location but the proximity of railway and highway makes it a bit noisy in the morning. What I appreciate the most is that you get what you are advertised. The room are like in the pics. No surprises. I recommend.

This was one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at motel 6’s nicer than this hotel. The walls are gross the floor is gross the shower is gross. There was even hair in my bed. The positives were the staff was nice and they had parking (you have to pay) I really would not recommend staying here. It is also in a very rough part of town.

Facilities as stated, but very poor customer service. Lack of communication with check in staff and facilities available. Poor communication about dining options. Room requires maintenance fridge has "red light flashing" and is not cold. Houseskeeping is lacking, you get 1 sachet of coffee for a 5 night stay for 2 people

The service was very good and helped me risolve my complicated situation. Also, the place is nice and situated close to the train station!

Our first room was not cleaned up. At least they gave us a new room. The hotel itself really needs a modernization. The location of the hotel is next to the central train station. But that is also the reason why we felt uncomfortable on the way to the hotel.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment (which is planned as of 2022.07; was actually delayed because of COVID) But apart from that our stay there was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room were clean, the bed super comfortable and the breakfast had loads of dishes to choose from. The location close to the main station is also very convenient. Would definitely consider staying again the next time I’m in Naples.

Overall the place is old and kept up as much as possible. Which I can understand. The restaurant employees are very friendly and professional. The food is really good and at a very good price. I had 2 issues that I believe should not happen at a hotel where they charge $240 euros per day. 1,you can't control the AC in your room. You have to literally walk to the front desk and ask them to lower or raise the temperature. 2nd, I was working out 8n the gym on Saturday night at 9pm. Note that it is isolated and in a place where you won't bother anyone. While I was working out one of the receptionist, male, walked in and told me I couldn't work out because the gym closed at 8pm. I've worked in Hotel and restaurants for 10 years in Mexico City, Hotel Condesa DF, Crowne Plaza, St. Regis. I feel that sometimes when you have a guest and he/she is willing to do something positive like work out on a Saturday night, you should take the decision to let them be. To me, my personal opinion, was in very bad taste to tell me to leave the gym. Sometimes as n employee you should take matters into your own hands and let people have an excellent experience. Because when it oils down to the essentials it's about providing a great experience. Thanks

We were here because Transavia canceled our flight and we got the option to arrive a day earlier and the Ramada was a "holdover" hotel before our real vacation started. To call a standard room "a little rough around the edges" is being mild. While the room was clean, the age and lack of upkeep clearly shows. Wallpaper that's coming lose, broken emergency switch in the bathroom that's broken (still functional, but nobody from the front desk to check if we were okay, when I accidentally triggered the alarm when wrapping the switch in a shower cap to prevent it from getting wet). The view from our window was a empty, dilapidated office building next door. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on, woke up with painful shoulders from laying on my sides. If you have to stay here for one night it's bearable, but wouldn't recommend staying longer unless you really have to, or get paid to stay there, like us.
