Excellent service - the best part is the sushi corner freshly made. Varieties of food and desserts. Spacious and comfortable.

Came here a few hours before for a flight leaving at 1700. Was a few people but still plenty of places to sit. It's such a relaxing lounge with a strong Japanese design taste. It has a decent selection of food and drink. I am not a sushi fan but I even enjoyed the chu Toro tuna they had.

7:00 pre-open/7:30 start meal services. Thus, you can enter the facility right after the security clearance, which also only opens at 7:00 (both for normal and priority security lanes). The great service, foods and drinks, and seatings with very limited number of guests. Unlike the Sakura lounge, the dining is very calm and cozy. The only pity thing about this lounge is missing the tarmac view. It's not missing, but it is very limited where the Sakura lounge has got a fantastic tarmac view.

A very nice, delicated and relaxing place. The space was quite unique and large, and the meals and wine were very nice. The JAL Salon opened and served nice drinks and alcoholic beverages. The shower room required prevooking. The staffs here were quite friendly. It was a quite nice experience here within the relaxing lounge.

This lounge is available to JMB Diamond, JGC Premier, One World Emerald members, and first class passengers. This is a lounge where you can enjoy luxurious meals and have great hospitality. Since the number of participants is small, it is not crowded and you can have a relaxing time.

It's a quiet nice first class lounge for JAL. Service are nice and prompt, you can order food and drinks by the QR code or self-service on your own. Some sating area are with good neural lighting and view of the runway but not all. The famous beef curry I ordered from the QR codes only contains a very small piece of beef and lots curry sauce which I believe it's not intentionally but that shows the detailedness are not like before.

Love it! I haven't been to all the lounges in the world, but between United, Sky, and Admiral, Cathay, JAL is by far the best I've been to. Food was great, QR code order and super fast. Plenty of seating, checking was easy and fast. Plenty of selections on drinks. Very spacious and relaxing. This is out of the NRT.

Nice lounge. Food was great service was outstanding of course. You can order food via QR code to any table and it gets delivered quickly. You can also schedule showers and relaxation room with the QR code. No carts upstairs but they have lockers for big bags downstairs. Open champagne and liquor bar as well as assorted beers, juices, etc. super clean and clean. Awesome

Gorgeous lounge This is a gorgeous lounge to relax In after a long flight from New York to Tokyo. I really liked the beautiful decour of the lounge I felt it was very peaceful and a great place to unwind. I can't rave enough about the free massage and would highly recommend this and also the massage chairs are just extraordinary and it's a must try if you were there it almost feels like a robot takes hold of you and massage you. The service is understated yet excellent the food selection is also good and the dining area is functional.

The food is almost the same as Sakura Lounge, but it's quieter and more relaxing. Since it's a Japanese lounge, I think it would be nice to have sushi.

Enjoyed the zen decor where we were sitting just across the sushi bar. Service is excellent, always w a smile. Sushi bar is a great idea but 3 choices are too basic, still yum. The ala carte menu is also basic. Hope there will be improvement next time we are here.

Because it's Setsubun, there was a thick roll of sushi! I'm glad it's seasonal. It was very delicious The lower floor is a bar corner where you can enjoy the marriage of rare Japanese whiskey (Hibiki, Hakushu, Yamazaki 12Y) and Japanese sweets in an adult atmosphere.

Thanks JAL for providing one of the best airport lounges. Unmistakably Japanese. Recommend to sit on the sushi bar side of the lounge which is less crowded. Because of my flight delay, I got to taste multiple dishes including the famous AFURI Yuzu & Salt flavored ramen. Will revisit every time when I’m at Narita airport.

The sushi is slightly better than Sushiro, and the curry doesn't look that good, but it's delicious. Compared to other foreign first class lounges, the food is very poor.

It's a shame that I can't see the planes outside. Other than that it's great

I travel for a living and often will find myself in first class lounges due to being an emerald member. I came in today and didn't see the signs for no phones and was left a message by my husband which accidentally started playing for seconds when they told me I had to leave? Why not just explain the rules and have bigger signs!! I've attached a photo of where I am sitting. How many of you can actually see the sign? Plus there was virtually only a few of us in the lounge. Kind of hypocritical when staff are talking loudly between themselves in the meantime. Instead of trying to explain what the policy is and have bigger signage they recommended I leave instead. Staff speak poor English which makes things difficult when trying to convey the above. One World this is the worst first class lounge experience I've ever had!

This is by far the best airport lounge in Narita Airport. It is divided into two floors. Dining room is on the upper floor. Bar and showers are in the lower floor. Sushi is freshly made by a sushi chef when ordered. Cathay Pacific Diamond members can use this lounge in lieu of the Cathay lounge. However, diamond members can only bring in one guest instead of two. The bar serves Yamazaki 12 years. Remember to order a dram before heading to your departure gate!

Very attentive service in the lounge coupled with a good selection of food and drink choices. The live sushi bar is a wonderful touch. Enjoy!

An excellent experience flying with JAL, non- stop from Melbourne to Tokyo's Narita Airport, the staff were communicative and always very pleasant.

What a joke of a lounge! Getting thrown off the WiFi and being unable to reconnect during peak times? This doesn't even happen in public airport WiFi in a third world country. Makes ordering food impossible which isn't such a loss as this is not First Class level, either. Boring selection of food and drinks. Small servings on big plates to make it look five star but the quality isn't there (orange juice is not freshly squeezed, for example, which I do expect in First Class). Hard to find a quiet spot and the one I found close to the massage chairs had spotty WiFi even during off-peak hours. I appreciate the lockers. Showers were small but OK including the amenities. But absolutely not even close to what you get in proper first class lounges around the world. No recliner chairs or slumber rooms. I find it impossible to name one feature about this lounge that was truly remarkable or positively memorable. Maybe it is their alcohol selection, I don't know, as I did not indulge during my visit.

Beautiful lounge for first class on JAL or OneWorld Emerald flyers. Come hungry as the food is excellent. Fresh sushi bar was a wonderful surprise. There is also a spa and shoe shine desk.

Sushi in Japan just hits differently. Dedicated sushi chef. This rotate through different fish, noodle and pasta dish. This week dish was snapper and salmon. I had a salt based ramen and a Chinese style noodle on two separate visits. They have a vegetarian roll as well for vegetarians. Beautiful lounge with shower and massage chair area. Fluffy towels.

😠 Worst lounge I have ever been to. No food, no snacks, barely any drinks, and you only get one free beer. No bathrooms and nowhere to relax. It’s just a big room with small, uncomfortable, and stiff seats that are awkwardly arranged where you are facing other people. You are also not allowed to bring...
